Abstract: Account allocation and management systems and methods are described. A server generates an interactive web interface on a user device including an account creation tool having user input tools for creating a user-defined first account. The server continually monitors account condition data from among plural financial systems. The server determines a proposed combination including plural second accounts selected from among the financial systems, based on the monitored data and at least one user input indication, where the proposed combination includes optimized account characteristics. The proposed combination including a portion of the optimized characteristics are displayed on the interactive web interface. Responsive to a confirmation from the user device, the user-defined first account is created that includes the plural second accounts. The server, responsive to detecting a change in the monitored data, automatically rebalances one or more among the second accounts in accordance with the detected change.

The method may comprise causing a distributed ledger record to be generated. The distributed ledger record may comprise an indication of the content. The distributed ledger record may be stored on a distributed ledger. The distributed ledger may comprise other records indicating content accessed by a plurality of other devices.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may allow for authentication of smart card usage. A server may receive, from a first computing device associated with a first user, a delegation request to delegate an authority, to a second user, to use a secondary card associated with an account belonging to the first user. The first user may hold a primary card associated with the account and the delegation request comprises one or more limitations on the authority. The server may also receive, via a sensor on the secondary card, first biometric information associated with the second user. The server may authenticate subsequent transaction requests based on the first biometric information and one or more limitations. In this way, the system may provide account holders with the flexibility to authorize other users to use the account while minimizing the risk of being exposed to fraudulent requests.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for opting-out of targeted advertising in online advertising environments. One method includes receiving an opt-out verification request, the opt-out verification including an IP address of a user device and HTTP header fields of an HTTP request of the user device; determining a geographic area of the user device based on the IP address of the user device; accessing an opt-out database having entries of user devices that opted-out of receiving targeted advertising based on at least one HTTP header field of the HTTP request; determining whether the user device has opted-out of receiving targeted advertising based on the determined geographic area of the user device, the HTTP header fields of the HTTP quest, and the entries of user devices of the opt-out database; and transmitting a verification acknowledgement when the user device is determined to have opted-out of receiving targeted advertising.

A back-end application computer server may receive, from a third-party data source, roof information for a roof of a building associated with a risk relationship. The computer server may then correlate the received roof information with a particular electronic record in the risk relationship data store. A roof attribute value of the particular electronic record may be updated in accordance with the roof information received from the third-party data source, and a predictive analytics engine of the computer server may then calculate a roof risk score associated with the particular electronic record.
