Abstract: A device to clean a shoe sole includes a handle portion having a first end and an opposing second end, and is configured to store a cleaning fluid therein. The device also includes a tread brush coupled to the first end of the handle portion, a grooming brush coupled to the opposing second end of the handle portion, where the tread brush includes an orifice that is in fluid communication with a reservoir of the handle portion. The tread brush comprises tread bristles facing outward relative to a first side of the handle portion, and the grooming brush comprises grooming bristles facing outward relative to an opposing second side of the handle portion. In addition, the tread brush comprises a tapered end that is configured to fit between treads of a shoe.

Abstract: A device to distribute a product which includes a sheath, a cup and a spiral body having at least one helical groove for guiding. The sheath is rotatable with respect to the spiral body and fitted into the spiral body. The sheath includes at least one opening having at least two portions non-parallel to the generatrix of the inner cylinder of the sheath and forming between them an obtuse angle strictly less than one hundred eighty degrees. The cup includes at least one guiding pin inserted into the helical guiding groove and into the opening. The guiding pin being displaced simultaneously along the helical groove and the opening when the sheath is set into rotation with respect to the spiral body.

Abstract: A composite writing implement according to an embodiment includes a barrel, writing shafts housed in the barrel, a cam main body including a cam projection, an end surface extending along the cam projection, and a latch recess provided in the cam projection, and sliders configured to be connected to respective rear ends of the writing shafts, and include a cam configured to be latchable to the latch recess, and have a sliding contact surface to be pressed against the end surface, wherein the end surface includes a first inclined portion that is positioned on the front end side of the cam projection and is inclined by a first incline angle, and a second inclined portion that is positioned further toward the rear end side of the cam projection than the first inclined portion, and is inclined by a second incline angle that is larger than the first incline angle.

Abstract: Various embodiments provide a position pointer that includes a plurality of refill bodies that can be configured at low cost, and ensures freedom from malfunction during exchange of signals with a sensor section of a position detection device. In one embodiment, the position pointer includes a tubular housing having an opening portion, a plurality of refill bodies, a refill body selection mechanism section that selectively causes at least a tip of one of the plurality of refill bodies to project from the opening portion, a magnetic material core, and a coil wound around the magnetic material core. The refill bodies not selected by the refill body selection mechanism section are located away from a through hole of the magnetic material core.

Abstract: Provided is a knock type writing instrument provided with a simple mechanism allowing a stable fretting operation or the like. A knock type writing instrument 1 is provided with: a shaft cylinder 2; a refill 5 arranged inside the shaft cylinder 2; a spring 6 biasing the refill 5 backward; an operation part 20 pressed forward against a biasing force of the spring 6 in a knocking operation; and a main rotor 30, and is switchable between a writing state and a non-writing state with the knocking operation. The knock type writing instrument 1 is further provided with: a knock locking member 50 movable forward and backward inside the shaft cylinder 2 due to gravity; and a locking part 60 provided on a side of the shaft cylinder 2 and capable of being locked with the knock locking member 50. When a front end of the shaft cylinder 2 is directed upward, the knock locking member 50 moves backward to be locked with the locking part 60 to prevent forward movement of the operation part 20.

Abstract: A writing instrument with a cap that lockingly engages a body portion via a locking assembly is presented herein. The locking assembly includes a pair of locking tabs on the cap that correspondingly fit within locking channels on the body of the writing instrument. With the tabs positioned within the locking channels, the cap is twisted or rotated such that the locking tabs slide past a node within the channels and restricts removal of the cap from the body portion.

Abstract: A marker pen that allows a user to mark, write, or draw on hard to reach surfaces is disclosed herein. The marker pen includes an angularly displaceable tip to allow a user to mark, write or draw at various angles with respect to the body the marker pen. The angular displacement of tip is facilitated by a tip holder, which facilities the coupling between the tip and body of marker pen. The tip holder includes a first case, second case, and rotational shaft passing through concentric openings formed on first and second case. The tip is snugly fit onto a rotational shaft that allows it to be moved between a predetermined angular range.

A plunger is slidably mounted in the housing while chalk is carried at the end of the plunger. Abstract: An oral care dispenser system in one embodiment includes a toothbrush and removable dispenser. The dispenser includes an elongated housing with reservoir containing an oral care material, an applicator at a distal end, and an actuator at a proximal end. An elevator disposed in the housing forms a movable wall of the reservoir. The elevator is operably coupled to a drive screw via an extension member threadably engaged with the screw. Rotating the drive screw in a first direction with the actuator distally advances the elevator in the housing to dispense the oral care material. The elevator is retractable by rotating the actuator in a second direction without uncoupling elevator from the extension member.

Abstract: Varied embodiments of a container/dispenser having a multi-chamber bellows member having a plurality of collapsible bellows chambers allowing more than one substance to be contained within the container and simultaneously dispensed when a sufficient axial force is exerted on a platform to compress the bellows member forcing flowable materials from each chamber. In an alternative embodiment, the present invention discloses a retrofit multi-chambered bellows container, which may be adapted to a standard caulking tube container.

Another multi-purpose combination writing instrument is provided, comprising a writing instrument holder that is fan-shaped (like a hand-held fan).

Abstract: A dual chamber container assembly includes a bottle. The bottle has a divider therein to define a first half and a second half of the bottle. The first half contains a first fluid and the second half contains a second fluid. A cap is provided and the cap is split into a primary half and a secondary half and each of the primary and secondary halves is selectively manipulated. Each of the primary half and the secondary half is removably coupled to the bottle. The primary half of the cap is aligned with the first half of the bottle and the secondary half of the cap is aligned with the second half of the bottle. A pair of brushes is each coupled to an associated one of the primary and secondary halves of the cap. Each of the brushes is manipulated to selectively apply the fluid to a surface.

Abstract: A tool assembly includes an elongated handle and a locking system for attaching a tool head to the handle. The tool head can be a floor care tool or other accessory that can be attached to the handle such that the elongated length of the handle can aid in the use of the tool attached. Abstract: A grout installation apparatus having a grout applying member and a grout removal member rearward of the grout applying member. The grout applying member includes a grout tank for storing grout, and a grout dispensing head which rests against an area of a tiled surface, confines said area and applies grout to the confined area to efficiently push grout into spaces between tiles. The grout applying member can include a user-operable piston to push the grout from the grout tank to the grout dispensing head. The grout dispensing head can include a rear squeegee for scraping and sweeping excess grout forward from the confined area of the tiled surface. The grout removal member wipes excess grout from the tile surface.
