Abstract: Suspension system for an inner container mounted for thermal insulation in an outer container. Rod-shaped fixed bearing securing elements of a fixed bearing system engage the outer container and the inner container and can be stressed in tension and compression. Fixed bearing securing elements engage the inner container while being arranged so as to be distributed in an annular installation space between the inner container and outer container, and they engage the outer container while being distributed in the annular installation space. A floating bearing system with a floating bearing ring and annularly distributed floating bearing securing elements can be arranged in the outer container to support the inner container. The floating bearing securing elements can be stressed in tension by tension springs and/or in compression by compression springs and engage the floating bearing ring and the inner container or the outer container.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a portable cooling multipack for holding and cooling a plurality of beverage containers. The multipack includes a primary container formed from an open top housing, having a bottom surface, and a plurality of sidewalls connected and extended away from the bottom surface to define an inner surface there-between, accessible through a top open surface. The multipack further includes a closing wrap for closing the top open surface of the housing of the primary container. The closing wrap includes a plurality of panels defining a first end panel connected to a second end panel through a bottom panel at one end and extending towards a top panel at another end. The closing wrap is wrapped around a pair of sidewalls of the primary containers in a vertical direction such that the top panel of the closing wrap sealingly covers the open top surface of the primary container.

Abstract: A beverage crate includes a base and a plurality of walls extending upward from the base. The base together with the plurality of walls define a container interior for receiving beverage containers. By reconfiguring the crate, the storage volume of the container interior is selectively adjustable to accommodate different size beverage containers. Thus, the same crate could be used for different size beverage containers.

Abstract: The present embodiments describe an insulated drinking vessel with a multifunction lid. In an embodiment, the drinking vessel can be configured to receive a multifunction lid. The multifunction lid may, in one embodiment, include an opening for receiving a drinking straw. In an embodiment, the multifunction lid may additionally include an opening for drinking or sipping directly through the lid. In an embodiment, the lid may include an operable cover for covering at least one of the openings in a first position and for allowing access to the fluid through the opening in a second position. In a further embodiment, the lid may include a plurality of operable covers. A first operable cover may be configured for covering the drinking straw opening in a first position and allowing insertion of a straw in a second position. The lid may also include an operable cover for covering the sipping spout in a first position and allowing drinking directly through the spout in a second position.

The container comprises a safety device (11) with a first coupling portion (12) and a second coupling portion (13) configured to engage each other stably in an internal volume of the container (1) in a closing condition of the closure system (7) to define a locking condition wherein they prevent the closure system (7) from switching from the closing to the opening condition. Abstract: An expandable container includes a substantially horizontal base, four side walls, and a rim defining a container opening having a larger cross section than the base. At least one of the four side walls is configured as a movable side wall, having an upwardly extending side portion and a substantially horizontal base portion. An upper edge portion of the side portion is connected to the rim by a hinge such that the movable side wall is movable between a nesting position, in which the side wall is inclined to facilitate nesting of the container inside another container, and an expanded position, in which the side wall is moved outwardly to increase the storage space of the container, when compared to the nesting position. A system includes a main tote in which a plurality of expandable containers as described above may be nested.

Abstract: A frame package including a back panel, an inside panel tab, a front panel, and an inside panel is provided. The inside panel tab extends from the back panel. The front panel extends from the back panel and defines a region to rest upon a corner portion of a frame. The inside panel extends from the front panel and includes an inside panel tab slot. The back panel, the front panel, and the inside panel are arranged with one another to fold about the corner portion of the frame and for the inside panel to extend through a frame opening such that the corner portion of the frame is covered by at least one of the back panel and the front panel. The inside panel tab is received within the inside panel tab slot to secure the back panel to the inside panel without an additional fastener.

According to various aspects and embodiments of the invention the apparatus can facilitate either leisurely disbursement of pieces for a small or medium size event, or for rapid disbursement of pieces for large events.

Abstract: A nested tableware set includes: a) first and second bowls having a base and container portion that terminates at an open rim, and b) a plate interposed between the first and second bowls. Each plate has: 1) a base terminating at a side wall that extends upwardly and terminates at a side wall rim, 2) a base wall extending vertically downwardly from the base, 3) a first annular surface extending horizontally away from an upper end of the base wall, and 4) a second annular surface extending horizontally away from and vertically above the first annular surface. The first annular surface and the base wall together define a first shelf for seating the first bowl, and the second annular surface defines a second shelf for seating another plate. The base and side wall together define a third shelf for seating the second bowl.

The jug has a lower member defining a base, and a collapsible side wall extending between the upper and lower members. The jug has a link that has a first end pivotally attached to the upper member at a second side of the upper member. The container is alterable between a collapsed configuration wherein the side wall is collapsed and a second end of the link is releasably attached to the spout such that the lower member is releasably retained between the link and the upper member and an in-use configuration wherein the side wall is extended and the second end of the link is releasably attached to the lower member such that the upper and lower members are releasably retained in a spaced apart configuration.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a storage container comprising a base having a continuous side wall extending upwardly from a bottom wall and terminating at a top peripheral rim defining an upper opening. The container has a lid to open and close the upper opening, and the base of the container has a foot in the form of a rib on the underside of the bottom wall, in which the rib snap connects with a mating lid recess on an upper surface of the lid. In addition, the foot is profiled with a lead-in portion on the rib that is configured to guide the rest of the foot into the lid recess, and the foot is further profiled with a retaining portion on the rib that follows the lead-in portion to snap connect with the lid recess.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an injection molded lid for use with a container. The lid includes a lid body and a securing member, respectively made of a first material and a second material. The lid body includes a cover portion and a flange portion disposed around the periphery of the cover portion. One side wall of the flange portion has one or more notches. The securing member includes at least one tab and a frame disposed at the flange portion. The tab extends from the top or bottom of the frame and covers the notch. Also disclosed herein is a container and lid assembly that includes a container and an above-described injection molded lid.

Abstract: A cross-brace assembly for a package for a household appliance and method of assembling are provided. The cross-brace assembly can include a holder having a body having opposing first and second sides. The body includes first and second inner tabs that include first and second apertures, respectively. A first outer tab projects from the first side of the body, adjacent to the first inner tab, and a second outer tab projects from the second side of the body, adjacent to the second inner tab. A brace having opposing first and second ends can be received within the first and second apertures such that the first end of the brace is disposed adjacent the first outer tab and the second end of the brace is disposed adjacent the second outer tab to retain the brace relative to the holder.

Abstract: A plastic article useful as a riser assembly for a septic tank or as part of another structure is comprised of a multiplicity of identical shape conical wall plastic risers. The risers are attached to each other at joints by tabs which engage rim segments; each end of the riser has alternating tabs and rim segments. A riser assembly wall undulates in the lengthwise direction. The risers nest within each other for shipment or storage.

Abstract: A carton for containing at least one article. The carton comprises at least one panel that can form an interior of the carton. The carton comprises at least one protection feature for protecting the articles from breakage. The article protection feature can comprise at least one feature in end flaps of the carton. The article protection feature can comprise an article protection flap foldably connected to the at least one panel. The article protection flap can be moveable between a first position and a second position wherein the article protection flap is folded relative to the at least one panel.

Abstract: A contact lens package includes a multi-layer laminate substrate and a cover sheet. The multi-layer laminate substrate includes a first polymer layer, a first metal layer and at least one pre-formed lens receiving portion that is sized to hold at least a portion of a contact lens. The cover sheet is removably secured to the substrate and configured to seal a contact lens within the at least one lens receiving portion. The substrate has sufficient structural integrity to maintain a shape of the lens receiving portion.

Abstract: A carton for holding an article. The carton can comprise a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels can comprise a first panel and a second panel. An insert can comprise a central panel, an inner side panel foldably connected to the central panel, and an inner flap foldably connected to the inner side panel. The first panel can at least partially overlap the central panel, the inner side panel can be spaced apart from the second panel, and at least a portion of the inner flap can extend from the inner side panel to the second panel.

Abstract: The present invention provides a stackable container, including a base wall having multiple corners, a side wall that is generally perpendicular to the base wall, and an end wall that is generally perpendicular to the base wall and the side wall. The base wall, the side wall, and the end wall are substantially rectangular or square in shape and define an interior space. Also, a plurality of retractable support members are provided that are movable between an extended support position and a retracted position. The support members, located at the four bottom corners or four sides of the base wall of the stackable container, support the stackable container on top of another container, when the support members are in an extended support position. When the support member is in a retracted position, the containers may be nested. In an alternate embodiment, the container may have a round shape with retractable support members.

Abstract: The invention provides a packaging element (2, 3) comprising two shells (21, 22, 31, 32), each shell having a margin (210, 220) defining an access opening giving access to the inside of the shell, said packaging element (2, 3) having at least a “closed” configuration in which the shells form a chamber that is substantially closed and that is suitable for receiving an article, such as a medical implant. Said packaging element (2, 3) further comprises a sealing strip (4) that extends, outside the shells (21, 22, 31, 32), over the entire length of the margins (210, 220) of the shells of the packaging element, and from one margin (210, 220) of the shell to the other margin (220, 210) of the shell in such a manner as to seal the chamber defined by the two shells. The invention also provides an assembly comprising two packaging elements received one inside the other, and the invention also provides a corresponding sealing method.
