Abstract: A data management device, communication system and methods for tagging data in a data table and triggering automated action. A data management device receives from a first data provider one or more records of a data table, each record comprising a plurality of fields. The data table is associated with an account having one or more authorized users. The plurality of fields each has a value set by the first data provider. The data manger determines one or more tags for the one or more records in accordance with a plurality of autotagging rules. The data manger appends the one or more records to include one or more tag fields corresponding to the one or more tags for the one or more records. The appended records are stored in a database. One or more automated actions may be triggered based on one or more tag fields of one or more of the plurality of records.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for identifying temporal data in data streams to create a temporal database for a stream(s) application to query for temporal data. An example technique includes receiving streams of data at a streams engine and processing the streams of data according to a priority order. The streams engine identifies whether the database is a temporal database and identifies temporal data in each stream of data based on frame analysis, natural language processing techniques, metadata, and optical character recognition. Further, the streams engine generates context data corresponding to the temporal data. The streams engine generates a temporal data record based on the temporal data and context data, and the streams engine generates a reliability factor. The temporal data record and reliability factor are stored in the temporal database for a stream application to query regarding temporal information at a later point in time.

Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium stores a semantic structure search program. The semantic structure search program causes a computer to execute the following process. The computer generates a plurality of search semantic symbols from a search request. Next, the computer specifies a position of a specific word that corresponds to the search request in a search target document, by the plurality of search semantic symbols and document semantic structure position information. The document semantic structure position information includes a relationship information between a plurality of semantic symbols and a plurality of positions of a plurality of words in the search target document. The plurality of semantic symbols represent a semantic structure corresponding to the plurality of words. Thereafter, the computer outputs a search result including the specific word and the position of the specific word in the search target document.

Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for query expansion are provided. For example, a search user interface is populated with search results of a query submitted through a computing device. User input is received through the search user interface for an object, such as a drag and drop command of a phrase occurring within the search results. The user input may drag the phrase from a search result to a query input user interface. In this way, the query is modified based upon the object, such as where the phrase is added to the query to create a modified query. Second search results for the modified query are displayed through the search user interface.

An alternative set of metadata pages may be generated from the primary set of metadata pages. A log of changes associated with the primary set of metadata pages may be generated. A copy of at least a portion of the primary set of metadata pages may be generated based upon, at least in part, the alternative set of metadata pages and the log of changes associated with the primary set of metadata pages. Abstract: The present embodiments relate to a search platform that facilitates a user in searching entities, products and/or services, such as foods or restaurants. The platform can allow for a user to search for food by attributes such as a name of the dish, an ingredient of the dish, or a diet type (e.g., Keto diet). A search result can include a list of dishes available across multiple restaurants. The user can view detailed information about a dish (e.g., ingredients, ingredient the user is allergic to, calories) by selecting an entry in the list. The platform also allows a user to view an augmented-reality (AR) based image of the selected dish, which can be a three-dimensional (3D) image capable of being modified (e.g., turn, pan, zoom in).

Abstract: Systems and methods for performing differential and full data protection operations. Parameters that define minimum, interval, and maximum values are provided to an agent. These values relate to changes in the data or in a database. The agent monitors the database and backups are triggered in accordance with these values. A differential backup is not performed until the minimum value is reached and differential backups are performed only after subsequent intervals are reached. A full backup is performed once the maximum value is reached.

Abstract: Methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer program products are provided for intermixing expressions with other types of data in input controls. A system includes a processor and a memory that stores program code configured to be executed by the processor. The program code comprises a step configuration interface configured to receive, via a same input control, an expression as a first segment and a different type of data from an expression as a second segment. The program code further comprises a logic generator configured to generate a serialized representation that includes a serialized version of the first segment and a serialized version of the second segment.

Abstract: The present teaching relates to method, system, medium, and implementations for storage management. A hash table is constructed, having an index file having one or more slots, each of which includes one or more buckets. Each bucket stores one or more types of records, including a direct record, an indirect record, and a forwarding record. A direct record stores data directly in a bucket of a slot of the index file. When a storage request is received related to some relevant data, the request is handled based on the constructed hash table.

Abstract: A file system may include an object storage, a merged index, and a distributed database. When a file is stored in the file system, the file may be converted to an object and be stored in the object storage. The deduplication index of the file may be stored in the distributed database. The namespace metadata of the file may be stored in the merged index. The merged index generates namespace entries of the file when the file is created, deleted, and/or modified. A namespace entry may be associated with a specific file and may include a creation version and a deletion version. When a file is deleted or modified, instead of modifying the existing namespace entries, new entries associated with different versions and including different creation or deletion versions are created. The status of a file may be monitored by one or more entries associated with a file.

Abstract: An activity management system is configured to allow users to access multimedia content where the multimedia content is divided into segments. While a user is viewing or interacting with the multimedia content, the user can submit one or more activities (e.g., comments, questions, replies, or reactions) using an interface. The system is operable to electronically link the activity provided by the user with the particular segment of multimedia content in which the activity was captured by the system. The system is also configured to throttle the number of activities that are displayed to a user for any given segment based on (1) viewers linked to the user (e.g., groups, social media groups, etc.), (2) viewers that influence the user, (3) viewers selected by the user, (4) viewers that cause the user to be engaged with the multimedia content, and (5) a threshold number of activities set by the viewer or the system.

Abstract: A system can display content generated from one type of machine-generated data to a user via a graphical user interface. Based on an interaction with the machine-generated data, the system can determine an entity identifier associated with the machine-generated data and determine an entity type for the entity identifier. The system can map the entity type to one or more content generators associated with the entity type and communicate the entity identifier to the identified content generators. The content generators can determine if they have content associated with the machine-generated data. The system can generate and display a link to the related content via a graphical user interface.

The operations can further comprise, based on the first level analytics report, determining a sufficient amount of the data according to a sufficiency criterion that defines the sufficient amount of the data that is to be usable by a secure remote service to generate a second level analytics report based on a core analytics analysis of the sufficient amount of the data.
