Abstract: The present invention relates to a tubular container having an applicator, and the tubular container having an applicator according to the present invention is characterized in that an applicator made of metal and silicone, which contacts skin, is provided on the upper portion of the tubular container such that, when the contents thereof are applied to the skin, warmth or coldness can be transferred to the skin, thereby facilitating metabolism of the face skin and improving skin elasticity.

Abstract: A delivery device is described for intermittently delivering materials such as liquids or gels over a sustained period of time to a surface in a controlled way. The surface mountable delivery device is capable of delivering, for example, an antimicrobial agent to protect surfaces from microbial contamination and/or to disinfect surfaces, e.g. door handles, push plates, hand rails, etc. as an aid in preventing and/or hindering the spread of infectious agents. In one arrangement the device utilises a foam based reservoir in combination with a nonwoven fabric wicking layer and an elastomeric liquid delivery contact layer having valve like pore and/or slits; the combination provides for control of material delivery and longevity for the device in use.

Abstract: An array of consumer care products is provided having a first dispensing package and a second dispensing package each having a product chamber with a top opening; an upper dispensing end having a top edge; a major axis, a minor axis, and a sidewall; a top ridged opening at the upper dispensing end of the product chamber, and an outer cap. The first dispensing package also has a seal component that covers the top opening. The second dispensing package also has a perforated dome cover that covers the top opening. The outer caps of the first dispensing package and the second dispensing package are interchangeable with each other. The dispensing packages may have the same source identifier.

Abstract: The device comprises: a casing (10) having an open end (10?); a composition support (12) that is movable in the casing between a retracted position and an extended position; and a control piece (16) that is suitable for being moved so as to cause the support to move. The device further comprises first and second magnetic elements (20, 22) that are secured to the support (12) and to the control piece (16) respectively. When the piece is in its first position and when the support is in its retracted position, the magnetic forces between these elements hold the support. When the control piece is moved, the magnetic forces are reduced and enable the support to move towards its extended position.

Abstract: An application device capable of applying at least two products either simultaneously or independently as per the requirement. The application device of the present invention comprises a cover, a gripping member and at least two applicators wherein the gripping member comprises of at least two receptacles for holding at least two products and the at least two applicators are in fluid communication with the at least two receptacles. The at least two applicators comprise of an applicator element wherein the applicator element may have a suitable shape such as but not limited to a tip.

Abstract: The present invention uses a material that is not conventionally used in fountain pen nibs in order to provide a fountain pen nib that is completely different from the prior art. This found pen nib comprises one of corundum, topaz, emerald, and garnet as a main material. It is also possible to replace the heart hole and the slit of the nib with a groove that is added to the rear surface of the nib. By using one of the abovementioned gems as the main material in a faun-tain pen nib, it is possible to achieve wear resistance and chemical resistance in the fountain pen nib while imparting a luxurious feel and originality to a fountain pen.

Furthermore, the invention provides a means for introducing, retaining, dispensing, and distributing a fluid, such as water or a liquid cleaning product, so that a removable pad may be irrigated with a regulated dose of fluid prior to use. The invention also describes a cooperative enclosure that can store a plurality of cleaning pads. Features of the compatible enclosure serve to physically guide the body of the mitt into alignment with a replacement pad.

Abstract: A combination dispenser and applicator has a dispenser body for mounting the dispenser body over a valve of a container of nail polish. The dispenser body has a brush receiver that receives the nail polish from the valve of the container. A disposable applicator brush, not including a valve, but with bristles adjacent a distal end, is shaped to removably engage the brush receiver. The disposable applicator brushes are inexpensive and disposable, and may be readily changed during use of the combination, so that one of the brushes is not used on multiple persons, thereby enabling a more hygienic method of applying nail polish.

The bath brush contains soap gel and moisturizer stored in containers within the brush. Either of these fluids may be dispensed by applying pressure to the individual container or an integral release button, thereby causing the respective fluid to flow out of an opening at the front center of the brush. Also included is a retractable handle to provide a user with an extended gripping surface for reaching the back of the body and the feet. Abstract: A reservoir type writing pen having a micro-porous straight-liquid structure comprises a writing pen core (9); wherein the micro-porous straight-liquid structure includes an air pressure balance plug (3), a liquid storage pipe (11) configured for storing liquid ink, and a liquid guiding device configured for leading the liquid ink in the liquid storage pipe (11) into the writing pen core (9). The present application adopts the gap between the relaying pen core and the writing pen core, the ventilating core and the nano breathing plate to realize keeping the inner air pressure of the liquid storage space and the outside atmosphere pressure consistent. The writing pen of the present application has a simple structure, and the producing processes of the ventilating core have been matured, which can reduce the producing cost greatly.
