Abstract: A detection device comprises a roller rotating around an axis. A member is fixed to the roller. The member is designed to come into contact with a clamp. The member is mounted movable with respect to the axis to come into contact the clamp or not. Rotation of the roller generates a centrifugal force designed to move the member towards the clamp. When the speed of rotation of the roller reaches a threshold value, the member come into contact with the clamp to block the roller. The member has a flyweight and a ratchet separated by a plane perpendicular to the first axis of rotation of the roller. The plane is offset with respect to the contact surface between the member and the clamp. The flyweight is located farther from the axis than the contact area with the clamp in a radial direction.
Abstract: A clamping device includes a roller rotating around an axis. A member is fixed to the roller. The member is designed to contact a clamp. The member is mounted movable with respect to the axis to contact the clamp or not. Rotation of the roller generates a centrifugal force designed to move the member towards the clamp. When the speed of rotation of the roller reaches a threshold value, the member contacts the clamp to block the roller. The roller is provided with a stop mounted fixedly to the roller and has a fourth contact area. In the second member position, a third contact area of the member is pressing on the fourth contact area. The third contact area is arranged opposite the second contact area.
Abstract: An adjustment system comprises a strap and an adjustment buckle configured to adjust the strap. The adjustment buckle comprises a body defining a first through hole and a second through hole extending over the thickness of the body. A partitioning wall is fixed to the body. The partitioning wall separates the first through hole and the second through hole in a first direction perpendicular to the thickness of the body. The strap makes a loop inside the body and passes round the partitioning wall. A cover is fixed to the body and installed facing the partitioning wall. The cover and the partitioning wall are separated by a larger distance than the thickness of the strap.
Abstract: Disclosed is a low temperature method of fabrication of short-wave infrared (SWIR) detector arrays (FPA) including a readout wafer and absorption layer connected for improved performances. The absorber layer includes a SWIR conversion layer with a GeSn or SiGeSn alloy. A first series of process steps realizes a CMOS processed readout wafer. A buffer layer is transferred on the readout wafer and annealed at temperatures compatible with the CMOS substrate, achieving a high quality crystalline buffer layer. The method assures a temperature profile between the light entrance surface of the buffer layer, and the readout electronics so the annealing temperature remains compatible with the CMOS. The buffer layer is used for further growth of a GeSn or SiGeSn structure to create the conversion layer and achieve the final structure of the SWIR FPA. Also disclosed is a SWIR FPA detector as realized by such method, and SWIR FPA applications.
Abstract: A gear sling device comprises a body in the form of a hook with an opening and a gate fixed to the body. The gate is fitted movable with respect to the body between a first position closing the opening and a second position leaving the opening open. The body and gate define a ring. A loop is designed to fix the body to a belt of a harness or to a strap. The loop is partly bounded by the body. The gear sling device comprises a wire-like element fitted sliding inside a through hole passing through the body. The wire-like element extends from the through hole to a pressing area where a first end of the wire-like element pulls on the body. A clamp is configured to block the wire-like element and to define the size of the loop.

Abstract: An adjustment system is configured to adjust the length of a first strap. The adjustment system includes a ring defining a first through hole in a first direction. A pin is fitted movable with respect to the ring. The pin partially obstructs the ring in the first direction so as to divide the first through hole into a second through hole and a third through hole separated from the second through hole by the pin. The adjustment system includes a tab at least partially blanking off the first through hole in the first direction. The tab is arranged at a distance from the pin to define a space for the first strap to pass between the pin and the tab.
Abstract: A tandem pulley includes a support bracket having the shape of an inverted U. The support bracket defines a through hole. A pair of sheaves is arranged in line inside the support bracket. Each sheave is mounted rotating freely around a spindle fixed to the support bracket. A carabiner is fitted in the through hole. A connector is configured to connect the support bracket with the carabiner. The connector is configured in such a way as to allow rotation of the carabiner around an axis parallel to the spindles of the pair of sheaves. A spring is connected to the support bracket, the spring being arranged to exert a force on the carabiner biasing the latter to a rest position by rotation of the carabiner.
Abstract: A connection device comprises a connector forming a ring with an open position and a closed position. A handle is fixed to the connector and has two extensions receiving a user's hands. The handle defines a tube extending in a first direction and a through hole arranged to pass through the tube perpendicularly to the first direction. A first end of a wire member forms a loop fixed to the connector in the tube. The second end of the wire member is fixed to the user. The connector passes through the through hole and the loop to fix the handle and the wire member to the connector.
Abstract: A protective helmet includes a head support fixed to a crown. The head support forms a U shape with a frontal part fixed to the frontal part of the crown. The two ends of the head support are fixed to the side walls of the crown via two attachment points. First adjustment parts adjust the length of the head support between the two attachment points and the distance separating it from the frontal part of the crown. A neckband is fixed to the occipital part of the crown and is fitted in movable manner. Second adjustment parts of the neckband adjust the distance between the neckband and the frontal part of the head support.
