Abstract: Provided is a storage container having a door lid whose opening and closing direction is changeable, and in which a take-out port can be accessed from various directions. The storage container includes a container body and the door lid. The container body has an outer peripheral frame defining the take-out port. The door lid can be attached to the outer peripheral frame, and opens and closes the take-out port. The outer peripheral frame includes plural coupling counterpart portions extending in directions in which the outer peripheral frame extends. The door lid includes a coupling portion detachably coupled to any of the coupling counterpart portions. The coupling portion and the coupling counterpart portions are configured such that, when the coupling portion is coupled to any of the coupling counterpart portions, the door lid can be rotated with respect to the outer peripheral frame to open and close the take-out port.

  • Patent number: 10351296
Abstract: A foldable container features a base and four lateral walls, with the lateral walls featuring trailing edges with latching elements and one or more ridges that extend from the trailing edge on the internal surface and/or close to the external surface and on lateral edges of the side wall. During stacking, the ridges mesh either between the latching elements and/or between two additional ridges so that stacked containers cannot shift in longitudinal direction. The trailing edges are designed in a step like shape and feature a protruding edge, by means of which a shifting in diagonal direction is also prevented. According to the invention, the containers are deformed less during transport and are easier to fold together. The invention facilitates stacking and folding by robots.

  • Patent number: 10336524
Abstract: A container is provided with a body portion. The body portion includes a first vacuum panel, a second vacuum panel, a third vacuum panel, a first diagonal column between the first vacuum panel and the second vacuum panel, and a second diagonal column between the second vacuum panel and the third vacuum panel. The second vacuum panel and the third vacuum panel are oriented in opposite directions. In response to a change in an internal container pressure, the body portion flexes at the first vacuum panel such that a surface of the first vacuum panel increases in concavity in response to an increasing pressure change.

  • Patent number: 10327574
Abstract: The present invention provides a cup sleeve formed with a reverse damping structure having one or more rings inwardly bent and annularly arranged on one or both of the edge and the inner periphery of the cup sleeve, so when the mentioned cup sleeve is sleeved with a cup-shaped or bottle-shaped or can-shaped container, the anti-slip damping for enhancing the anti-loose function is provided by the reverse damping structure, thus the cup sleeve is less likely to be released from the cup-shaped or bottle-shaped or can-shaped container, and with the reverse damping structure, the interval formed between the cup sleeve and the cup-shaped or bottle-shaped or can-shaped container is enlarged thereby increasing the thermal insulation effect.

  • Patent number: 10315796
Abstract: A plastic container comprises an upper portion including a finish adapted to receive a closure, a lower portion including a base, and a sidewall extending between the upper portion and the lower portion. The upper portion, the lower portion, and the sidewall define an interior volume for storing liquid contents. The plastic container further comprises a pressure panel located on the container and moveable between an initial position and an activated position. The pressure panel is located in the initial position prior to filling the container, and is moved to the activated position after filling and sealing the container. Moving the pressure panel from the initial position to the activated position reduces the internal volume of the container and creates a positive pressure inside the container. The positive pressure reinforces the sidewall. A method of processing a container is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 10308401
Abstract: A food storage unit provides a container and a cover which use an interference fit to snap the cover onto the container. The two engage with each other by a first lip (of the container) and a second lip (of the cover). The lips are configured to have an obtuse angle of 95 degrees, helping to create a better fit between the two. The second lip deforms when placed over the first lip; the resulting pressure and friction helps to seal the cover to the container. To help create a more secure attachment, a latching member is connected to the second lip. The latching member is positioned just below the first lip, such that the cover cannot be lifted straight up until a person manually moves the latching member away from the first lip. This helps prevent the cover from accidentally coming loose from the container.
