    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for removing protein corona on the surface of nanometer particle. Specifically, the invention provides a method for removing protein corona of protein corona modified nanometer particle, the method comprises the following steps: subjecting the protein corona modified nanometer particle to ultrasound stimulation to remove the protein corona of the protein corona modified nanometer particle; the nanometer particle comprises perfluoropentane. Ultrasound stimulation can remove protein corona on the surface of nanometer particle, overcome the masking effect of the protein corona on the ligand modified on the surface of nanometer particle, and prevent the protein corona from blocking the binding of the ligand modified on the surface of nanometer particle to cell receptor.

The data processing method can realize orthographic correction and three-dimensional projection transformation of initial elevation data, as well as orthographic correction and two-dimensional projection transformation of initial velocity field data, which can more realistically and objectively reflect the experimental phenomenon, which is conducive to truly expressing the experimental results and facilitates the analogy analysis with the actual geological prototype.

Carbon fiber filled polymer is used to fabricate the fitting to improve the mechanical strength of the fitting. The fitting comprises an electrofusion fitting body embedded with a resistance heating wire and two terminals arranged on the electrofusion fitting body and connected to the two ends of the resistance heating wire respectively. For the self-monitoring of strain, at least one pair of electrodes are set on the surface of the electrofusion fitting. The resistance change between electrodes caused by fitting deformation due to temperature change or mechanical loading during operation can be measured, and could be further used for structural health monitoring of the electrofusion fitting. The combination of mechanical enhancement and strain sensing of the electrofusion fitting can improve the performance and reliability of plastic pipelines.

    Abstract: An active fault-tolerant temperature control method for a proton exchange membrane fuel cell system is disclosed. Firstly, a model of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell temperature control system is established, and a system structure matrix is established according to the model by structural analysis. The system structure matrix is decomposed by using a Dulmage-Mendelsohn method, a redundant part of the model is obtained, and a system residual is constructed to reflect faults of the temperature control system. On the basis of fault identification, sliding-mode-based active fault-tolerant control is designed to accurately control an outlet temperature of a stack. The new method solves the problem of sensor failure of a temperature control model of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell system during operation, and applies model-based fault-tolerant control to temperature control, so that the reliability and durability of the fuel cell system can be effectively improved.
