  • Patent number: 12143354
Abstract: A gateway wirelessly connected to a mobile network receives traffic for a user equipment device (UE) connected to the gateway. A router of the gateway identifies a network slice, from a set of network slices potentially supported by the mobile network, for the traffic, and applies network address translation (NAT) policy rules to select a NAT type from multiple different NAT types to perform for the traffic based on the identified network slice. The router of the gateway performs the selected NAT type for the traffic and forwards the traffic to a gateway modem for transmitting towards the traffic's destination.

  • Patent number: 12143390
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure involve computing environments that provide third-party access-control support. For instance, an access-control computing system can access a secure identity repository having role history data from various contributor computing systems. The access-control computing system can compare an identified set of roles with a set of roles described by role history data for a target entity. The access-control computing system can determine, from the comparison, whether the target entity poses a security risk based on inconsistencies between the sets of roles, durations associated with the roles, or both. The access-control computing system can provide a client computing system with a dynamic access-control data structure that is generated based on the comparison. The dynamic access-control data structure allows the client computing system to output the security assessment to an end user or to otherwise facilitate further security measures with respect to the target entity.

  • Patent number: 12137134
Abstract: Internet broadcast media streaming is described wherein triggers from internal or external systems for controlling audience media players cause an encoder system to generate command messages. Command messages are encoded into a composite output time-synchronous with the broadcast media. The composite output is written to a file or delivered to a streaming media distribution system configured to write the received composite media stream to a file for access by client media players. The command messages cause the media players to obtain or present dynamic content in association with the broadcast streaming media, and to cause any desired configuration changes to the appearance of the media player or the method or manner in which the dynamic content is presented.

  • Patent number: 12126494
Abstract: Next generation network architectures enable instantiation of network slices in which traffic may be transported via one or more virtual networks overlaying the physical network infrastructure. To enable a slice management system to be able to obtain information on virtual networks of instantiated network slices, such as utilization data indicative of at least one of: a bandwidth capacity, computing capacity and storage capacity of one or more physical links via which traffic of the virtual networks is routed, an interfacing system is provided. The interfacing system may establish an interface between the slice management system operating in the domain of network slices and the network management system operating in the domain of physical network equipment, and thereby enable the slice management system to take into account such utilization data in its slice management operation.

  • Patent number: 12113687
Abstract: An exemplary method, for preventing an outage in a network, includes collecting network metrics and producing statistical features of the network during a predetermined time window based on statistical analysis of the collected metrics. The method further includes selecting, from the produced statistical features, a first data set of relevant statistical features. Further, the method includes collecting information about a past event, extracting event data from the past event, and vectorizing the extracted event data to form a second data set. The method further includes concatenating the first data set and the second data set to form a third data set and classifying the third data set relative to a model of historical network performance to determine a probability of the outage. Further, the method includes modifying, in response to the probability being above a threshold, the network/activity within the network to avoid onset of the outage.

  • Patent number: 12107702
Abstract: A method/system monitors and controls operational aspects of devices in a space, for example a living, office or other human-occupied space or storage space, in a building, such as turning lights on/off, raising/lowering blinds, maintaining or changing temperature, and other operational aspects. Sensors monitor energy usage of the devices in the space, and a controller/engine compares the monitored energy usage with reference energy usage to validate whether the devices are performing as expected. A temperate set-versus-anomaly detection technique may use temperature set point adjustments by a user (during a timeframe) to determine whether an anomaly exists that requires changes in the central plant of the building.

  • Patent number: 12107741
Abstract: Spatial-temporal informative patterns for users and devices associated with data networks can be predicted or determined. An information management component (IMC) can analyze respective groups of items of data stored in respective formats in respective databases. Some items of data can comprise respective signal measurement data representative of respective signal measurements associated with respective devices associated with a communication network. Based on the analysis results, IMC can determine a spatial-temporal pattern(s) associated with the respective groups of items of data, wherein the spatial-temporal pattern(s) can relate to a subject of interest. The IMC can utilize artificial intelligence and/or machine learning algorithms and models to facilitate determining the spatial-temporal pattern(s). In response to a query relating to the subject of interest, the IMC can provide information relating to the subject of interest and responsive to the query based on the spatial-temporal pattern(s).
