Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for retaining bookmarks of a first document when a second document is saved using the first name of the first document. Upon receiving a request to save the second document using the first name, it is determined whether another document is saved using that particular name. If such a document exists, properties of bookmarks associated with the first document are compared to properties of the second document using a set of rules. If the set of rules are satisfied, indicating that the bookmarks are usable, then the second document is stored using the first name while retaining the bookmarks of the first document.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods and systems for interpreting a table grouping input value associated with a table, wherein the table comprises a plurality of categories and a plurality of associated data sets corresponding to the plurality of categories, determining an aggregation value in response to the table grouping input value, wherein the aggregation value corresponds to at least one of the plurality of categories, and in response to the aggregation value, providing an aggregated table view.

Abstract: A system and method for electronic signature validation is provided. Embodiments may include initiating, using a computing device, an online notarization meeting between a signer and an agent and displaying, at a graphical user interface, a first electronic document associated with the online notarization meeting. Embodiments may also include allowing, at the graphical user interface, one or more edits to the first electronic document to generate a partially completed first electronic document and displaying, at the graphical user interface, a user selectable option to lock the partially completed first electronic document. In response to receiving a selection of the user selectable option, embodiments may further include storing the partially completed first electronic document. Embodiment may further include determining that the online notarization meeting has been interrupted and recovering, after the interruption, the partially completed first electronic document.

Abstract: Disclosed systems and methods determine a reading order of an electronic document. In an example, a document processing application accesses a content stream that includes a first object with a first location within the electronic document, a second object with a second location within the electronic document, and a third object with a third location within the electronic document. The application computes a region that includes the first object and the second object by determining that the second object is adjacent to the first object in a first dimension, at least a portion of the first and second objects are aligned in a second dimension, and the boundaries of the region do not intersect or encompass the third object. Based on the objects in the region, the application determines that a reading order should include the first object and the second object and should exclude the third object.

Abstract: Provided are systems and methods for personalizing website content configured for delivery to a user. An exemplary system includes a graph database for storage of data (i) representative of the user's interaction with existing content presented on the website and (ii) indicative of content entities of interest to the user, the data being stored as nodes. Also included are one or more personalization engines configured to analyze relations between one or more pairs of the nodes, each analyzed relation creating a respective link, and a structure of each of the links being a function of the user's interaction with the existing content. The one or more processors are configured to personalize new content for presentation to the user and a portion of the new content is (i) derived from one of the respective links and (ii) delivered to the user in near-real time when a type of the first link is within a first category.

Abstract: Introduced here is an approach to translating tags assigned to digital images. As an example, embeddings may be extracted from a tag to be translated and the digital image with which the tag is associated by a multimodal model. These embeddings can be compared to embeddings extracted from a set of target tags associated with a target language by the multimodal model. Such an approach allows similarity to be established along two dimensions, which ensures the obstacles associated with direct translation can be avoided.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and software described herein provide enhancements of managing summaries provided to end users. In one implementation, a summary service provides a user with identifier for a plurality of events, and obtains a selection from the user, wherein the selection identifies a first type of summary for an event in the plurality of events. The summary service further provides the user with a first summary of the first type for the event, identifies one or more suggested types of summaries for the event based at least in part on data points for the event, and provides the one or more suggested types of summaries to the user.

Abstract: In response to a request received from a client device to view an item, a program determines a category associated with the item and a location associated with a user of the client device. The program also identifies a form based on the category and the location. The form comprises a set of fields. The program then provides a graphical user interface (GUI) that includes the form to the client device. The program also receives, through the GUI, data values for the set of fields from the client device and a request to add the item to a collection of items. The program then identifies a policy based on the category and the location. The program also applies the policy to the data values for the set of fields. The program then sends a notification to the client device indicating a result of the application of the policy.

Abstract: The disclosure herein describes determining topics of communication transcripts using trained summarization models. A first communication transcript associated with a first communication is obtained and divided into a first set of communication segments. A first set of topic descriptions is generated based on the first set of communication segments by analyzing each communication segment of the first set of communication segments with a generative language model. A summarization model is trained using the first set of communication segments and associated first set of topic descriptions as training data. The trained summarization model is then applied to a second communication transcript and, based on applying the trained summarization model to the second communication transcript, a second set of topic descriptions of the second communication transcript is generated.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method interfaces with a remote attachment from a spreadsheet program on a client device. A first area in the spreadsheet associates with a top-level object in a web server, and a second area associates with a descendant object. On a first user interaction with a cell in the second area, a user interface item is shown, allowing uploading and/or downloading the attachment. When the user interacts to upload or download, the program uploads (or queues for upload) a selected attachment and modifies attachment metadata in the second area, or downloads the attachment based on attachment metadata in the second area. Communication between the spreadsheet program and the web server may be REST compliant.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a processing method for presenting an indicator hierarchy and classification of data in a spreadsheet. In this method, an indicator index structure S is constructed and a spreadsheet is used to present information based on user selections. The information includes an indicator and a hierarchy of the indicator, an indicator classification description and a hierarchy of the indicator classification description, an application scenario between an indicator and an indicator classification description, and other implicit attributes. This way, indicator descriptions can be neater and more readable. Data in a two-dimensional spreadsheet can be accurately presented and the spreadsheet is more comprehensible. In addition, indicators and indicator classification descriptions can be flexibly combined to present data in a more diversified, flexible, and personalized manner.

Abstract: Embodiments as disclosed provide a What-You-See-Is-What-You Get (WYSIWYG) editor for web content, allowing the conversion of previously generated web content to reusable templates or components. Embodiments thus allow, among other advantages, users such as web content developers to easily repurpose or reuse previously developed pages or content by giving these users the ability to review and edit previously developed pages or content in a WYSIWYG editor.

Abstract: A system and method for advanced document redaction are disclosed. According to one embodiment, a system comprises a parser that analyzes documents to identify structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from a document. A candidates generator generates a list of words for redaction from the structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. A replacement engine replaces one or more words from the list of words with one or more of a replacement word, random characters, and random numbers.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, methods and systems may include a data storage device that contains document files associated with a plurality of document line objects with attributes, the attributes including item terms and conditions. An object exchange platform processor may receive input values for a selected document line object with attributes and determine that the selected document line object contains multiple object sets. The processor may then create, for each object set, a separate executable outline document having an outline document identifier. The processor may also arrange to establish the plurality of executable outline documents at a remote external central component platform. According to some embodiments, objects within the selected document line object have a hierarchical structure such that some objects are sub-items of other objects.

Abstract: In an illustrative embodiment, methods and systems for integrating web content generated by a content management system (CMS) with dynamic content generated by a content development system include an API handler of the CMS configured to communicate an action received from a remote computing device to a web part, where the web part interfaces with both the CMS and a web application framework to coordinate response to the action and to inject information regarding the dynamic content into the web content for use by the remote computing device. The remote computing device may include a view provider module configured to access the dynamic content using the injected information.

Abstract: Techniques prepare a document for electronic signing. Such techniques involve identifying a set of signature fields common within the document, the set being for use with different pages of the document. Such techniques further involve, in response to identifying the set of signature fields, modifying content of the different pages to include the set of signature fields. Such techniques further involve outputting a prepared version of the document that includes the modified content of the different pages of the document.

Abstract: An ordered set of root cause analysis (RCA) document entry criteria is identified. RCA input segments are specified using unstructured natural language input, including at least: incident descriptive elements, a single problem statement, a set of why questions and answers, and a single cause categorization. A guided input sequence of the RCA input segments is performed interactively with a user. Quality indicators of content of user input entered during a respective RCA input segment are determined using a scoring algorithm, and the user is assisted with improving precision and consistency of the user input. Responsive to a threshold of consistent user input across the RCA input segments resulting in identification of a single cause categorization of an information technology (IT) problem, an RCA document is generated that identifies the single cause categorization of the new IT problem.
