A help desk library embedded in mobile app code comprising a managed mobile app installed on the mobile device is used to provide the help desk session. The help desk library is configured to provide in real time to a help desk system external to the mobile device mobile app data associated with the managed mobile app while the managed mobile app is running on the mobile device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide systems and methods for automatic or adaptive sizing of a customer service agent's co-browsing view of a contact's user interface. According to one embodiment, at least a portion of the agent's interface in which the customers interface is presented can be resized so that the agent's view matches the customer's view, e.g., one-to-one. This sizing of the agent's view may be performed automatically, when the co-browsing view of the customer's interface is first presented to the agent or, according to one embodiment, may be toggled on and off by the agent, e.g., by the agent selecting a button or other control presented in the agent's interface. In this way, embodiments allow the agent to see exactly the same view of the web site as the customer sees in the customer's interface regardless of the device or screen size used by the customer.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for sharing and consuming web content across multiple computing devices. Each device registers with an account on a cloud-based service using a unique identifier. When one of the registered devices requests a web page, a set of rules is processed by the cloud-based service to determine whether the page content should be shared with other registered devices. If the rules are satisfied, the cloud-based service requests and receives the content from a content provider in various formats that are compatible with each of the registered devices. Once all assets associated with the content are received by the cloud-based service, the content is shared by pushing the content out to each registered device in the compatible format. In some cases, the scroll position is adjusted automatically so that the user may resume reading at the same point where she left off with another registered device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for attributing a scroll event are described herein. The system can provide, to a client device, an infinite scroll attribution script. The script can cause the client device to set a dimension of an inline frame, embedded with a content document, of an page to a dimension corresponding to a viewport of an application and determine, responsive to detecting a scroll event, that a first offset between a first content document end and a first viewport end is less than or equal to a first predetermined threshold. The script can further cause the client device to determine, responsive to detecting the scroll event, that a second offset between a second content document end and a second viewport end is greater than or equal to a second threshold and assign the scroll event to the inline frame responsive to the determinations of the first and second offsets.

Abstract: Methods and systems for bound based contextual zoom are disclosed. Legacy WINDOWS desktop and web applications were designed for a mouse or other high-precision pointing device, and as such, small controls and closely grouped controls/icons were commonly designed/used on the screen. Interacting with such applications remoted to a touch-based device (e.g., a smartphone or tablet) is difficult. Bound based contextual zoom overcomes at least some of these limitations by permitting a user to zoom in on an area of interest within an application or desktop, and for a period of time long enough to complete the touch interaction. The area zoomed might be a group of controls on a ribbon bar, the minimize/maximize/close buttons in the top-right corner of a window, a group of form input controls, or any other natural cluster of related user interface (UI) elements.

One example method of operation may provide parsing notification message content of a notification message, linking a data source to the notification message content to create a hybrid user interface data feed, transmitting the initial hybrid user interface data feed to a number of message recipients, monitoring at least one of the data sources to identify a change to data content of the initial hybrid user interface data feed, and intercepting a change parameter during the monitoring of the data sources, and updating the hybrid user interface data feed based on the intercepted change parameter.
