The outer wrap is formed of a film having a thickness and has a path of scoring that partially but not completely penetrates the thickness, and defines a path of weakness in the film along which tear propagation is facilitated.

Abstract: An instrument tray is configured for use with surgical and/or other invasive or non-invasive medical procedures, such as in operating rooms or ICU rooms within a hospital, for example. The tray facilitates a safe transfer of instruments between a procedural team and performing the procedure. Abstract: A cooler is provided which has various improvements. The cooler may be a passive cooler or may be actively cooled for providing desirable cooling effects. The cooler may include an accessory system, for example, with bottle or can holders or a post holder which utilizes the weight of the cooler to support a sunshade. The accessory system may be positioned in various locations of the cooler, one location being in a recess which is utilized to open the cooler lid. The smart cooler may also comprise a cushion assembly which may be placed on an upper surface of the lid and may have straps to retain the cushion on the lid. The lid may be formed to accept and retain a cushion retaining feature so that the cushion does not excessively move from the top surface of the lid.
Abstract: A container closure includes an outer cap, an inner cap, and a seal. The outer cap includes a top wall and an outer sidewall extending downward from the top wall. The inner cap is secured within the outer cap and includes a bottom wall and an inner sidewall extending upwardly from the bottom wall. The seal is secured to the inner cap and includes a seal sidewall and a rim extending inwardly from the seal sidewall. The seal sidewall sealingly engages the inner sidewall and the rim sealingly overlaps the bottom wall. The inner cap together with the seal define an air pathway in fluid communication between a space between the outer and inner caps and an air opening formed on the bottom wall of the inner cap and selectively covered by the rim.

Abstract: A portable food service assembly includes a plate non-threadedly attached to, and detached from, an optional support. The assembly includes eating utensils and accessories, and can readily be carried by an individual from one place to another with one hand, and can be readily supported and held without tipping on a support surface, including in a compartment of a cupholder. All the components of the assembly are disposable, biodegradable, and, if desired, reusable.
Abstract: A four-way stretch fabric case for storing a pair of goggles, the case having a hinged internal frame positioned inside a body portion and a cover portion. The internal frame is comprised of a cover frame sized and shaped to hingeably cover the body and further formed with a coupling point, a vertical leg and an open to load hinge affixed to both the cover frame and the vertical leg. A spring loaded release mechanism affixed to a lower end of the vertical leg is comprised of a post with a spring at its upper end and a hook at its lower end, with a release cord affixed to its lower end. The hook is adapted to disengage the coupling point by pulling the cord and moving the hook to allow the cover to hinge open.

Abstract: The silent pet treats dispenser has a bottom wall with a sidewall extending upwardly from the bottom wall. The sidewall is provided with an aperture. A closure attaches to a top end of the sidewall and has a flange extending inside of the container. The flange has an aperture with the same size and shape as the aperture in the container sidewall. The closure can be silently rotated from a first position where the aperture in the flange aligns with the aperture in the sidewall to a second position where the apertures are not aligned. In the first position, the aperture in the sidewall is closed, preventing dispensing of the contents of the container. A tab extends from the flange and through the aperture in the sidewall to facilitate movement of the closure from the first position to the second open position.
Abstract: A flexible magnetic socket holder is disclosed having a flexible elongated strip having a top wall, a bottom wall, a first side wall and a second side wall. The top wall has a plurality of posts each adapted to receive a socket and having an opening on each side of the posts for exposing a magnet. The bottom wall has a retaining member extending downwardly from the bottom wall and adapted to receive the magnet. The first side wall and the retaining member have an opening adapted to receive the magnet and retain the magnet by friction fit. The second side wall is adapted to retain the magnet in the retaining member. The magnet is inserted in the retaining member through the opening in the first side wall and the retaining member. The top wall of the flexible elongated strip is adapted to magnetically hold the sockets at each post and the bottom wall of the flexible elongated strip is adapted to magnetically attach to different shaped ferrous surfaces.

The box is designed to prevent the contents of the removable tray from becoming dislodged and mixed together if the box is dropped or tipped over while it is closed. In one embodiment, the tackle box comprises a base portion, a lid portion pivotally connected to the base portion, and a removable tray that includes a plurality of open compartments suitable for storing fishing items. A removable cover member rests on top of the removable tray, thereby covering each of the compartments and preventing their contents from becoming dislodged.
Abstract: Disclosed is a jewelry holder for holding engagement rings and other jewelry while the user is working out or doing other manual tasks with their hands. In some examples, the jewelry holder may be a wristband, ankleband, or hairband with a zipper pocket for safely enclosing a ring while performing physical activity that requires the hands. The holder may be made of a double sided material that includes a soft side that lines the inside of the pocket to prevent scratching to the jewelry. In some examples, the holder may be a wristband made from two pieces of fabric stitched together.
Abstract: A collapsible container for receiving delivery packages is disclosed herein. The collapsible container comprises a bottom, and collapsible front and rear walls. Further, the collapsible container comprises sidewalls mounted to the front wall and the rear wall. Each of the sidewalls comprises a rail. Additionally, the collapsible container comprises an elongated rod slidable along the rails. The collapsible container comprises a top cover mounted to the rear wall. The top cover comprises a hook and an electronic keypad electronically mounted to the hook. The front wall and the rear wall are collapsed and the sidewalls and the top cover are placed over the front wall and the rear wall to form a flat structure such that the collapsible container can be used as a floor mat. The collapsible container provides an efficient and easy to use method for a user to secure delivery packages to their front porch.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a latch mechanism configured to secure two bodies together by simply placing one body on top of the other and applying moderate downward pressure to the top body. The latch mechanism includes a housing and a latch partially disposed within the housing. The latch includes a main body, and a primary hook and an opposing secondary hook both extending from the main body. The latch is configured to be rotatable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the primary hook is not obscured by the housing. In the second position, the primary hook is substantially obscured by the housing. The latch mechanism also includes a bias configured to bias the latch toward its first position.
