Abstract: A mattress comprising an interior core of inner pocket springs arranged in a plurality of columns extending between opposite ends of the mattress disposed within an exterior periphery of outer pocket springs arranged in a plurality of columns extending between opposite ends of the mattress and a plurality of rows extending between opposite sides of the mattress where each inner pocket spring and each outer pocket spring has substantially the same in pocket height and out of pocket height, and the outer pocket springs are firmer than the inner pocket springs to create a relatively firm border around the periphery of the mattress.

Abstract: A device providing intelligent assistance in mobility for disabled people and others includes a mobility device and a lifting device detachably mounted on the mobility device. The lifting device includes a base frame, a retractable bracket structure, several wheels, a sitting pad, and a backrest. The wheels are mounted on a lower surface of the base frame and drive the lifting device to move. The retractable bracket structure is mounted on an upper surface of the base frame. The sitting pad is detachably mounted on the retractable bracket structure, and the backrest is rotatably mounted on the retractable bracket structure.

Abstract: Mattress toppers for mattress assemblies generally includes a convoluted foam layer including a convoluted upper surface and a bottom planar surface. The convoluted upper surface includes multiple raised rectangular-shaped foam sections and a plurality of raised spaced apart hemispherical-shaped foam spheres within each of the raised rectangular shaped foam sections; and at least one overlying foam layer including a bottom planar surface in contact with an uppermost surface of the multiple raised rectangular-shaped foam sections.

Abstract: A mattress topper for providing improved comfort to a sleeper comprises a pressure distribution layer defining an interior volume. The pressure distribution layer has substantially air-impermeable side walls and a substantially air-impermeable base, and a top surface having at least a region that is air permeable. Support material is contained within the interior volume. The mattress topper includes at least one electrically powered air circulation device for drawing air into the interior volume of the pressure distribution layer via at least one air inlet port. A lateral air-flow layer is disposed above the pressure distribution layer and is configured to provide substantially unimpeded air flow both upwardly and laterally.

Abstract: Disclosed are support assemblies and foldable bed frames. A foldable bed frame includes a support assembly, first and second frame units, first and second holders. The first frame unit includes a first frame section pivotally connected with the support assembly and a first leg assembly pivotally connected with the first frame section. The second frame unit includes a second frame section pivotally connected with the support assembly and a second leg assembly pivotally connected with the second frame section. The first and second holders are fixedly coupled with the support assembly, and abut the first and second frame sections when the foldable bed frame is unfolded. When folded, the first and second frame sections are disposed substantially parallel to each other with the first and second leg assemblies disposed at exterior sides of the first and second frame sections.

Abstract: A support cushion for providing air flow to a user resting on the support cushion is provided. The support cushion includes pocketed coil layer and a base layer positioned adjacent to and below the pocketed coil layer. The pocketed coil layer including a plurality of fabric types for directing air flow. A fan is operably connected to the inlet hole of the base layer to provide air flow into and through the pocketed coil layer to a body support layer. Methods of controlling air flow through a support cushion are also provided.

Abstract: A collapsible bed frame includes a plurality of lateral bar units, a plurality of first longitudinal bar units, and a plurality of second longitudinal bar units. The plurality of lateral bar units includes first and second outer lateral bar units and at least one inner lateral bar unit. A collapsible bed frame also includes a plurality of first connectors, each having a body and a supporting piece. The body is fixedly connected with an end of the first or second outer lateral bar unit, and the supporting piece is rotatably connected with an adjacent first or second longitudinal bar unit. The collapsible bed frame can contract and expand while the lateral and longitudinal bar units are connected with each other.

Abstract: Systems and methods for use of a rollaway folding bed system are described. The rollaway folding bed system can include a mattress and a frame configured to be moveable between a deployed state and a stored state. The rollaway folding bed can include a rigid frame and sections of support grid affixed to the bars to provide support to the mattress. The rigid frame can also have moveable supports that can moved between a folded position and a stored position. The rigid frame can include central supports having hinges to facilitate moving the rollaway folding bed from a stored position and a deployed position. The crossbars can include lockable wheels affixed at opposing ends of the cross bars and positioned beyond an outer edge of the rollaway folding bed system when in a stored position to provide stability to the rollaway folding bed system.

Abstract: A compact baby care system includes a baby crib assembly, at least one sliding storage drawer, and at least one utility cabinet. The baby crib assembly includes a left side panel, an opposing right side panel, a bottom panel, and opposing top and bottom horizontal rails extending between the left side panel and the opposing right side panel. The bottom panel is horizontally secured between the left panel and the opposing right panel. The bottom panel is configured to support a mattress. The at least one sliding storage drawer is underneath the bottom panel of the baby crib assembly. The at least one utility cabinet is attached to the left side panel or the opposing right side panel of the baby crib assembly via a connector. The at least one utility cabinet stores at least one of a feeding station and a changing station.

Abstract: Disclosed are connectors and collapsible bed frames. A collapsible bed frame includes lateral and longitudinal bar units. Between each of two adjacent lateral bar units, a first longitudinal bar unit is disposed at a first side of the collapsible bed frame and a second longitudinal bar unit is disposed at a second side of the collapsible bed frame. The first and second longitudinal bar units and the two adjacent lateral bar units are rotatably connected with each other by connectors that enable the collapsible bed frame to contract and expand while the lateral and longitudinal bar units are connected with each other.

Abstract: A three dimensional mattress system with environment control is provided which may be configured to provide three dimensional body support to a user. In some embodiments, the system may include a rigid frame that may form a frame cavity. Optionally, the system may include one or more temperature regulators. A plurality of pillows may be positioned within the frame cavity, and a user may be supported by the plurality of pillows. Optionally, one or more air moving devices may be configured to move air external to the frame through the plurality of pillows, and one or more air filters may be configured to filter air moved by the air moving devices.

The block is wedge shaped so that a first end of the block is dimensionally thicker than a second end of the block. The block has a base that is sized complementarily to a bed frame so that the block is configured to be positioned upon the bed frame. A set of channels that is positioned in the block extends between at least two openings that are positioned in the block. The set of channels is configured to vent the block to cool the block and a user positioned thereupon. The block being wedge shaped elevates the upper body of the use, promoting relaxation and restful sleep.

Abstract: The present bed bumper apparatus includes an elongate body that is resilient and flexible, an inner cover enclosing an entirety of the elongate body such that the elongate body is removable from the inner cover only by destroying an integrity of the inner cover, an outer cover enclosing an entirety of the inner cover having the elongate body, and a flexible strap engaged to the outer cover and having a quick release buckle and length adjuster such that the bed bumper can be engaged to a mattress at an edge of the mattress to minimize a person from rolling off the mattress.

Abstract: A reversible spring assembly is coupled to a bed frame and capable of being inverted from a first position to a second position without detaching the assembly from the bed frame. In one embodiment, the spring assembly includes top and bottom springs arranged in rows within a frame with one or more rigid support bars disposed between the rows of springs. If the user wishes to adjust the position of the assembly in the bed frame (e.g., to create a loft-style configuration), the user need only invert the bed such that the assembly previously positioned at in a right-side-up position at the bottom of the frame is positioned in an inverted position at the top of the frame.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a reinforced bed frame. The reinforced bed frame comprises a plurality of bed poles, two cross poles, at least one connecting member, and a plurality of movable buckles. Each of the at least one connecting member comprises a body and at least two fixing buckles connected to the body. Each of the plurality of movable buckles is configured to cover an opening of a corresponding one of the at least two fixing buckles and cooperate with the corresponding one of the at least two fixing buckles to surround a corresponding one of the plurality of bed poles.

The hole in the center suspends wrinkles and provides a head cradle that along with the neck rest provide therapeutic neck support while the sloping sides suspend wrinkles, reduce snoring and minimize clenched jaw.

Abstract: A bed frame connecting piece includes a first connecting piece connected to a horizontal rail of the bed frame and a second connecting piece connected to a vertical rail of the bed frame. A notch part is provided between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece, and a reinforcing member is provided between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece. The reinforcing member is located at the notch part and arranged at an inner end of the bed frame connecting piece. One end of the bed frame connecting piece is a narrow edge, the other end of the bed frame connecting piece is a wide edge, and the notch part is arranged at the wide edge. A bed frame includes the above bed frame connecting piece.

Abstract: A bed cooling assembly includes a blower unit that is positionable adjacent to a bed for sleeping. A pair of hoses is each of the hoses is fluidly coupled to the blower unit to direct the air blown by the blower unit. A pair of restraints is each removably attachable to a respective one of the hoses to mount the respective hose to the sleeping bed. A pair of exhaust vents is each fluidly coupled to a respective one of the hoses to receive the air from the blower unit. Each of the exhaust vents is positionable between the sleeping bed and a blanket on the sleeping bed to direct the air onto a user sleeping on the sleeping bed thereby cooling the user.

Abstract: An inflatable patient support includes a top panel defining a first perimeter and a bottom panel defining a second perimeter. The second perimeter of the bottom panel is coupled to the first perimeter of the top panel. An internal wall is coupled between the top panel and the bottom panel to define a first chamber and a second chamber. The internal wall defines at least one passage therethrough that allows fluid communication between the first chamber and the second chamber. The first chamber and the second chamber are inflatable.
