The clamping unit includes a seat mounted on the rod, a pair of spaced-apart first and second clamp arms which is adapted to clamp a peripheral edge of the musical instrument and which are converged to form a common connection part connected to the seat, a shaft extending through the first and second clamp arms and having one end portion extending outwardly of the first clamp arm, and a nut threadedly engaging the shaft to bias the first clamp arm toward the second clamp arm.

Abstract: A microphone includes a handgrip portion, a protective sleeve, and a connector interconnecting the handgrip portion and the protective sleeve. The connector includes a terminal seat connected to the handgrip portion and formed with a plurality of terminal passages, a first pivot part connected to the terminal seat, and a second pivot part pivoted to the first pivot part and connected to the protective sleeve so as to permit co-rotatation of the protective sleeve and the second pivot part relative to the handgrip portion.

Abstract: A positioning device for a microphone includes a mounting plate having a connecting plate section mounted detachably and securely on a horizontal mounting portion of a clamp unit, and a holding plate section that extends outwardly from the connecting plate section, that is formed with an elongated slot extending along the length of the holding plate section, and that is connected to the microphone at one side of the elongated slot. An adjuster bolt is disposed at the other side of the elongated slot, extends through the elongated slot, and threadedly engages a base of the microphone so as to permit adjustment of the position of the microphone relative to the clamp unit along the elongated slot.

Abstract: A microphone holder for mounting a microphone on a drum includes a vertical plate having an inner side surface which is adapted to face the drum, and a microphone connecting device, a clip member, and a positioning plate connected fixedly to the vertical plate. The microphone connecting device is adapted to hold the microphone thereon. The clip member clamps a vertical bolt that interconnects a drum body and a drum skin frame. The positioning plate is disposed above the clip member, and has a horizontal top plate section with a bottom surface that is adapted to abut against an upper end of the vertical bolt, and two vertical side plate sections which extend respectively and integrally from two opposite sides of the top plate section, and which are adapted to flank a projection on the drum skin frame through which the vertical bolt extends so as to prevent rotation of the clip member on the vertical bolt.
