  • Patent number: 11398312
Abstract: System and methods for preventing the coverage or fill of ineffective medications are provided. Genetic efficacy testing results are received at a pharmacy benefits manager (“PBM”) system from a laboratory information system. Medications reported as ineffective in the testing results are flagged as an allergy in an electronic patient record. Requests for coverage of medications are received at the PBM system from a dispensing pharmacy system and electronic notifications are issued to the dispensing pharmacy system where the medication is flagged as an allergy at the PBM system to prevent the flagged medication from being filled.

  • Patent number: 11361266
Abstract: In some implementations, a first set of user activity data is received from a plurality of sensors where the first set of user activity data corresponds to a plurality of users. A task list of an objective is extracted from the received first set of user activity data based on patterns formed in the first set of user activity data in association with the plurality of users pursuing the objective. Based on determining a second set of user activity data indicates pursuit of the objective by a user, it is determined that at least a task of the task list is uncompleted by the user based on comparing the second set of user activity data to the task. Content corresponding to the task is provided to a user device associated with the user based on determining the task is uncompleted.

  • Patent number: 11195606
Abstract: A subject is prescribed short and long acting insulin medicament regimens. When a qualified fasting event occurs, the basal insulin sensitivity estimate of the subject is updated using (i) an expected fasting blood glucose level based upon the long acting insulin medicament dosing specified by the long acting regimen during the fasting event, (ii) glucose measurements contemporaneous with the fasting event and (iii) a prior insulin sensitivity factor. A basal insulin sensitivity factor curve is calculated from the updated basal insulin sensitivity estimate. A bolus insulin sensitivity estimate of the subject is updated upon occurrence of a correction bolus with a short acting insulin medicament using (i) an expected blood glucose level based upon the correction bolus, (ii) glucose measurements after occurrence of the correction bolus, and (iii) a prior insulin sensitivity factor. A bolus insulin sensitivity factor curve is calculated from the updated bolus insulin sensitivity estimate.

  • Patent number: 11101039
Abstract: According to one or more embodiments herein, a machine-learning algorithm is provided that uses current and past clinical data in order to accurately and precisely predict the future onset of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and dementia for individual patients, thus enabling early identification of those having high risk for Alzheimer's disease. In particular, a newly defined “All-Pairs” technique combines data from each doctor's visit for each patient with data from each of the patient's other doctor's visits. By correlating clinical data obtained from patients at one time point with the progression of Alzheimer's disease in the future, the techniques herein are able to increase the likelihood of identifying Alzheimer's disease patients at early stages.

  • Patent number: 11080745
Abstract: Forecasting a potential audience size and an unduplicated audience size for a digital campaign includes receiving an audience segment input and a time period input. The audience segment input is converted into multiple atomic target specifications. For each of the multiple atomic target specifications, a potential audience size is determined during the time period input by selecting a time series model based on a frequency of attribute values from the atomic target specification and combining the selected time series model with a frequent item set model. The potential audience size for each of atomic target specifications is aggregated over the time period input into a total potential audience size. The total potential audience size is output. The time series model and the frequent item set model are obtained using data from a historic bid request database.
