The UE may transmit a message to accept, partially accept, or reject the skipping of PDCCH monitoring. In some implementations, the UE may be configured for multiple user, multiple input, multiple output (MU-MIMO) communications with other UEs. The UE may receive a message that indicates parameters of the other UEs.
