Abstract: A writing instrument with a cap that lockingly engages a body portion via a locking assembly is presented herein. The locking assembly includes a pair of locking tabs on the cap that correspondingly fit within locking channels on the body of the writing instrument. With the tabs positioned within the locking channels, the cap is twisted or rotated such that the locking tabs slide past a node within the channels and restricts removal of the cap from the body portion.

Abstract: Finger mascara includes: a container for containing a cosmetic material; an application unit coupled to the container; and a middle unit for detachably coupling the application unit to the container. The application unit includes: a finger insertion part in which a user can insert a finger from above; an outer cylinder surrounding the periphery of the finger insertion part and having an upward opening; a plurality of elastic supporting parts extending upward from the outer cylinder and capable of wrapping the finger inserted from above and being elastically transformed in a direction away from a central axis of the outer cylinder as the finger is inserted; a stick extending downward from one point of the inner space of the outer cylinder; and a brush for applying cosmetic material by coating the same thereon, wherein a free end of the elastic supporting parts is provided with a tip.

Abstract: A detachable and retractable pen includes a holder, a barrel, a cap and a push component. The holder is in threaded connection with a front end of the barrel. The cap is in snap-fit with a rear end of the barrel. A refill is placed inside the barrel and the holder. The push component is configured to drive the axial sliding of the refill in the barrel, so that the pen refill can slide axially by means of the lateral movement of the push component, achieving the exposing and hiding of the pen tip.

The engagement portion is positioned within the main body cylinder, and includes a cylindrical portion to connect with the application tool and a connector that connects the cylindrical portion and the main body cylinder. The cylindrical portion of the engagement portion is spaced apart from the main body cylinder.

The system and method for manufacturing the assembly is a web conversion process for the chemical composition and foam composition of the assembly. The tethering device maintains a connection between the utilization device and the cap during use of the utilization device. The tethering device comprises first and second adhering elements which conform to and adhere to an outer surface of at least one of the utilization device and the cap and an elongated flexible band having two ends positioned and connected to the first and second adhering elements respectively to flexibly connect the first and second adhering elements. The band has an effective length between the respective first and second adhering elements which is sufficient to permit the removable and replaceable cap to be removed from the utilization device and replaced thereon when the first and second adhering elements are adhered to the respective surfaces of the utilization device and the cap.

Abstract: A marking device and a sanitization system are disclosed. The marking device comprises a marker and a cap constructed from material that allows UV-C light rays to pass through. In an alternate embodiment, the marking device may be double-sided. In some embodiments, the marking device may be used in conjunction with a sanitization device, and/or the marking device may comprise a tracking device such as an RFID tracking device.

Abstract: An infused spray mop is disclosed that has a novel cleaning solution arrangement where a dispensing bottle contains a capsule fixture that receives a small infusion capsule filled with a cleaning solution concentrate. The dispensing bottle is filled with water, and through the action of a capsule actuator the infusion capsule releases the concentrate into the water contained in the dispensing bottle, creating a cleaning solution for dispensing and use with the infused spray mop. The infusion capsule of concentrated cleaning solution stores easily, has less waste and cost than one time use containers that attach to a mop, and are not prone to spills and the time consuming process of mixing cleaning solution from a bottle of concentrate and water.
