Abstract: A manufacturing method for an LED (light emitting diode) includes following steps: providing a substrate; disposing a transitional layer on the substrate, the transitional layer comprising a planar area with a flat top surface and a patterned area with a rugged top surface; coating an aluminum layer on the transitional layer; using a nitriding process on the aluminum layer to form an AlN material on the transitional layer; disposing an epitaxial layer on the transitional layer and covering the AlN material, the epitaxial layer contacting the planar area and the patterned area of the transitional layer, a plurality of gaps being defined between the epitaxial layer and the slugs of the second part of the AlN material in the patterned area of the transitional layer.

Abstract: An electronic device with standby state includes a MCU, a voltage conversion unit, a screen lock circuit, and a power-saving trigger circuit. The voltage conversion unit is connected to the MCU and is used to convert a power supply voltage to a suitable voltage to power the MCU. The screen lock circuit includes a switch, therein, the screen lock circuit is connected to the MCU and is used to lock or unlock the electronic device in response to an operation on the switch when the electronic device is in a work state. The power-saving trigger circuit is connected to the MCU, the voltage conversion unit, and the screen lock circuit, and is used to disable or enable the voltage conversion unit in response to the operation on the switch when the electronic device is in the standby state.

Abstract: A plug device, for engaging a first connector with a second connector or disengaging the first connector from the second connector, includes a base, an operation platform, a sliding member, and an operation assembly. The operation platform is secured to the base. The operation platform is used for securing the second connector and support the first connector. The sliding member is used for grasping the first connector. The operation assembly includes a handle. The handle is rotatable relative to the base to slide the sliding member relative to the operation platform, so that the first connector is engaged with the second connector or disengaged from the second connector.

Abstract: An alarm system for alarming whenever there is a power leakage from an electronic device, includes a voltage decreasing circuit, a switch circuit and an alarm circuit. The voltage decreasing circuit receives a first voltage from a live wire output terminal and outputs a second voltage. The switch circuit outputs a control signal when the power leakage is detected. The switch circuit is electrically connected to a connection port. The connection port is electrically connected to the live wire output terminal and a neutral wire output terminal. The alarm circuit receives the control signal and alarms. If there is power leakage from the electronic device, the first voltage from the live wire input terminal flows into the ground wire input terminal via the electronic device; the switch circuit turns on and the alarm circuit is closed to alarm.

Abstract: A rack includes a rack body, at least one latch member secured to the rack body, and a supporting assembly. The supporting assembly includes at least one sliding lever and a supporting member secured to the at least one sliding lever. The at least one sliding lever is slidably engaged in the at least one latch member and the supporting assembly is extendable and retractable relative to the rack body, to provide a wider base for the rack when required where it rests on the floor, increasing stability and decreasing the likelihood that the rack might topple.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a main body, two air guiding plates, and a cover. The main body includes a bottom plate and two side plates extending up from opposite sides of the bottom plate. A number of mounting tabs extend from an inner side of each side plate, arranged in a row. A circuit board is supported on the bottom plate, and includes a number of electronic components located between the two rows of mounting tabs. A cutout is defined in a top of each mounting tab. A number of hooking slots are defined in a bottom of each air guiding plate. Top walls of the hooking slots of each air guiding plate are respectively supported by bottom walls of the cutouts of the corresponding row of mounting tabs. The cover is covered on a top of the main body and abuts tops of the air guiding plates.

Abstract: In a method for debugging device drivers of a computing device, a command line interface (CLI) is created in a user space of an operating system of the computing device. A command input by a user is received through the CLI, and transmitted to a kernel space of the operating system. The command is parsed to determine a function of a device driver and parameters of the function. An address of the function is inquired in the kernel space. The function is debugged according to the address of the function in the kernel space.

Abstract: A hard disk drive enclosure includes a housing and an operation module attached to the housing. The operation module includes a mounting block attached to the housing, a handle pivotably attached to the mounting block, and a sliding member slidably attached to the handle. When the handle is rotated to a closed position, the handle abuts against the mounting block, and the sliding member is slidable between a first position, in which the sliding member is latched to the mounting block for locking the handle at the closed position, and a second position, in which the sliding member is unlatched from the mounting block and the handle is rotatable away from the closed position to an open position. When the handle is rotated to the open position, a free end of the handle is spaced away from the mounting block.

Abstract: A printed circuit board structure comprises a base layer, an insulation layer, and a signal layer sandwiched between the base layer and the insulation layer. The insulation layer includes a plurality of conductive regions. The conductive regions are used for providing a current reflowing path. Each of the conductive regions comprises a plurality of empty regions which are spaced from each other. A space inside the empty region is substantially hollow, and spaces between adjacent empty region are filled with cooper.

Abstract: A housing of an electronic device comprises a fixing portion and a locking portion. The fixing portion is perpendicularly disposed on a side wall of the housing. The locking portion is perpendicularly mounted on the bottom of the housing. The locking portion corresponds to the fixing portion. The fixing portion clasps a first end of the circuit board. The locking portion is secured to a second end of the circuit board opposite to the first end to mount the circuit board to the housing after the first end of the circuit board has been clasped by the fixing portion.

Abstract: In a brake control method of a power wheelchair, the power wheelchair includes an electronic gradienter, a brake sensor, a brake apparatus, and a brake controller. The electronic gradienter detects stability data of the power wheelchair to obtain a gradient angle and a gradient direction of the power wheelchair. When the gradient angle does not exceed a safety angle range, the brake controller controls the brake apparatus to brake the power wheelchair, and the brake sensor detects braking data of the power wheelchair. The method calculates a braking strength value for braking each wheel of the power wheelchair according to the gradient angle and the gradient direction of the power wheelchair when the brake operation on the power wheelchair is improper. The brake controller adjusts the brake apparatus to brake the power wheelchair according to the braking strength value of each of the wheels.

Abstract: An all-in-one audio system includes an audio chip, an audio interface, first and second audio signal amplifiers, a speaker, a woofer, a multi-function controller, a high definition multimedia interface (HDMI), and a switch. The multi-function controller is connected to the audio chip, the switch, the audio interface, the first and second audio signal amplifiers, and the HDMI. When the multi-function controller detects a high definition multimedia signal through the HDMI, the multi-function controller turns off the switch, decodes the high definition multimedia signal into an audio signal, and transmits the audio signal to the audio interface, and the first and second audio signal amplifiers. The first and second audio signal amplifiers amplify the audio signal and output the amplified audio signal to the speaker and woofer.

Abstract: A folding mechanism includes a first main body, a second main body, and a hinge assembly fixed between the first main body and the second main body. The hinge assembly includes a sleeve member and a fixing shaft. The sleeve member includes a fixing portion and a sleeve portion. The fixing portion is mounted on the first main body. Abstract: A surface contact card holder includes a housing and a tray assembly. The housing includes a receiving frame and defining a receiving hole. The tray assembly includes a tray and a cover. The tray is slidable and receivable in the receiving frame from the receiving hole, the tray is configured for carrying a surface contact card therein. The cover is pivotally attached to the tray and covering the receiving hole. The cover includes a first end and a second end. When the first end of the cover is pressed to pivot the cover, the second end of the cover moves out of the receiving hole, the tray is slid out of the receiving frame to allow insertion and removal of the surface contact card from the housing.

Abstract: A fixing apparatus is used to parallel mount an expansion card to a motherboard. The fixing apparatus includes a mounting bracket fixed to the motherboard, and a retaining member rotatably connected to the mounting bracket. The mounting bracket includes a supporting board supporting the expansion card. The retaining member includes an abutting arm and a locking portion. When the retaining member is rotated to a locking position, the abutting arm abuts against a top of the expansion card to sandwich the expansion card with the supporting board, and the locking portion engages with the mounting bracket to prevent a rotation of the retaining member. When the retaining member is rotated to a releasing position, the abutting arm will move away from the expansion card.

Abstract: A chip card holder includes a latching member and a housing. The latching member includes a first cover portion, a second cover portion and a connecting portion therebetween the first cover portion and the second cover portion. The housing defines two receiving grooves. The first cover portion and the second cover portion respectively protrude from the two receiving grooves. The receiving grooves with the first cover portion and the second cover portion define a first latching space and a second latching space for receiving two chip cards.
