Abstract: A radio network node and method for improved control of handover decisions of a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communications network. The UE is in a served cell and is moving towards a neighboring cell. The network node obtains neighboring cell characteristics and determines a mobility threshold based on the obtained neighboring cell characteristics. The handover decisions of the UE to the neighboring cell are then controlled based on the determined mobility threshold.

Abstract: An apparatus for holding a cell phone or a mobile phone in a vehicle that includes a cradle to receive a cell phone or mobile device. The cradle includes a base plate, a latch button, and a latch mechanism. The apparatus also includes a triangular hold securement system connected to the cradle, wherein the triangular hold securement system includes a first grab post, a second grab post, and a third grab post. The first grab post and the second grab post are positioned to contact and engage on one of two long sides of the mobile device and the third grab post is positioned to contact and engage on the opposite long side of the mobile device. The three grab posts are connected by one or more arms and a linkage element which provides biasing forces to the grab posts to secure the mobile device to the cradle.

Abstract: A method for cell reselection and cell handover in a wireless communication system. The method comprises performing a cell reselection or handover between a user equipment connected to a radio access node and a neighbor cell, said neighbor cell having a subscriber list of subscribed user equipments. Said user equipment is not in said subscriber list and the method further comprises: a. generating, said radio access node, a closed subscriber group (CSG) list containing said user equipment and at least one neighbor cell detected; b. communicating, said radio access node, said CSG list to a management entity; c. reporting, said management entity, to said at least one neighbor cell included in said CSG list an invited neighbor subscriber group list, or INSG list, containing said authorized user equipment; and d. performing said cell reselection or handover between said authorized user equipment and the neighbor cell if said authorized user equipment is included in said INSG list.

The method includes monitoring text entered into a text input region of a touchscreen keyboard module within a user interface on the mobile communication device for an interrupt code, and detecting an interrupt code. The method also includes determining a command from a plurality of commands, based on user inputs following the interrupt code, identifying an action from a plurality of actions corresponding to the plurality of commands, and initiating the action corresponding to the command.
