  • Patent number: 12263549
Abstract: Typically, fluids used in fracking operations erode valve seats in the fluid end of the reciprocating pump. Thus, these valve seats must frequently be replaced by new valve seats. Accordingly, a remanufacturing process is disclosed that successively cleans and/or grinds manually or mechanically at least the carbide inserts from used valve seats until the inserts are reusable. This reduces material costs and promotes efficiency and sustainability.

  • Patent number: 12258249
Abstract: An improved ramp for facilitating the application of snow chains to the outer tire of a dual tire configuration of a semi truck, or other dual wheeled vehicle. The ramp has a front apron that is close to and parallel to the ground. The front apron allows for the tire to drive on to the apron without pushing the ramp out from under the tire. The tire then travels up an incline section to a top, supporting surface. The bottom of the ramp has a series of adjustable friction enhancing projections that increase friction between the bottom of the ramp and the ground. The friction enhancing projections are adjustable in length, allowing for a user to make the projections longer beneath the supporting surface, further facilitating driving the tire onto the ramp.

  • Patent number: 12246366
Abstract: The present invention relates to an intermediate blank connection system for hot-rolled strip headless rolling and a connection method, and belongs to the technical field of intermediate blank connection for strip steel headless rolling. The connection system and the connection method realize matching of an intermediate blank connection device and speed of a unit through a translation drive system. A mounting frame is used to provide support for cutting devices, and the cutting devices are divided into two groups arranged in the mounting frame to achieve clamping of a front slab and a rear slab respectively. Interlaced dovetail cutting edge structures are used to achieve cutting and ensure a good longitudinal stress state. Finally, a certain difference is set in sizes of width directions between cutting edges, to ensure that there is certain extrusion deformation in a process of forming dovetail cutting groove connection, and enhance a connection effect.
