Abstract: An instrument for applying a liquid or semi-liquid composition on the eyelashes or the eyebrows, having a core together with an applicator designed to collect the composition and to apply it on the eyelashes or the eyebrows, the applicator projecting from the core between respective bases and tips, wherein the applicator is arranged to form at least one hollow itself defining at least one applicator volume shaped firstly to contain the composition and secondly to enable at least one eyelash or eyebrow hair to pass therethrough in order to be coated in composition, the applicator volume extending from the tip towards the core along a fraction only of the length of the applicator, the applicator volume being defined by at least first and second substantially solid walls disposed facing each other, each of the first and second walls presenting a nature that is substantially two-dimensional.

Abstract: A cosmetic fluid dispensing apparatus (1) comprising a bottle (2) for containing the cosmetic fluid to be dispensed, the bottle (2) being deformable when compressed from a rest configuration in which the bottle (2) has a predetermined capacity to at least one deformed configuration in which the bottle (2) has a smaller capacity than the predetermined capacity, the bottle (2) having a shape memory in order to revert to its rest configuration, the bottle (2) being disposed between two flaps (3, 4) separate from the bottle (2), the flaps (3, 4) are brought together by a closing force in order to give the bottle its deformed configuration, and the assembly formed by the flaps (3, 4) having a shape memory so as to revert to a configuration in which the compression by the flaps (3, 4) is removed.
Abstract: An instrument (1) for applying a product such as mascara to epidermal derivatives, comprising an application means (4) for applying the product to the epidermal derivatives, wherein the instrument comprises a twisted plate (5) bearing the application means (4).
Abstract: A base composition for makeup capable of being freeze-dried to form a makeup product, the base composition comprising an emulsion of an oily phase and an aqueous phase; fillers which are mainly insoluble; dispersing agents in sufficient amount to ensure dispersion of the fillers in the emulsion and formation, after being freeze-dried, of a network of cavities capable of trapping the fillings, the base composition comprising a proportion of fillers not less than 50 wt. %.

Abstract: An instrument (1) for applying a product to superficial epidermal derivatives comprising an elongated core (4) and at least one nucleus (5) supporting an applicator (6) of the product. The core (4), which is twisted, passes through the nucleus (5), and the core (4) and nucleus (5) are connected to prevent the nucleus (5) from pivoting freely on the core (4).
Abstract: The device concerned is for pumping a fluid, and it comprises a piston (206) movable in a metering chamber (208). This piston is driven by a motor through coupling means which include a rotating head (236), provided with a guide path (238) at least locally slanting relative to the axis of the device, as well as a driving part (240) connected with the piston and moving along the guide path.
Abstract: The invention relates to a casing including an enclosure with its cover having a hinge a spring for controlling the opening of the cover and a mechanism for cushioning the opening movement of the cover. The mechanism for cushioning the open movement includes at least one substantially resilient foam block and/or flexion spring disposed in the casing so as to act during the substantial portion of the opening travel of the cover whilst absorbing the energy imparted thereto for its opening.

Abstract: The invention relates to a non-alcoholic perfuming product comprising a lipophilic phase based on a concentrate of odoriferous substance or perfume and a water-soluble phase, the said phases being combined in a microemulsion and the content of concentrate of odoriferous substances being between approximately 5 and 50% by weight of the product, a surfactant based on polyethylene glycol, a first cosurfactant based on polyglycerol and a second cosurfactant based on ether phosphate also being combined in the microemulsion.Application to the production of cosmetic products.
Abstract: Device for dispensing and dosing a product, comprising a first valve disposed across the aperture of the receptable; a slide system comprising a fixed part and a movable part including a piston sliding into a zone of said fixed part delimiting externally a dosing chamber, said piston having therethrough a passage for the communication of said dosing chamber with the outside; and a second valve associated with said piston for opening the communication between said dosing chamber and the outside when said piston slides down for compressing the product contained in said chamber and closing off said communication when the piston is slides up.
