Abstract: A container and closure combination, for the containment of fluids and extraction therefrom by way of an extraction tube. The container comprises a closed volume with an opening configured to close the opening of the container; the closure is provided with an aperture such that the closure, upon fitment to the container opening, cannot be removed therefrom. The aperture of the closure comprises a unitary elastic unidirectional valve member that can operate in a first, closed condition, to prevent a flow of fluid from the container; and a second, operational condition, with an extraction tube sealingly engaged with respect to the valve, to permit an extraction of fluid from the container through the tube.

Abstract: A stackable transport and storage container includes a bottom, two side walls, two end-face walls, and inner partitions and/or a container cover. The inner partitions and/or a container cover can be detachably fastened to the container without the aid of tools and additional fastening elements. In the storage and transport container, the side walls and the end-face walls comprise folded-over edges, above which stacking profiles which are open at the bottom can be placed. The connecting piece of the stacking profile, which piece forms the stacking support, has profiling in the form of a keder holder into which a pull-in keder, having a keder core and a keder flap, can be inserted. Partitions for receiving transport and storage parts and/or the protective cover are fastened to at least one keder flap.

Abstract: According to an example of the present disclosure, a learning tableware set includes a bowl and a spoon used in cooperation with the bowl. The bowl includes a bowl bottom and a curved bowl wall. The bowl bottom includes a peripheral recessed portion on one side of the bowl bottom. One side of the curved bowl wall is annularly connected to an edge of the side of the bowl bottom, and the other side of the curved bowl wall, which is not connected to the bowl bottom, includes a protruding edge extending toward a central axis of the bowl bottom. The spoon includes a holding portion and a scooping portion connected to the holding portion, and a curve of one end of the scooping portion away from the holding portion matches a curve of the peripheral recessed portion.

Abstract: A packaging element (2, 3) has two shells (21, 22, 31, 32), each shell having a margin (210, 220) defining an access opening giving access to the inside of the shell, said packaging element (2, 3) having at least a “closed” configuration in which the shells form a chamber that is substantially closed and that is suitable for receiving an article, such as a medical implant. The packaging element (2, 3) further has a sealing strip (4) that extends, outside the shells (21, 22, 31, 32), over the entire length of the margins (210, 220) of the shells of the packaging element, and from one margin (210, 220) of the shell to the other margin (220, 210) of the shell in such a manner as to seal the chamber defined by the two shells. An assembly has two packaging elements received one inside the other, with a corresponding sealing method.

Abstract: A containment cask is disclosed for safely transporting and storing radioactive hazardous waste in a dry air environment. The cask comprises a single drum containing the radioactive hazardous waste, a sealed and shielded containment vessel containing the drum, and an outer container. The outer container can be in the form of an outer shield vessel (OSV) made from iron to provide further shielding. This outer container is appropriate for a drum having higher activity waste. The outer container can also be in the form of an overpack assembly that adds protection for atmospheric hazards, but adds little in terms of shielding. This outer container is appropriate for a drum having lower activity waste.

Abstract: A cooler with a hinging lid is comprised of a top deck having an opening and a unitary hinging lid to cover the opening; insulated sidewalls; and a bottom that together define an enclosed insulated inner volume for storage of objects. The inner volume can be accessed by opening the hinging lid. The hinging lid can be selectively opened, segment by segment, to access the inner volume while minimizing the exchange of air between the inner volume and the air surrounding the cooler. The hinging lid is comprised of a pull flap tab, an interior layer of reflective insulating material, at least one layer of support insulation material and a waterproof outer surface layer. The support insulation material of the hinging lid is divided into at least two discrete segments comprising a first segment and a second segment and can be articulated as a hinge between the segments.

Abstract: A fuel tank with a venting system includes a flap for closing and opening a vent made in the tank. The flap is coupled to a float. The flap includes a valve coupled to a second float mounted in a hinged manner in the tank so that the valve adopts a closed position, being pushed by the second float when the level of fuel in the tank reaches a certain threshold, and an open venting position in order to prevent overpressure within the tank, being driven by the second float when the level of fuel is below the threshold and the force exerted by the internal pressure on the valve is less than the sum of the forces exerted on the valve by the atmospheric pressure and by the weight of the second float.

Abstract: A container for heating a food product. The container comprises a base layer of material and a liner releasably attached to an inner surface of the base layer. The liner is separable from the base layer after heating the container. The container comprises a bottom panel, and end panel foldably connected to the bottom panel, a side panel foldably connected to the bottom panel, and a corner panel foldably connected to the bottom panel. The corner panel extends between the end panel and the side panel.

Abstract: The current invention relates to a lid for a cup which protects the contents of the cup and the drinking hole from contaminants. In some embodiments the lid for a cup includes a base and a cover connected to the base which rotates around the base. In this way the cover protects the drinking hole when closed, but can rotate open to allow the user to access the drinking hole and the contents of the cup. In some embodiments the cover is further equipped with a stopper which fits into the drinking hole and helps secure the cover in a closed position. In other embodiments the base is further equipped with a ramp leading up to the drinking hole which guides the cover to the drinking hole and locks the stopper within the hole. In other embodiments a protective layer is provided over the base which is removed before use.

Abstract: A hinged closure is disclosed for a container. The hinged closure comprises a first closure and a second closure. An internal closure hinge pivotably couples the first closure with the second closure. An exterior closure hinge pivotably couples the second closure with the container. A first locking member is couple to the interior edge of the first closure. A second locking member is coupled to the second closure. The first locking member engages with the second locking member for preventing pivoting of the first closure relative to the second closure and covering the container chamber and prevents access into the container chamber of the container. The first locking member disengaging with the second locking member for permitting pivoting of the first closure relative to the second closure and permitting access into the container chamber of the container and defines a reduced closure height relative to the container.

Abstract: A flexible pouch comprising a first panel and a second panel. In one embodiment there is a first compartment and a second compartment formed between the first panel and the second panel. A top seal is positioned along the top of the first panel and the second panel above the first compartment and the second compartment. A locking child proof slider assembly is configured to close the top seal in one direction and permit access to the compartments in the other direction. Below the top seal and just above the compartments is a zip seal. The zip seal is reclosable and helps maintained the upper edge of the compartments keeping the contents in place and fresh. The first compartment includes at least one sidewall formed from the first panel and the second panel and at least one seam wherein the sidewalls of the first compartment are opaque to as to prevent visibility of the contents of the first compartment. An NFC tag may also be provided.

It utilizes a series of springs and tongs that allow you to hang shoes and other footwear both on the outside and the inside of the box shaped apparatus.
