Abstract: An ignition device for a biomass particle fuel barbecue grill and a heater, the device comprising an electrode rod (2), an igniter (3) and a wire (5), wherein the electrode rod (2) is arranged at the bottom part of a biomass particle fuel combustion area, (1) in a biomass particle barbecue grill body. Specifically, a hole site is arranged at the bottom part of the biomass particle fuel combustion area (1) for fixing and installing the electrode rod, (2) and making contact with biomass particles in the biomass particle fuel combustion area (1); the igniter (3) is fixedly arranged at a suitable position on the outer surface of the biomass particle barbecue grill body; and the igniter (3) is connected to the electrode rod (2) by means of the wire (5).

Abstract: A low-heat-loss operation method of a line-focusing heat collection system and the line-focusing heat collection system are provided. The method includes the following steps. Solar energy is utilized to preheat a collector tube in an empty tube state, so that the collector tube is in a preheating mode. After a set preheating temperature is reached, a heat transfer working medium is injected into the collector tube. In the injection process of the heat transfer working medium, an injection section of the collector tube is converted into a focusing mode from a preheating mode. After heat collection is finished, the circulation of the heat transfer working medium is stopped, and the focusing mode of the collector tube is kept. In the drainage process of the heat transfer working medium, an emptying section of the collector tube is converted into a light heat-tracing mode from a focusing mode.

Abstract: An oven appliance includes a cabinet defining a cooking chamber to receive items to be cooked. The oven appliance includes a door that rotates between an open and closed position. A braided gasket is interposed between the door and the perimeter of the outer walls of the cooking chamber when the door is in the closed position. The braided gasket is attached to the perimeter by one or more gasket clips. The gasket clips have a head, a body positioned perpendicular to the head, and a leg extending from the end of the body and overlapping at least a portion of the body, at least a portion of the leg extending parallel to the body. A tail extends from an end of the head, at least a portion of the tail extending parallel to the body.

Abstract: The present device is a fluid bed regenerative thermal oxidizer configured to minimize dead spaces within it and eliminate the need for complex valve systems, which are typically required to move treated and untreated air across fixed beds. The present device can be a fluid bed regenerative thermal oxidizer comprising a vertical stack having a combustion chamber near its interior center and desorber shelves located within the vertical stack above the combustion chamber and adsorber shelves located within the vertical stack below the combustion shelves. Ceramic spheres can be used as heat sinks that flow from the desorber shelves, around the combustion chamber and onto the adsorber shelves and then back to the desorber shelves. In this way heat from the combustion can be captured by the heat exchange material on the desorber shelves and released to preheat untreated air on the adsorber shelves.

Abstract: A improved system and method for a lighter with a sealed compartment for a battery and LED whereby the lighter is designed to be a conventional lighter with a striker that is a standard push button electrical device that creates a spark where the lighter has a pressure fuel flow valve having a spring loaded valve with a gasket to restrict fuel flow such that a pressure indicator is triggered by decreased pressure as a balloon would do to expand as the pressure reducing effect takes place. Once the pressure valve has expanded, it releases the contact whereby a switch is flipped making a complete current thereby turning on a power cell corresponding to an LED light. The light indicates to the user to purchase a new lighter or refill the existing lighter.

A base pan may be attached to the outer wall and may form a bottom of the kettle. A nest pan may have an edge and a ventilation aperture. The edge of the nest pan may be attached to the bottom portion of the inner wall and disposed above the base pan. The nest pan and the base pan being spaced apart to form a gap therebetween. The ventilation aperture of the nest pan may be in fluid communication with the ventilation aperture of the outer wall. An ash pan may be removably positionable above the nest pan.

Abstract: The disclosure includes a portable fire pit comprising a housing, a first pair of wheels operatively coupled to a front portion of the housing, a second pair of wheels operatively coupled to a rear portion of the housing, and a fire pit coupled to a top portion of the housing, wherein the fire pit comprises at least one solid vertical wall. In some embodiments, the portable fire pit also includes a cover that converts to a table, as well as a suspension grate to hold firewood and a grill rack to hold food above the fire pit. The grill rack may be configured to be located at different heights above the fire pit, and may also be configured to rotate between positions directly over and to the side of the fire pit.

Abstract: A volatiles consuming eductor system for coated scrap metal furnaces with separate delacquering and melt chambers. Motive gas is forced through an inlet into a mixing chamber in a direction opposite a suction port, creating a Venturi that draws gases from the delaquering chamber through the mixing chamber. The motive gas and the drawn gases mix and are forced through a discharge port, ignited, and injected into the melt chamber to help heat the melt chamber. A computer monitors process conditions and controls a regulator that adjusts the motive gas flow in response to those conditions.

An example pellet grill includes a cooking chamber, a burn pot, an ignitor, and a controller. The ignitor extends into the burn pot and is configured to ignite pellet fuel located within the burn pot. The controller is configured to command the ignitor to activate during a first duration. The controller is further configured to determine, following expiration of the first duration, whether a temperature of the cooking chamber has reached a threshold temperature. The controller is further configured, in response to determining that the temperature has not reached the threshold temperature, to command the ignitor to activate during a second duration.

Abstract: A live-fire grill has been developed with a central opening and one or more adjustable accessories. In one example, the central opening is covered by a central grate to provide a more typical grilling experience. In another example, the central grate is raised to prevent food loss down the central opening. Surrounding the central opening is a griddle with an outer periphery defining a retention ledge. The retention ledge serves as a backstop to prevent food falling off the griddle and onto the ground. Attached to the grill is one or more rods holding one or more adjustable accessories. The accessories automatically lock in position and may be adjusted both horizontally and vertically. In one example, the accessory is an adjustable grate with 360 degrees of rotation.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a convertible fire pit, grill, griddle, smoker and table apparatus are provided. The apparatus is configured such that a user can readily, easily, and safely convert the apparatus between a fire pit, a grill, and a smoker without tools. The apparatus may include a bowl, a grill frame support, e.g., a ring, positionable about the bowl, a shelf attachable to the grill frame support, a grate positionable within the bowl, and a grill frame positionable about grill frame support. The grill frame may be configured to rotate about the bearings within the grill frame support. The apparatus may also include interchangeable grill components positionable about the grill frame and a hood disposed above the grill frame.
