Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for creating and providing narratives associated with a type of subject entity (e.g., person, movie, place, etc.). A narrative for the subject entity can be generated according to a narrative template. The narrative template can be selected based on a variety of factors. Following the selection of a narrative template, fields in the selected template are filled with stored data associated with the subject entity. The new or updated narrative may be stored in a memory. In response to a request for information related to the subject entity, the narrative can be transmitted to a client device.

Abstract: A processor may receive a record. The record may include one or more segments of text. The processor may automatically generate a first summary of the record. The processor may determine an overall bias of the first summary. The overall bias of the first summary may be identified from one or more instances of bias in the first summary. The processor may generate a second summary of the record. The second summary of the record may include an indicator of the overall bias of the first summary. The indicator may include a description of a type of overall bias of the first summary and a numerical value of the overall bias of the first summary. The processor may determine an overall bias of the second summary. The processor may display the second summary of the record to a user.

Abstract: A method, computer program product, and computing system for obtaining, by a computing device, encounter information of a patient encounter, wherein the encounter information may include audio encounter information obtained from at least a first encounter participant. The audio encounter information obtained from at least the first encounter participant may be processed. A user interface may be generated displaying a plurality of layers associated with the audio encounter information obtained from at least the first encounter participant. A user input may be received from a peripheral device to navigate through each of the plurality of layers associated with the audio encounter information displayed on the user interface.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include a method performed by computer system. The method can include retrieving a layout object including layout information, receiving an indication of a request for a formatted document, and determining that the formatted document should have multiple pages with a common layout feature. The method can further include dynamically generating a template for the formatted document based on the layout information of the layout object and generating the formatted document by using the template to create the multiple pages of the formatted document with the common layout feature.

Abstract: Each of a plurality of wire web components predicted to be included in a graphical user interface (GUI) for presentation at a client machine. Each data object instance may be associated with a respective data object instance identifier and a respective one or more data object fields. A wire web component graph that includes a plurality of nodes may be constructed. A node may correspond to a wire web component, a data object field, or an application procedure interface (API). One or more of the data values may be retrieved from the respective APIs based on the wire web component graph. A GUI message including the retrieved data values and the wire web component graph may be transmitted to the client machine.

Abstract: A method for facilitating identification of navigation regions in a web page based on document object model (DOM) analysis is provided. In one embodiment, the method includes analyzing the web page for features. The features include at least one of: interactive elements, content regions, link region roots, or landmarks. The method also includes representing the features in a tree structure and analyzing the tree structure for a link density to identify non-main landmarks, a reading order, and main content roots. The method further includes enabling a region navigation for the web page based on the identified non-main landmarks, reading order, and main content roots.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method can include creating an adhoc grid responsive to a user request, adding an extra row to the adhoc grid responsive to another user request, entering into the extra row a cell formula specified by the user, and saving the adhoc grid as a smart form, wherein the smart form is a form that is configured to have adhoc grids that contain grid labels as well as business calculations that are based on cell formulas.

Abstract: The vocabulary of pertinent terms used to highlight/filter medical records in a text annotation system is continually updated based on user feedback. To maximize the effectiveness of this updating, feedback is extracted from all users of the system, thereby providing a ‘group-sourced’ vocabulary of pertinent terms. As each user modifies the provided vocabulary of pertinent terms to customize the text annotation system to conform to the user's preferences, the modifications are collected and communicated to the provider of the vocabulary of pertinent terms. The provider of the vocabulary of pertinent terms assimilates the modifications implemented by each user of the word annotation system to determine whether to modify the vocabulary of pertinent terms for subsequent users of the common vocabulary of pertinent terms.

Abstract: Various embodiments, methods and systems for implementing a form generation system are provided. Generating forms includes dynamic generation, personalization, and optimization of the forms based on automation objects that instruct on how to construct, structure and present forms for personalized data capture experiences. In operation, a form generator engine receives a request from a computing device to access a form. The form generator engine accesses form generation automation rules that are based on form generation parameters and automation objects. Using form generation automation rules, form generation parameters are used to generate automation objects including an annotated schema, a machine learning model, and a layout. Based on the form generation automation rules the automation objects are used to generate the form such that at least a field or a section of the form is selected based on a relevance score associated with field or section. The form is communicated for display.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for generating profiles using machine learning and influencing online interactions are provided. The methods include generating a user profile specifying a plurality of attribute values for a plurality of principle attributes, by processing a corpus of electronic documents using a first trained machine learning model. In an embodiment, the method further comprises generating a provider profile specifying a plurality of attribute values for the plurality of principle attributes, for each of a plurality of providers, by processing a respective corpus of electronic documents associated with each respective provider using a second trained machine learning model. A plurality of match coefficients based on comparing the user profile and the plurality of provider profiles are determined. Finally, one or more online interactions between the user and the target provider are influenced based on the determined match coefficients.

Machine learning modeling may be trained and implemented to evolve pre-canned suggestions for document creation into highly personalized content suggestions, thereby improving the document creation process and user interface experience for users of applications/services that are utilized to create digital documents. As an example, signal data may be detected and analyzed, identifying a specific user's intent to create a digital document. A first portion of the webpage is rendered based upon, at least in part, the commitment of the in-line edit for rendering, wherein the first portion of the webpage is affected by the in-line edit and one or more portions of the webpage that are not affected by the in-line edit are not rendered concurrently with the first portion of the webpage.

Abstract: A method and system of controlling lighting that includes displaying on a graphic user interface of a mobile device a grid of light functions. The grid of light functions including a plurality of selectable light function settings. The method may further include selecting a light function setting from the selectable light function settings by traversing a cursor over the light function setting that is selected, wherein motion of the cursor is controlled by motion of the mobile device that includes a motion sensor for correlating said motion of the mobile device to said traversing of the cursor.
