Abstract: A method of aggregating metrics associated with a user interaction during a real user session comprises identifying a span comprising a tag associated with a workflow from ingested spans associated with the real user session, where the workflow comprises spans generated in response to the user interaction. The method also comprises identifying other spans associated with the workflow from the ingested spans. The method further comprises grouping the other spans associated with the workflow with the tagged span and aggregating metrics for the workflow over a duration of time.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods that automatically classify, filter, and reduce large volumes of feedback data as a function of time using artificial intelligence technology. The aggregated feedback data is reduced by representing the feedback data as sets of descriptors corresponding to one or more time periods that are displayed on a graphical user interface. Feedback data packets are parsed by labeling the feedback data packets with a time period identifier. The feedback data packets are processed utilizing neural network technology to classify the feedback data according to one or more subject identifiers that are each associated with a subject vector. A descriptor analysis is used to process the subject vectors and the feedback data packets to generate descriptor sets comprising one or more descriptors as well as weighting data for each descriptor.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for tailoring shareable content object reference model (SCORM)-compliant content to one or more users. A learning management system (LMS), configured to be SCORM-compliant, initiates shareable content object (SCO) to provide content to users. The LMS implements an instance of application programming interface (API) comprising a plurality of functions to be called by SCO during runtime to access data model elements accessible via LMS. The LMS is configured to support one or more data model elements undefined by SCORM. Further, LMS receives a call to a function of the plurality of functions of the API from SCO to access information about users. The call references a name of a data model element undefined by SCORM. The data model element identifies information about users. The LMS provides information about the users to SCO and the SCO tailors the content to the users based on the information.

Abstract: Methods and systems for generating and distributing data visualizations are provided. One method includes displaying a user interface including a canvas and a card builder toolset, the card builder toolset including a plurality of selectable options, each of the plurality of selectable options responsive to user input to present a definition screen including one or more card definition parameter input fields. The method further includes receiving user input into the one or more card definition parameter input fields for each of the plurality of selectable options and, in response, defining at least one aspect of a card to be included within a user dashboard presented on the canvas. The method also includes rendering a card within the canvas in accordance with parameters defined by the user input, the card being included within a dashboard to be displayed to users.

Abstract: An object security system comprising a data store storing a document, a processor, and a memory coupled to the processor. The object security system comprises a set of computer instructions executable to provide a user interface to a user, the user interface having controls to allow the user to provide a geo-lock definition for the document, receive the geo-lock definition and assert a geo-lock on the document in the data store based on the geo-lock definition. The geo-lock is enforceable to allow access to the document based on a determination that a target geographic location associated with the document is an allowed location specified by the geo-lock and enforceable to take an action based on a determination that the target geographic location associated with the document is not the allowed location specified by the geo-lock.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for determining a user-preferred feature type. An embodiment operates by maintaining user-presented features associated with user-presented records, wherein the user-presented features comprise one or more user-presented feature types. After receiving a user-desired feature of the user-presented features, a user-preferred feature type of the user-presented feature types is determined based on the user-presented features and the user-desired feature. Thereafter, a new record and associated feature are to be presented with the new feature being of the user-preferred type.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method performed by a client device includes receiving, at the client device, an input of n-grams, and identifying media items from a media-item index. This media-item index may index media items stored by the client device and respective keywords associated with each media item, and each media item may be identified based on one or more of its associated keywords matching at least one of the n-grams of the input. An auto-suggestion with the identified media items may then be presented responsive to the input.

Abstract: Embodiments are described for a system and method for content management in an online ecosystem. The system includes at least one network and a computer system having at least one processor, at least one memory, and at least one I/O device. A client system includes a database. A user performs the steps of searching content stored within a database followed by rating the content. Ratings are compiled and displayed to the ecosystem. Users may vote to accept or deny content for a predetermined time period. If accepted, content is then displayed to the ecosystem of users while the content is associated with a user or group thereof.

Abstract: Computer-implemented systems and methods for repetitively performing a search. The methods include receiving a search query that includes one or more search parameters including one or more search terms. A search may be repetitively performed to produce a plurality of search results at different points in time, each performed search being based, at least in part, on the one or more search parameters included in the search query. A determination may be made for one or more of the search results whether there is a difference between each of the one or more of the search results and a preceding search result and presenting the one or more of the search results including identifying one or more differences between each of the one or more of the search results and a preceding search result if there are any differences.

Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment, described herein is a system and method for enabling in-place record content management. A records management agent within a content management system can communicate with a records management system in an asynchronous manner, such as in response to a request or prompt, or in combination with check-in of content into the content management system. The records management agent can fetch a records folders hierarchy from the records management system for use in selecting record policies to be applied to content. The records management agent can associate content with selected records folders within the records folders hierarchy, and can update metadata corresponding to the content. The records management agent can send the updated metadata to the records management system. In an embodiment, the records management agent can be provided as a reusable, pluggable component within an existing content management system.

Abstract: Community-driven, context-aware (e.g., geospatially and space-time aware) intelligent research assistant systems are provided. A virtual assistant application of a user computing system may receive a query from a user and provide the query to a server. The server may determine a category and topic of the query and determine whether an application exists for the category and topic. When the application exists, the server may call an application programming interface (API) associated with the application that executes finite state machine (FSM) logic to determine a context-aware answer to the query and provide the determined context-aware answer to the virtual assistant application.

Abstract: Disclosed in some examples are methods, systems, and machine readable mediums which utilize volume to improve the ordering of search results for various information retrieval systems. This improves relevance as volume is a proxy for interest. As volume changes over time, the relevance of a particular result to a particular search query will increase or decrease over time.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to decentralized management of nodes in a blockchain network. Participants may agree to a consensus rules and implement them as smart contracts. For example, one rule may specify that a node will accept a change proposal only when its local policies and/or data allow it to implement the change. A smart contract may implement this rule and deploy it across the blockchain network for each node to follow. Other participants, through their nodes, may propose changes to the blockchain network, and each node may consult its copy of the smart contract to determine whether to vote to approve the change request and apply the change request locally.
