Abstract: [Problem to be solved] To provide a compact case built-in with a hinge unit that can be easily assembled while reducing manufacturing costs of parts.

Abstract: A compact case with improved assembly and producibility, and stability in opening and closing the lid is provided. A compact case 1 comprises a body 2 having a bottom plate 25 with a pair of slots 27 formed therein at a front side part or a rear side part thereof along respective side walls 23, 24 of the body 2, and a pair of elastically deformable pushing walls 29 formed in the respective side walls 23, 24 facing the respective slots 27, a lid 3 rotatably provided to a rear wall 21 of the body 2, a cosmetic dish 4 that fits into the body 2 between the respective side walls 23, 24 and is slidable in a longitudinal direction of the body 2, a hook part 41 engaging the cosmetic dish 4 the lid 3 so as to hold the lid 3 at a closed position and to release the engagement through sliding movement of the cosmetic dish 4, a projection 26 integrally provided to an inner surface of the pushing wall 29, and a slope-defining part 42 integrally provided to the cosmetic dish 4 facing the projection 26.

Abstract: [Problem] To provide a container with a cap that is easy to take off and that can increase airtightness inside a container body. [Solution to Problem] A container comprises a container body having an opening 8 in an upper end and a cap 3 having a top section 3b and a tubular body section 3a assembled with an elastic ring body 4. The elastic ring body has push buttons 13 that are formed on a peripheral surface of the elastic ring body and are exposed from the inside to the outside of the tubular body section. A cone section 6 is formed on at least one of the container body and the elastic ring body so as to expand to the lower side thereof. The container comprises an engaging section (9, 16) that engages the tubular body section with the container body in a predetermined positional relationship, and a fitting section (10, 14) that fits the elastic ring body to the container body.

Abstract: A vanity case is provided in which a first hinge piece and a second hinge piece are formed in one of the case body and the lid, and a hinge block is formed in the other one of the case body and the lid and arranged between the first and the second hinge pieces. A friction member is provided to brake the rotational speed of the lid caused by a torsion spring. A protrusion is provided for braking the rotational speed of the lid by sliding contact. A recessed circumferential portion is formed in the vanity case so as to release the sliding contact of the braking protrusion at least at the closed position of the lid.

Abstract: A vanity case in which a lid is coupled to part of peripheral walls of its case body pivotably and a slide piece is slidably mounted in the case body such that when the slide piece is at a first position, the lid is closed against the case body and that when the slide piece has moved from the first position to a second position, the lid is open relative to the case body. Formed through adjacent part of a bottom wall of the case body to one of the peripheral walls is a slit extending along the peripheral wall such that the peripheral wall adjacent to the slit bends inwards when an inward external force is exerted on the peripheral wall, and the deformation of the peripheral wall acts as an external force on the slide piece to make the slide piece move to the second position.

Abstract: A case body is provided with a cover which opens from and closes against the case body. The cover includes a hinge boss rotatably attached to the case body through a hinge pin. On the opposite side of the hinge pin is provided a hook mechanism with which the cover is engaged with the case body to form a closed state. A pressure member contacts and presses to the hinge boss to reduce the rotation speed of the hinge boss. A radius reduction portion is formed so that the outer dimension of the hinge boss is reduced gradually as the cover is getting closer to its full-opened position in order to weaken a frictional contact function with the pressure member.

Abstract: A vanity case which comprises a case body having a cavity, a lid coupled to the back section of the case body, an inner plate received in the cavity, and a slide piece housed in between the case body and the inner plate. The lid has an engaging claw piece formed hanging down on the front of its underside; the slide piece has an engaging arm protruding above and is always biased backwards. When the lid is closed, the engaging claw piece engages the engaging arm. A rear end wall in the rear of the case body is formed to be elastically deformable toward the front, and when the rear end wall is pushed toward the front, the slide piece whose rear end is opposite the rear end wall is moved forwards, thereby releasing the engagement between the engaging arm and the engaging claw piece and opening the lid.

The portable case further comprises a slide switch as a light control means for controlling the brightness of the light emitted from the light source part.

Abstract: A cosmetic container comprises a container section, a lid section for opening and closing the cosmetic container, and one or two replaceable covers detachably attached on, and replaceably covering, one or both of the lid section and the container section. The cosmetic container thus structured can satisfy the demand that the decorative part should not even partially peel off or come off of the container section or lid section, and can give the user greater freedom of choice in the selection of its outer appearance.

Abstract: A portable cosmetic container basically comprises a container, a cover, and an inner dish, where an engagement of the container with the cover for sealing is constructed to be released by push-buttons located at the sides of the container while avoiding increase in the cosmetic container size. The elastic members 6b connected to the push-buttons 6a, face rearward to elastically deform toward the rear of the container 2, and the engaging projection 6c of the elastic members 6b formed to protrude toward the front of the container so as to engage with an engaging protrusion 15a of the cover 3 formed to protrude toward the rear of the container 2.

Abstract: By providing a light source device inside an exterior member forming a contour of a storage case, and by forming a light transmitting portion to transmit light of the light source device to the exterior member, various decorations can be obtained using light, and the storage case can be decorated to create an aesthetically pleasing or original and novel effect to give a characteristic and unique atmosphere.

The lid has an engaging hook piece in the front of its underside. The tray frame has an engaging protrusion and the tray frame is always biased backwards. When the lid is closed, the engaging hook piece of the lid engages with the engaging protrusion of the tray frame. A rear end wall is integrally formed on the rear end of the tray frame in the middle so as to straddle a back wall of the case body, and when the rear end wall is pushed toward the front, the tray frame is moved forwards, thereby releasing the engagement between the engaging protrusion and the engaging hook piece.

Abstract: [Object] To provide a push-action slide case having excellent productivity and capable of assuring reliable push-into/eject-out operation of a storage body even for long term use. [Solution] For assembling a storage body 4, first, a second spring 10 is made abut against a rotator 8 which is already engaged with a positioner 6, then a shaft 22 is inserted into the storage body 4 from the side of the second spring 10, and a latch projection 22a of the shaft 22 is fixed to the storage body 4 by a holding piece 24. In addition, first springs 5 are attached in cylindrical parts 21. On the other hand, for a main case body 3, a ceiling part 3a as a separate body is first removed from the main case body 3, then a holding block 13 is fixed into a holding piece 25 at the bottom of the main case body 3, and elastic pieces 18 are attached to their appropriate positions. Then, the ceiling part 3a is put back on the main case body 3 to form a box body shape.

Abstract: A cosmetic case including a case body and an associated lid opening and closing the same, is adapted to have an ornamental exchangeable cover replaceably attached to at least either of the lid and the case body to cover them, and hence, the cosmetic case satisfies users' demand that all or even part of decorative portion would not peel off nor drop off the case body and its lid and enables customers to take greater initiative in choosing their favorite appearance of the case.

Abstract: [Object] To provide a cosmetic container with a cover adapted to rotate on a gentle pace, in which it is realized to improve operability for opening and closing the cover with use of a hook mechanism. [Solution] A case body 2 is provided with a cover 9 which opens from and closes against the case body 2. The cover 9 includes a hinge boss 12 rotatably attached to the case body 2 through a hinge pin 13. On the opposite side of the hinge pin 13 is provided a hook mechanism 7 with which the cover 9 is engaged with the case body 2 to form a closed state. The case body 2 is further provided with a pressure member 27 which contacts and presses to the hinge boss 12 to reduce the rotation speed of the hinge boss 12. The hinge boss 12 is provided with a radius reduction portion 31 which is formed by that the outer dimension of the hinge boss 12 is reduced gradually as the cover is getting closer to its full-opened position in order to weaken a frictional contact function with the pressure member 27.

Abstract: A resin molded product manufacturing apparatus includes, a movable mold having a pair of movable side cavity and side gate formed symmetrically with respect to an axis; a fixed mold having a fixed side primary cavity and a fixed side secondary cavity; and primary and secondary resin injecting units and a decorating film carrying unit disposed on the fixed mold. The manufacturing method includes closing the molds and injecting primary resin into the fixed side primary cavity to form a primary resin molded product; opening the molds and rotating the movable mold around the rotation axis symmetrically with respect to the axis; and, with a decorating film placed on the fixed side secondary cavity, closing the molds and injecting secondary resin from the side gate between the movable side cavity and the fixed side secondary cavity to form a decorated secondary resin molded product.
