Abstract: An article of footwear with a knitted component including an upper and an integral knit ankle cuff is provided. The upper and the ankle cuff are formed as a one-piece knit element. The knit element forms a portion of an exterior surface of the upper and an opposite interior surface of the upper, with the interior surface forming a void for receiving a foot. The ankle cuff is formed of unitary knit construction with the upper as a one-piece knit element and extends above a throat area of the upper. The ankle cuff includes malleolus zones on medial and lateral sides to correspond with the ankle bones of a wearer. The knit component further incorporates features to assist with providing entry for a foot of a wear, providing comfort to a wearer, and to assist with orientation of the upper of the article of footwear when being worn.

Abstract: Foot support systems (and articles of footwear including them) include: (a) a medial side member having one or more medial side supports (e.g., ribs); (b) a lateral side member having one or more lateral side supports (e.g., ribs); and (c) structure (such as a hinge system) configured to move the foot support system (e.g., the medial side support(s) with respect to the lateral side support(s)) between: (a) a foot-insertion configuration and (b) a foot-containing configuration. In moving from the foot-insertion configuration to the foot-containing configuration, the foot support system can be changed between an open condition and a closed condition.

Abstract: A utility garment has a front garment portion adapted for positioning at a wearer's chest, a rear garment portion adapted for positioning at a wearer's back, the front portion and rear portion being removably detachable at a plurality of attachment facilities, each attachment facility including a front facility portion connected to the front garment portion and a rear facility portion connected to the rear garment portion, at least a first one of the front facility portion and the rear facility portion comprising first and second bodies, the first body defining a first cable passage and the second body defining a second cable passage, the first cable passage and the second cable passage being registered with each other and adapted to receive a single cable, and the first body and second body being spaced apart from each other to define a latch receptacle space.

Abstract: A disposable protective apparel garment having an angled elastomeric panel present on the back side of the garment is described. The garment, such as protective coveralls, includes an elastomeric panel in a V-shaped configuration that extends from the lower back upwardly toward the underarms and along the sleeves. Such an elastomeric panel allows the wearer a greater degree of movement when wearing such a garment.

Abstract: A batting glove (10) has a cover member (12) defining a central opening and a plurality of finger elements (20) including a forefinger element (24) and a thumb element (22). The batting glove (10) has a web member (14) generally positioned between the finger element (20) and the thumb element (22). The web member (14) minimizes force against a thenar region of a wearer's hand from a bat in response to hitting a ball with the bat.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing an article includes applying a colored medium on a first polymeric sheet to establish an image on the first polymeric sheet. The method further comprises forming a fluid-filled bladder element at least partially from the first polymeric sheet, and assembling the fluid-filled bladder element in the article so that a first portion of the fluid-filled bladder element having the image is exposed to view, and a second portion of the fluid-filled bladder element is blocked from view by the article. An article comprises a fluid-filled bladder element at least partially formed from a first polymeric sheet, and a colored medium establishing an image on the first polymeric sheet. A first portion of the fluid-filled bladder element having the image is exposed to view, and a second portion of the fluid-filled bladder element is blocked from view by the article.

Abstract: An article of footwear includes a sole structure including a chamber for receiving a pressurized fluid, the chamber having a top portion, a bottom portion, and side portions around a periphery of the chamber. The sole structure also includes a central structure located in a central portion of the chamber between opposing side portions of the chamber, such that the chamber is devoid of additional structures in a surrounding region around the central structure and extending from the central structure to the side portions of the chamber. On all sides of the central structure, a dimension of the surrounding region between the central structure and the nearest side portion is one third or more of a span across the chamber between opposing side portions.

Abstract: An article comprises a cushioning assembly that comprises a first bladder element forming a first fluid chamber. The cushioning assembly further comprises a second bladder element within the first bladder element. The second bladder element forms a second fluid chamber sealed from and within the first fluid chamber. At least one reinforcement element is operatively connected to and in contact with at least one of the first bladder element and the second bladder element. The at least one reinforcement element is configured to reinforce the cushioning assembly under a load applied to the first bladder element. A method of manufacturing an article with the cushioning assembly is provided.

Abstract: A steam iron is adapted for ironing a piece of cloth with steam generated thereby. The steam iron includes a machine body unit, a sole plate unit, a water supply unit, a heating unit, and a control unit. The sole plate unit is connected to a bottom end of the machine body unit. The water supply unit is connected to the machine body unit and includes a pump that is adapted for supplying water to the sole plate unit. The heating unit is connected to the sole plate unit and heats up the sole plate unit so that the water supplied to the sole plate unit is heated to form the steam. The control unit is connected to the machine body unit, measures moving speed of the steam iron and controls water output of the pump based on the moving speed of the steam iron.

Abstract: A swaddle device includes a body portion and a pair of laterally extending wings. The first wing includes a first opening defined therein so that the infant's first arm can be inserted through the opening when swaddling the infant. A second opening is defined in the first wing adjacent to the first opening. A third opening can also be provided through the second wing to allow for the option of the infant to be swaddled with their first arm intentionally protruding, yet captured.

Abstract: Articles of footwear include a footwear component having an exterior surface; and at least a first flap member engaged with the footwear component. Abstract: A friction-sealed water immersion suit is described having a suit body with a neck opening, arm openings, leg openings and an entry opening. The entry opening defines an upper section and a lower section. A friction-sealed coupling is provided at the entry opening for coupling the upper section and the lower section of the suit body. The friction-sealed coupling includes a flap on one of the upper section or the lower section made of an elastomeric material and an inner flap and an outer flap on the other of the upper section or the lower section made of an elastomeric material. The friction-sealed coupling being engaged by interleaving the flap with the inner flap and the outer flap.

Abstract: A protective helmet comprising at least one compression spring that connects one or more inner shells to an outer shell. Once the multiple shells are connected, they provide a multiple layer protection system that absorbs and reflects energy by compressing. The compression springs also comprise a threaded spring cap that allows for easy connecting and disconnecting between the compression springs and the shells. The threaded spring cap allows the springs to be exchange within the multilayered shell, for springs of a different compression rate, size, or material if desired; which would allow customization of the protection level provided by the protective helmet.

Abstract: An article of footwear including a sole structure attached to an upper defining an internal void configured to receive a foot of a wearer is described. The sole structure includes a sole body portion having a plurality of sensory node elements located in apertures in the sole body portion. The sensory node elements have a bottom surface configured to contact the ground and move vertically within the apertures. The movement of sensory node element pushes a top surface of the sensory node element attached to a portion of the upper against the foot of the wearer. The sensory node element provides sensory feedback to the foot of the wearer about the condition of the ground. The sensory node elements are arranged at discrete locations across the sole structure to provide sensory feedback at desired portions of the foot of the wearer.

Abstract: A golf cap having a ball marker proposed in the present invention includes: a ball marker which has a first coupling portion having one surface formed with a plurality of male members, e.g., hooks, or female members, e.g., loops, and a second coupling portion which corresponds to the first coupling portion, and has a plurality of female members when one surface of the first coupling portion has a plurality of male members, or has a plurality of male members when the one surface of the first coupling portion has a plurality of female members, so that the ball marker is attached to and detached from the second coupling portion, thereby improving convenience when carrying and using the ball marker, and improving detachable function between the ball marker and the cap in use.

Abstract: This invention concerns a disposable protective garment comprising a protective fabric, the garment being provided with at least one continuous line of flexible sealing material extending from the neck opening to at least one other opening in the garment, the continuous line of sealing material forming a liquid-impervious seal between the first and second parts of protective fabric in the garment; wherein the sealing material has a tensile strength less than the tensile strength of the protective fabric and the continuous line of flexible sealing material can be torn open by the wearer for doffing of the garment. This invention also concerns a disposable protective garment wherein the at least one continuous line of flexible sealing material extends from a torso opening to at least one pants sleeve opening.

Abstract: A retractable sunshade cap includes a crown having a forwardly extending visor, three sunshield members, and fastening members. The bottom end of the sunshield members are permanently attached to the base of the crown using permanent fastening members or sewing stitches or other permanent attachment methods. Left and right sunshield members are disposed with their front ends attached near the front centerline of the crown so that they drape forwardly down the side of the visor. Rear sunshield member is disposed so that it drapes down from near the rear crown portion. Detachable fastening members are deployed to secure angled folded flaps that reduce the size of the sunshield members for storage, and are also deployed to secure portions of the sunshield members onto the crown near its vertex for independent retraction and targeted shading of the face and neck.
