Abstract: An insert for a case according to an example of the present disclosure includes, among other things, a first layer comprising a liquid dispersed memory foam, and a second layer disposed on the first layer. Portable cases and methods of forming an insert for a case are also disclosed.

Abstract: A hydrocarbon fluid storage structure has a storage vessel containing hydrocarbon fluids therein and a containment vessel fully surrounding the storage vessel so as to provide secondary containment to the storage vessel. A heater is surrounded by heat exchanger fluid within a heat exchanger vessel within the storage vessel. The exterior of the containment vessel is insulated. The heat exchanger fluid is passively circulated within a closed loop path defined by the heat exchanger vessel. Connecting valves providing external access to the contents of the storage vessel are received within a valve housing in heat exchanging relation with a containment space between the containment vessel and the storage vessel.

Abstract: One aspect of the invention provides a cap comprising: a plane defining an opening and a slidable closure adapted and configured to seal the opening. The slidable closure includes: a projection extending above an external surface of the plane and a flexible seal coupled to the projection and located on an internal surface of the plane opposite the projection. The flexible seal includes: a connection portion coupled to the projection; a sealing portion having a profile that is complementary to a shape of the opening; and a flexible hinge adapted and configured to bias the sealing portion against the internal surface. Another aspect of the invention provides a container assembly including: a container and the cap as described herein coupled to the container.

Abstract: A packaging for a product comprising a support having a first side and a second side and a first edge and a second edge, the support defining one or more indents; and a retainer extending from the support and including an engagement surface, the retainer having a first position wherein the engagement surface cooperates with the one or more indents to define a cavity between the retainer and the first side of the support and a second position wherein the engagement surface is withdrawn from the one or more indents, and the retainer is configured to engage the product within the cavity in the first position and disengage the product within the cavity in the second position.

Abstract: A mobile cooling box has a box main body and at least one lid for providing access to the inside of the mobile cooling box. At one side edge the lid is hinged to the box main body so that the lid is pivotable from a closed position to an open position. The mobile cooling box further has a latch handle module for manually locking and unlocking the lid. The latch handle module is integrated in the lid and located at another side edge of the lid. The latch handle module comprises an actuating element that is manually operable by the user, a locking element that is engageable with a corresponding counterpart located at the box main body in order to lock the lid from being opened and a casing, and the latch handle module provides a mechanism for locking and unlocking the lid.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a closure for a container with a base element (100), a flip-top lid (200) attached to said base element (100) by a hinge (150) such that the flip-top lid (200) can be moved between an opened and a closed position, and with a tamper evident unit (400) for indicating whether the flip-top lid (200) had been opened at least once by a user or not. Said tamper evident unit (400) comprising a first tamper evident element (420) and a second tamper evident element (440), which are, when said closure is in its as-manufactured status or when said flip-top lid (200) has not been opened yet by the user, connected to each other by at least one frangible bridge (430).

Abstract: An apparatus for facilitating dispensing payloads into a container. The apparatus is couplable with an opening of the container and includes a placing element and a dispensing element. The placing element is coupled with the opening, includes first openings fluidly coupled with the opening, and defines payload receptacles around the first openings. The payload receptacles define recesses for receiving payload holders. The payload holders include breakable layers for releasably securing the payloads into the payload holders. The dispensing element is coupled with the placing element, transitions from a first position to a second position based on an external action, and includes a pressing element. The pressing element presses the payload holders based on the transitioning for breaking the breakable layers and releasing the payloads from the payload holders. The payloads pass through the first openings for dispensing the payloads into the container based on the releasing.

Abstract: Dry, plied roll paper is transformed into hand wetted roll paper that may be used either dry, or selectively hand wetted using a wetting device. The device is then shaped into a container filled with an anti-bacterial cleaning agent, or other agent, and assembled on the paper ply. The hand wetted paper ply can be used as paper towels or toilet paper for dry and/or wet hygienic cleaning.

Abstract: A modular subsea fluid storage unit has a variable-volume inner tank having a rigid top panel and a peripheral wall that is flexible by virtue of concertina formations. The peripheral wall is extensible and retractable vertically while the horizontal width of the tank remains substantially unchanged. A side wall of a lower housing part surrounds and is spaced horizontally from the peripheral wall of the inner tank to define a floodable gap between the peripheral wall and the side wall that surrounds the tank. An upper housing part extends over and is vertically spaced from the top panel of the inner tank and overlaps the side wall to enclose the inner tank. The floodable gap and the upper housing part enhance thermal insulation and trap any fluids that may leak from the inner tank.

Abstract: A box wrap security device includes a key, a connecting piece and a lock. The key is connected with the connecting piece through a steel wire and the connecting piece is connected with the lock through the steel wire. The lock includes an upper shell and a lower shell. The upper shell and the lower shell are locked with each other. A knob is embedded in the upper shell. A wire spool is fixedly connected to a bottom of the knob, and an alerter is connected between the knob and the wire spool. A limiting pin is inserted into a top socket of the lower shell. A first spring is sleeved on an upper end of the limiting pin. An upper end of the first spring is supported on a bottom of the upper shell.

Abstract: A coupling device is disclosed for coupling a container to a closure. The container has a container sidewall extending between a first container end and a second container end. A container undercut is defined in an outer surface of the container sidewall. The closure has a closure sidewall extending between a first closure end and a second closure end. A closure outer sidewall is located radially outward from the closure sidewall and defines a slot between the closure sidewall and the closure outer sidewall. The second container end is received within the slot of the closure. A major projection and a major depression are located between the second container end and the slot of the closure cooperating for securing the closure to the container. A minor projection and a minor depression located between the container sidewall and the closure sidewall for cooperating for additionally securing the closure to the container.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for displays are disclosed. The display includes a header and a stand, where the stand may be configured to house a plurality of consumer products. The header is movable between a shipping configuration and a display configuration, wherein it is shorter in the shipping configuration and requires little assembly to move to the display configuration.

Abstract: A hanger storage device. The hanger storage device may include a container base, the container base may include a floor and one or more sidewalls. The hanger storage device may further include one or more compartments defined at least partially by the floor and the one or more sidewalls; one or more alignment pegs disposed in the one or more compartments, wherein the one or more alignment pegs may be formed in the floor and extend perpendicularly upward therefrom, and wherein the one or more alignment pegs may be configured to receiving a hook portion of the hanger; and a lid, wherein the lid may be configured to secure atop the one or more sidewalls thereby enclosing the one or more compartments.

Abstract: A side opening intermodal shipping container has a fixed base, end walls, back wall and part of a roof. A movable entire side wall is connected to a movable partial roof. The movable partial roof is hinged to the fixed roof part. Hydraulic cylinders rotate the movable side wall and roof part, opening an entire side and a portion of the top within a limited clearance space. A large object may be loaded into the container and removed from the container indoors.

Abstract: A tamper evident package for secure delivery of a product is disclosed. The tamper evident packaging includes a plurality of sidewalls having a closure providing access to an interior compartment of the packaging. The closure includes a closure slide that urges a closure seal into cooperative engagement during movement of the closure slide. Cooperating ratchet teeth are provided in the closure slide and at a closed end of the closure to retain the closure slide in a locked position. The closure slide includes a land for carrying a unique identifier code. The unique identifier code is visible through a window in the closure when the closure slide is in the locked position. The tamper evident packaging may be used with a product delivery service where the unique identifier code is used to identify an order through a packing of the product through receipt of the product by the customer.

Abstract: Various floral wrapper systems to hold plant/floral arrangements are provided. In one version, the floral wrapper includes a protective outer sheet; and a decorative inner sheet affixed to the inner surface of the protective outer sheet. The protective outer sheet can be folded about the decorative inner sheet to form a pocket for supporting a floral arrangement therein. In another version, the floral wrapper includes a first sheet with a portion removed to form a side and a second sheet with a portion removed to form a side. The first and second sheets are affixed to each other with the first and second sheets partially overlapping each other and with the formed side of the first sheet and the formed side of the second sheet aligned along a line. Additional sheets can be added to modify the structure and ornamental appearance of the floral wrapper.

Abstract: A container includes a base and a shell rotatably coupled. The shell defines an aperture and a cradle is rotatably mounted therein. The top of the cradle holds an object and the cradle is pivotable between presentation and storage positions. An actuatable member is movable to open or occlude the aperture. Rotation of the base relative to the shell, in a first direction, drives the actuatable member towards an open position and pivots the cradle towards the presentation position, and rotation in a second direction drives the actuatable member towards a closed position and pivots the cradle towards the storage position. A lever pin on the cradle extends through a C-slot of an inner mechanism rotating with the base to a channel on the shell. Rotation between the base and shell causes the channel to drive the lever pin to different ends of the C-slot to thereby pivot the cradle.

Abstract: A shipping crate is provided having multiple walls. In each wall, a first wall layer has sides and a first thickness and a second wall layer has sides extending past each of the sides of the first wall by the first thickness. The crate also has a back panel having a first back panel layer and at least a partial second back panel layer. The first back panel layer has sides and a thickness substantially similar to the first thickness and the second back panel layer extends past each of the sides of the first back panel layer by the first thickness. When assembled, the first wall layers of each of the walls combine to form a post and lintel assembly. The second wall layers of each of the plurality of walls combine to form a second post and lintel assembly distinct from the first post and lintel assembly.

Abstract: A paper or other fibrous container is capable of maintaining a consistent gas level after sealing, as well as having sufficient stiffness to carry liquids and other heavy materials as well as light weigh materials such as medication and supplements. Preferred embodiments include a fibrous outer sleeve having an inwardly directed curled edge, a first metal sleeve positioned inward of the fibrous outer sleeve, and a bottom piece having a top metal layer. The bottom piece is preferably disposed intermediate the inwardly directed curled edge and the first metal sleeve. A first adhesive is preferably disposed intermediate the bottom piece and the first metal sleeve, and a second adhesive is preferably disposed intermediate the bottom piece and the inwardly directed curled edge.

Abstract: An apparatus is provided for a container comprising a base, a bell, a sidewall between the base and the bell, a neck and a finish which define an opening to an interior of the container, and a shoulder between the sidewall and the bell. Strap ribs extend from a central portion of the base and terminate at the sidewall. The strap ribs cooperate with vertically aligned recessed columns of the sidewall to resist bending, leaning, crumbling, or stretching along the sidewall and the base. An inwardly offset portion of the sidewall is disposed between each pair of adjacent recessed columns. The inwardly offset portions of the sidewall are configured to resist outward bowing of the sidewall due to internal pressure of contents within the container.
