In order to optimize the take-up of pressure medium, in particular during recuperation braking, the brake booster (6, 11, 15) is configured to be electrically actuated by the electronic control unit (10). The boosting force generated by the brake booster (6, 11, 15) is exerted as a function of variables relevant to the brake system.

    Abstract: A disc brake for a commercial vehicle includes a brake caliper which extends over a brake disc, a brake application device which is arranged in the brake caliper for pressing brake pads against the brake disc, and at least one adjustment spindle which is rotatably mounted in a bridge via a threaded coupling. A wear adjusting device is positioned in the brake caliper by which a wear-induced change of the clearance between the brake pad and the brake disc can be substantially compensated for via an axial movement of the adjusting spindle. The disc brake is designed such that the adjusting spindle has at least one axial groove on an outer side, the length of the groove being limited in the direction of the brake application device. A stop, which is axially fixed relative to the bridge, engages into the axial groove in a relatively displaceable manner.

    Abstract: A magnetic powder brake device of a motor used for oil production is provided. The motor has a turning shaft and an oil extraction pump, and is coupled with a magnetic powder brake. The magnetic powder brake is connected with an electromagnetic switch and a battery. The electromagnetic switch is provided with a power sensor and connected with a power source. When the motor is turned under a normal power supply, the electromagnetic switch is in a disconnection state and the battery doesn't supply power to the magnetic powder brake, so the turning shaft is not braked by the magnetic powder brake. In case of an unexpected power failure, the electromagnetic switch is in a connection state, the battery supplies power to the magnetic powder brake, and the magnetic powder brake is activated to brake the turning shaft, preventing the turning shaft from turning reversely.
