The apparatus may comprise a front panel that is insertable into the slots of the left and right-side panels. The front panel may comprise a recessed region configured to receive a portion of a medical instrument. A source of a barrier material may be supported by the left and right-side panels. The apparatus may comprise a lid cover comprising a roller portion that is insertable into a slot of the top panel. The lid cover may pivot relative to the housing when the roller portion is inserted into the slot of the top panel. The lid cover and the front panel may form a gap through which a portion of the barrier material may extend when the barrier material is dispensed.

Abstract: There is provided an apparatus for dispensing one or more drugs in pellet form. The apparatus includes a cartridge assembly configured to store drugs in pellet form, and dispense the drugs upon actuation of one or more dispensing mechanisms located within the cartridge assembly. The apparatus further includes a control unit configured to actuate the one or more dispensing mechanisms located within the cartridge assembly, as well as a cover including a collection region configured to receive and store drugs dispensed from the one or more dispensing mechanisms. The cover is movable between a first position in which the collection region of the cover forms an enclosed cavity, and a second position in which the collection region is exposed such that a user can access drugs contained therein.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of wipes dispensers are disclosed herein. An exemplary wipes dispenser having a self-centering nozzle includes a container, a plurality of wipes contained within the container, a fluid for wetting the plurality of wipes, a receiving member connected to the container, and an outlet nozzle housing for holding an elastomeric outlet nozzle. The nozzle housing is connected to the receiving member so that the nozzle housing is movable between two or more positions. A biasing member is connected to one of the receiving member, the nozzle housing and the elastomeric outlet nozzle. The elastomeric outlet nozzle moves from a centered upright position, the biasing member deflects and biases the outlet nozzle toward a centered position.

The wet wipe cover with convenient wipe drawing opening comprises a cover body and an upper cover, wherein the cover body is provided with a through hole in which an elastic sealing cover is arranged; and the elastic sealing cover is provided with a cutting groove from the bottom upwards, and the cutting groove does not penetrate through the upper surface of the elastic sealing cover. When the sealing cover is stressed, the elastic sealing cover bulges upwards or downwards, and a small-caliber wipe drawing opening is cracked on the upper surface of the sealing cover corresponding to the cutting groove; and when the cover is not stressed, the paper extraction opening recovers to a closed state under the action of the elastic force.

In some embodiments, the system includes control circuitry, outputting positioning signals to move the receptacle carrier, and outputting dosage-manipulation signals to move the gripper to pick and manipulate a medication dosage out of the medication container, and the horizontal distance between the opening of the receptacle and the medication dosage is less than 20 cm at least prior to outputting the dosage-manipulation signals. The method includes extracting a medication out of the medication container, positioning a receptacle by a receptacle carrier in a horizontal distance of less than 20 cm between the medication and the opening of the receptacle, at least prior to the extracting, and dispensing the medication in the receptacle.

A singulating device is rotatably disposed in the cylindrical receiving chamber and has multiple channels extending along the singulating device and parallel with a rotational axis of the singulating device. The singulating device also includes an electrically conductive coupling and a drive for rotating the singulating device. The singulating device is electrically conductive at least at an outer surface of the singulating device, and the outer surface comes into contact with drug portions. A conductor device provides an electrically conductive coupling between the outer surface and an electrical contact.

Abstract: A product dispensing system and methods of use are described. The system includes a linear dispensing unit configured to hold a number of products in an equal number of respective channels in a stacked orientation. Single units of the products are dispensed onto dedicated carriers which maintain an orientation of the product units. The carriers are independently moveable and identifiable and are moved to aggregate various product units associated with a single order and to transport the product units to a validation system. The validation system uses a variety of sensors to verify the identity of the product unit and to cross-reference the product identity with the order. A label is applied to the product unit and the product unit is further transported to a packaging system while continuing to maintain an orientation thereof.

Abstract: A sterile glove dispensing assembly includes a container for storing a plurality of sterile gloves. The container has a dispensing opening and the plurality of sterile gloves is strategically oriented that a cuff of each of the sterile gloves extends outwardly through the dispensing opening. In this way a user can draw the sterile gloves outwardly from the container without touching fingers of the sterile gloves for retaining sterility of the fingers. A box is included for insertably receiving the container and a dispensing slot is integrated into the box. The dispensing opening in the container is aligned with the dispensing slot when the container is positioned inside of the box thereby facilitating the sterile gloves to be drawn outwardly from the dispensing slot.
