Abstract: A method of supporting an implement in at least one working position on at least one limb of a person including the steps of: obtaining a securing assembly comprising an elongate body portion formable into different maintainable shapes; forming the elongate body portion with respect to a part of the at least one limb to thereby cause the securing assembly to be maintained on the at least one limb; and operatively engaging the securing assembly and implement to thereby cause the implement to be supported in the one working position, whereby with the implement supported in the one working position, the person can move his/her at least one limb to cause the implement to perform a task.
Abstract: An identification card presentation system that allows for access to the card while in a holder. The holder allows for the rapid removal of the card should it be needed. The holder has two jaws that close similar to a clamshell to hold the card between them. The inner surfaces have high friction grips to secure the card in the holder. The holder allows for a key ring or other carrying device to be attached so that the identification card is joined to the keys.
Abstract: A vehicle that includes an adaptable truck bed storage system includes a truck bed with a first sidewall and a second sidewall. The adaptable truck bed storage system is configured to receive accessories and includes an anchoring assembly that includes a first fixed end coupled to the first sidewall and a second fixed end coupled to the second sidewall. The anchoring assembly includes at least one pin. The adaptable truck bed storage system further includes an indexable center bar that extends between the first fixed end and the second fixed end. The indexable center bar includes a plurality of accessory channels on a plurality of sides of the indexable center bar. The accessory channels extend at least a portion of a length of the indexable center bar. The indexable center bar is indexable between a plurality of discrete positions and the pin locks the indexable center bar in one of the discrete positions to adapt the adaptable truck bed storage system.
Abstract: A sandal transport device includes a resiliently pliable elongate member having the shape of a “W”. The resiliently pliable elongate member has a first elevated end, a first angled section, a first trough, a second angled section, a crest, a third angled section, a second trough, a fourth angled section and a second elevated end. The resiliently pliable elongate member may be engaged to a releasable clip, and the releasably pliable elongate member is constructed and arranged for engagement to and the transportation of footwear.
Abstract: A wearable article that is transformable between a garment configuration and a bag configuration. A writing instrument holder and an eyewear holder may be included to add utility to the article. The bag configuration has two forms: a handbag form and a backpack form depending on the number of straps and their selected attachment points. Handles of the bag configuration are concealable and may have a thru-design for adding strength to the bag configuration.
Abstract: A storage device is configured to hold one or more sports boards. The storage device has a mechanism that transitions the device between a clamped and unclamped state upon actuation of a an actuation device. A user can actuate an actuator from a first position towards the device to a second position to transition the device from the clamped to the unclamped state.
Abstract: This invention relates to an infant carrier adaptable for selectively carrying the infant in the front or the back of the wearer and facing towards or away from the wearer without requiring that the child be repositioned in the carrier.
