Core (28) includes expansion portion (71) of which a width gradually increases downward toward upper end portion (66a) of connecting portion (66) in the neutral state of the steering wheel.

A center contact and a peripheral contact are retained in an end of the rotatable cylinder bar and make contact with the position sensor. The motion of the rotatable ring and the rotatable cylinder bar are sent to a ring controller for processing.

    Abstract: A device for cold working pipe elements has two or more cams, each having a gear which meshes with a pinion to turn all of the cams. Each cam has a cam surface with a region of increasing radius and may have a region of constant radius extending around a cam body. Each cam also has a traction surface extending around a cam body. A discontinuity in each cam surface is aligned with a gap in the traction surface of each cam. The discontinuities and gaps provide clearance for insertion and removal of the pipe element between the cams to form a circumferential groove when the cams are rotated. A cup adjacent the pinion is movable along the pinion axis to engage and disengage from a stop surface on one of the cams. Engagement between the cup and a stop surface prevents rotation of the cam.

    Abstract: Provided are a motor device and a method for manufacturing the same that can accurately and consistently provide a support shaft to a case and enhance the strength for fixing the support shaft to the case. A small-diameter part having a smaller diameter than a large-diameter part is formed through drawing. The large-diameter part and a step part are embedded in a gear case. The small-diameter part is exposed outside the gear case. The dimensional accuracy (dimensional tolerance ±?) of the external diameter of the small-diameter part is enhanced. The small-diameter part can be set, without rattling, in a lower mold for molding the gear case. Consequently, the support shaft can be accurately and consistently provided to the gear case. Because the large-diameter part and the step part are embedded in the gear case, the resistance of the support shaft against pulling from the gear case can be enhanced.
