Abstract: Various aspects of the subject technology relate to systems, methods, and machine-readable media for context-based selection of images for digital media. An image server storing many images provides, in real time as digital media are rendered, images for inclusion in that digital media that will drive client engagement goals for that media. The digital media may include a web page of a business and the engagement goal may be increasing time-on-site for a user of that web page. The digital media may include a customer email and the engagement goal may be a user opening the email or following a link in the email. The image server includes a machine-learning engine to identify recommended images for each instance of the web page, email, or other digital media for a particular user at a particular time.
Abstract: Systems, computer-implemented methods, and computer-readable media for a customizable redemption header for merchant offers, such as online coupons, across browser instances are provided. In some embodiments, a user may open a merchant website in a first browser instance executing on a user device. An offers website may provide offers, such as online coupons, in a second browser instance executing on a user device. When a user selects an offer, an offer identifier may be stored in a browser-accessible storage device. The modification to the browser-accessible storage may be detected and a customizable redemption header having an offer redemption identifier, e.g., a coupon code, and instructions may be provided on the merchant webpage in response to the detection. Additionally, the customizable redemption header may provide user feedback requests upon submission of the coupon code.

Abstract: In an implementation, guiding a service flow is described. Historical behavior data of one or more users who use a target service is obtained for the target service. The historical behavior data is analyzed to obtain one or more user features. One or more target users are selected from one or more users who do not use the target service based on the one or more user features. Each target user has at least one of the one or more user features. Service flow guiding information is sent to each target user. The service flow guiding information guides each target user to use the target service.

Abstract: A transaction-based content management system for a digital signage network displays a piece of content until a predetermined level of transactions occurs.
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing an online platform that enables an organization to provide information to interested individuals are described. The organization requests individuals to contact elected officials to express support, rejections or comments for specific issues. The online platform determines an advocate's elected official(s) and facilitates a communication connection between the advocate and an elected official(s). Geocoding is performed using the individual's street address and zip code to obtain geographical coordinates, and the coordinates are geomatched to district matching databases to determine the individual's elected officials. The individual selects a preferred method of connecting, and the platform enables and facilitates the connection.

Abstract: In-feed encapsulation of display ads or other externally-hosted content is disclosed. In various embodiments, an indication is received that an ad to be displayed in the context of an instance of a publisher content page as rendered at a client system links out to advertising content associated with a third party site. The client system is configured to display a modified version of the advertising content in the event an indication is received that the ad has been selected.
Abstract: Consumer appliances and methods for their use are generally provided herein. A method may include receiving an incentivized media file, and presenting the incentivized media file on a consumer appliance. The method may also include generating a discrete block of a blockchain in response to presenting the incentivized media file, and transmitting the discrete block to a blockchain network wirelessly connected to the consumer appliance.
Abstract: A method of delivering advertising items to a client at a portable device is provided. A client ID is sent to a host server. A downloaded advertising item is produced relative to a product or service from the host server. The downloaded advertising item is parsed and stored. In response to the parsing and storing, displaying the advertising item is displayed to the client at the mobile device.
Abstract: The transaction processing system and method provide an efficient and effective way to authorize promotion redemption. The transaction processing system may receive an indication of a request for authorization, the indication comprising a merchant identifier, an account number, and a transaction amount. The transaction processing system may determine whether the request for authorization corresponds to a promotion. The system may further transmit a transaction authorization based on whether the request for authorization corresponds to the promotion. The transaction processing system may cause a promotion database to designate the promotion as redeemed. In this fashion, the transaction processing system improves the consumer experience and minimizes the transaction time needed to identify and redeem a promotion.

Abstract: Provided herein are systems, methods and computer readable media for programmatically generating and/or revising promotion offers for a merchant based on one or more merchant self-service indicators. In providing such functionality, the system can be configured to, for example, facilitate registration and verification of merchant identities, determine promotion content and parameters based on merchant self-service indicators, and monitor and analyze promotion offers for merchants with similar merchant self-service indicators. The system may determine the relative successfulness of a promotion offer for a merchant and/or category of merchant. In some embodiments, the system may be further configured to revise the promotion offer programmatically and/or upon receiving the merchant's approval of the programmatically generated proposed edits to the promotion offer.

Abstract: A system and method for providing targeted marketing to a user based on the user's social media interaction. The system includes one or more computing platforms providing computer-automated functionality performing method steps for accepting a digital media and digital media related data from a publisher, generating associated information unique identifiers, monitoring social media networks for member-user rankings of the digital media after it is posted, and communicating to a member-user targeted marketing information based on the user rankings A data storage device persists the digital media, digital media related data, and information unique identifier, which may include a linking hash character, a unique identifier, an account identifier, and/or social media network system-defined elements. The publisher selects digital media and information representing digital media elements, and posts the digital media on the social media network website.
Abstract: A system to provide an integrated advertising platform includes a sensor unit, communication module, telecom server unit, consent database, database unit, application server unit, and retailer computing unit. The sensor unit is installed within a premise to detect the presence of a consented user equipment (UE) in proximity and retrieves an identification number associated with the consented UE. The communication module transmits the retrieved identification number and sensor identification number to the telecom server unit that matches the identification number with an MSISDN. The consent database stores the consent status of the MSISDN. The database unit receives a sensor identification number, system identification number, and MSISDN from the consent database. The application server unit customizes the offer corresponding to the user through a machine learning module and transmits the customized offer to the consented user equipment UE.
Abstract: A merchant point-of-sale (“POS”) system architecture is provided. The POS system architecture may include a POS terminal including a POS receiver, a virtual display and a transmitter, and a transaction processing network including a network receiver and processor. The network receiver may be configured to receive a payment authorization request. The virtual display may be configured to display selectable options. The options may be displayed prior to processing the payment authorization request. The selectable options may include a first and second option. The first option may be to apply a merchant-funded rewards program network to the payment authorization request. The second option may be to continue to apply the default issuer funded rewards program network to the payment authorization request. When the first option is selected, a processor may be configured to terminate the issuer funded reward program network and activate the merchant-funded rewards program network.

Abstract: A digital advertising system includes an advertisements module that provides a number of digital advertisements for display on a digital display device. A digital sign module including the digital display device displays digital advertisements provided by the advertisements module, and captures video analytics data relating to previous viewers of the digital advertisements displayed by the digital sign module. A data mining module retrieves the video analytics data from the digital sign module and generates trained advertising models based thereon using a data mining algorithm. A content management system module coupled to the advertisements module and the data mining module receives the digital advertisements and the trained advertising models and generates a subset of the advertisements for display based on the trained advertising models.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for automatically sending an electronic digital document to a second destination in response to determining that a user associated with a first destination is unable to act on an action associated with the document. In an embodiment, a digital processing system receives a first document through a procurement management system along with digital data identifying a first destination account for the first document. The digital processing system generates a message to a first destination account in order to send the first document and a first prompt including a selectable option for a recipient to identify whether the recipient is capable of acting upon the document. When a selection is received indicating that the recipient is not capable of acting upon the document, a second prompt is displayed requesting input of a second destination to receive the document.
