In a server device (50): a storage unit (54) stores charging parameters corresponding to purchase costs; a wired communication unit (53) receives information of the purchase cost which is inputted into a cash register; and a generating unit (55a) retrieves, from the charging parameters which are stored in the storage unit (54), the charging parameter corresponding to the purchase cost which is received by the wired communication unit (53), and, on the basis of the charging parameter, generates charging information which indicates either the charging time or the charging quantity at which a power outlet carries out charging.

Abstract: A virtual salesperson system and method for tablet computers such as Apple's iPad can be used by the customer (as opposed to most applications which are for the dealer, or on a central kiosk) to provide the customer a tour of a showroom and each vehicle, highlighting key features and other content at the discretion of the OEM, such as videos tours conducted by their spokesperson. In at least one embodiment, the customer can also search inventory, potentially at this dealer and other ‘friendly’ dealerships with whom this dealer has a trading relationship. Other sales tools such as build and price, payment estimation, etc are available as well.

Abstract: Computationally implemented methods and systems include acquiring user information associated with one or more users for use in generating one or more customized food items that are customized specifically for the one or more users, the user information to be acquired including at least one or more user preferences related to integrity of one or more food ingredients to be included in the one or more customized food items; and directing generation of the one or more customized food items for the one or more users, the one or more customized food items having been customized to show one or more visual indicators that provide customized information that has been customized in accordance, at least in part, with the acquired user information. Abstract: A system and method for creating a watchlist of products relating to any type of item/service/event for which any type of purchase may be made by a user. The system permits a user to access a website and identify items of the website that are of interest and other users (or friends) and associate one or more users with one or more items in the watchlist. The system stores the identified items and friends in a watchlist for later retrieval, review, transmission or action by the user. The system may periodically inform the user of any changes to the items of interest or any changes in purchases made by the users friends to items in the watchlist. Items may alternatively be added from multiple websites, multiple emails or automatically by the system.

Abstract: Automated systems for allowing a user to quickly and easily create an online store having inventory management and payment processing capabilities. An online store generator can provide a user interface for a user to provide product and optionally inventory information for the product(s). The online store generator can display a preview of the online store using the product information and a predefined template. The user can then customize aspects of the online store, such as the size and appearance of the online store via the user interface. The online store generator can then use the product information and the customizations received from the user to generate computer program code, such as JavaScript, that can be embedded in an Internet website. The user can export the code into an Internet website to render a functional online store.

Abstract: A computerized method of detecting product description inconsistencies, comprising receiving from a seller a product description comprising one or more attributes of a product offered for sale on an online marketplace arena, extracting automatically the one or more attributes by analyzing the product description using one or more language analysis tool, analyzing automatically the one or more attributes compared to a plurality of attributes of one or more other products of a same class as the product to detect one or more inconsistencies of the product description with respect to the one or more attributes and outputting the at least one inconsistency.

Abstract: Order information indicating a purchase order is received from an ordering device. Whether a display terminal corresponding to the ordering device from which the order information has been sent exists or not is determined using a table which manages ordering devices and display terminals in association with each other. Message information indicating acceptance of the purchase order indicated in the order information received is transmitted to the corresponding display terminal. It is determined whether status information indicating that the message information was displayed on the display of the corresponding display terminal has been received from the corresponding display terminal or not. A cancellation period during which a process for canceling the purchase order indicated in the order information is accepted is started upon reception of the status information.

In an example embodiment, automobile market data representative of current automobile market characteristics is stored. The automobile market data may include pricing and consumer interest information received from consumers, dealers, and manufacturers. A consumer seller or manufacturer off-lease seller may provide a request for a response regarding a specific used automobile with a specific a vehicle identification number. Automobile market data may be provided to a used automobile buyer based on the request. Bids to purchase the specific used automobile may be requested from used automobile buyers based on the request. Buyer bids may be provided to the consumer seller or manufacturer off-lease seller with prices and a delivery options. The consumer seller or manufacturer off-lease seller may select a bid to sell the specific used automobile based on the bid.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing information to aid users make fuel purchasing decisions and facilitating fuel purchases at fuel providers. A user checks-in to a vehicle with a user account. The user is provided with recommended fuel provider locations based on information such as vehicle information, user account information, traffic information, user information, traffic information, fuel provider information, etc. User checks-in to a fuel provider location based on a connection to a device at the fuel provider location. A payment provider may receive a fuel purchase request authorizing a payment from the user account and processes the payment.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and apparatus where information relating to products and services offered by various vendors may be offered for sale to customers via computing devices owned by those customers. Products and services offered to a particular customer may be related to a product previously purchased by that customer or be related to a product that a customer has access to. In certain instances, a product that a customer has access to may include a tag, such as a circuit, a chip, or printed matter that may provide information to an electronic device of a customer. After the customer's device received the information provided by the product tag, other products or services related to the tagged product may be received by the customer device.

Abstract: A system for recommending a size of a wearable item implements a method that includes identifying a reference wearable item and a size for the reference wearable item. The system accesses a wearable item database and retrieves a three-dimensional model of the reference wearable item. The system also receives, via a user interface, a functional requirement. The system accesses the wearable item database and identifies set of candidate objects, each of which satisfies the functional requirement. Based on the size of the reference wearable item, the system will determine a size for each of the candidate objects. The system will select at least one of the plurality of candidate objects as a recommended object and presents each recommended object and the size of each recommended object to a user.

Abstract: Methods and systems for designing and producing a three-dimensional object selection of a base three-dimensional object from a customer device. A base three-dimensional model corresponding to the object is displayed on the customer device, and one or more custom modifications are received. A modified three-dimensional model corresponding to the modified object is prepared and displayed. Once confirmation to produce the modified object is received, data corresponding to the modified three-dimensional model is transmitted to a manufacturing device for production of the object, using the data to do so, such that the object corresponds directly to the modified three-dimensional model.

At least one object is extracted from one or more of the video frames to determine whether it corresponds to a product. Hyperlinks can be generated and embedded in a user interface to allow a user to purchase the product and/or retrieve additional information about the product.

Abstract: A user communicates, such as through text, a phrase or word to quickly place and pay for an order. The phrase corresponds to details of the order and one phrase can contain orders with multiple merchants. Once the phrase is communicated, a service provider or merchant determines the order from the phrase and processes the order, which may include transmitting order details to the merchant(s) and processing the payment(s) to the merchant(s) on behalf of the user.

The system may receive a reference to the item from a first device that corresponds to a first person. The system may generate an item page that refers to the item. The generating of the item page may be based on the received reference to the item. The system may detect that a quantity of received comments directed to the item exceeds a threshold amount. The received comments may be received by the system from a plurality of devices that correspond to second persons other than a seller of the item. An address of the generated item page may be sent to a second device that corresponds to a seller of the item. The sending of the address may be in response to the system detecting that the quantity of the received comments exceeds the threshold amount.

A preference rating is received for each of a plurality of electronic devices based on a task to be recommended, each of the preference ratings defining a preference to perform the recommended task on a corresponding one of the electronic devices. A timeliness profile associated with the recommendation is received. The timeliness profile defines relevance of delivering the recommendation over a period of time. One of the electronic devices on which to deliver the recommendation at a particular point in time is selected based on a function of the preference rating of the selected electronic device and the timeliness profile associated with the recommendation at that point in time.

Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure include a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and a computer-implemented method for providing a customized fitting room environment. Consistent with some embodiments, the method may include identifying a garment being brought into a fitting room, and determining a garment type of the garment. The method may further include adjusting one or more environmental settings of the fitting room based on the garment type. Additional aspects of the present disclosure include further adjusting environmental settings based on various combinations of user data and a desired use case of the garment specified by the individual.
