Abstract: Provided are a radiation treatment planning system and a radiation treatment system that are capable of achieving time shortening and labor saving of treatment planning making when a radiation treatment is planned. A predicted DVH calculation portion 4034 of an arithmetic processing device 403 in a radiation treatment planning system 400 anisotropically enlarges a target region 501 in an irradiated body image which is input to the radiation treatment planning system 400, and calculates an overlap volume OV with an organ-at-risk region 502 per the number of times of enlargement. A DVH (Dose Volume Histogram) is predicted from a volume of the calculated OV, and a dose histogram in the OV per the number of times of enlargement which is calculated from a past treatment planning data group, and is displayed on a display device 401.

Abstract: A system for affecting, augmenting, or enhancing erection of the penis includes an elastomeric sleeve designed to comfortably and securely encircle the base of the penis. The sleeve is provided with a pair of inflatable chambers, a dorsal insert, and a ventral insert which are configured to apply focal pressure on the dorsal penile veins, while avoiding undue constriction of the corpora cavernosa or compression of the urethra, dorsal penile arteries, or nerves. The system includes fluid transfer apparatus having a reservoir for pressurized fluid, a pump, and valves for controlling the flow of fluid to the inflatable chambers. The system also includes an inflatable sealing apparatus which, when used in combination with a conventional vacuum erection tube, forms an airtight seal between the sleeve and the open end of the inflatable sealing member.
Abstract: The device for positioning a magnetic coil for transcranial magnetic stimulation in relation to the head of a patient includes a head unit with a support for the patient's head and a positioning unit, which is connected to the support, with a coil seat for holding the magnetic coil. The device also includes a fixedly installed holding arm holding the head unit. A reversibly movable connection is provided between the head unit and the holding arm, and configured such that a change of a force, which is applied onto the support by the head of the patient, leads to a relative movement between the head unit and the holding arm through the movable connection.

Abstract: An R-wave of a heartbeat signal accompanied by periodic fluctuation is detected to obtain the average value of an RR interval. Further, a waveform of a heart sound signal, which periodically fluctuates in synchronization with the heartbeat signal, is forcibly repositioned at an interval equivalent to the average value of the RR interval. After performing reposition, noise is removed by using orthogonal transformation and orthogonal inverse transformation, so that the position of obtained waveform is restored to its original position.
