Abstract: A training device comprising a flexible rod capable of being mounted at an upper end to an upper structure, such as a ceiling, and at a lower end to a lower structure, such as a floor, and a punching bag mounted to the flexible rod. The flexible rod may be capable of deformation followed by a quick return to an original position when the punching bag is struck.
Abstract: Systems, media and methods for an interactive speed ladder are provided. A system includes a speed ladder that has parallel side members and parallel cross members each connecting each of the side members. The system may further include a receiving module configured to receive light path sequence data and foot movement data of a user relative to the speed ladder, wherein the light path sequence data and the foot movement data are received from different sources. The system may also further include lights, located within the cross members, configured to display a light path sequence based upon sequence data received prior to a start of the sequence and an output module configured to output user foot movement data.
Abstract: Provided is a hand grip including a first and second operating arms capable of moving toward and away from each other, a first and second connection arms disposed between the first and second operating arms to be inclined, of which both ends rotatably connected to the first and second operating arms, a spring member installed to provide an elastic force in a direction interfering with approach of the first and second operating arms, a spring fixing part formed to extend upward from the first operating arm and to which one end of the spring member is fixed, a spring connection part formed to extend from an upper end of the first connection arm and to which the other end of the spring member is fixed, and a strength adjusting part formed in the spring connection part and configured to allow the other end of the spring member to move.
Abstract: A weight sled for fitness training that uses a plurality of separately-adjustable resistance mechanisms to allow for adjustment of overall resistance, bias correction and directional control, and wheel skid or slippage control, by means of differential adjustment of the resistance of the plurality of resistance mechanisms. Differential adjustment of the resistance mechanisms can be used to manually or automatically offset a directional bias in the sled, ground surface, or the athlete's abilities to keep the sled moving in a linear motion, and to prevent wheel skid on surfaces with differing friction coefficients.

Abstract: Apparatus for facilitating core exercises comprises, in combination, a pair of rolling handgrips, each of the rolling handgrips comprising a base having an upper side and an underside, a gripping bar connected to the base and adapted to allow a user to grip the rolling handgrip, and at least three wheels mounted on the underside of the base, each of said wheels providing a 360° freedom of movement, such that the rolling handgrip provides a 360° freedom of movement when the wheels are placed on a floor surface, and a board adapted to be mounted on the pair of rolling handgrips, whereupon, when the board is mounted upon the pair of rolling handgrips, the board provides 360° freedom of movement on the floor surface.
Abstract: A workout apparatus is designed to connect to an equipment member and engage with hands of the user to facilitate the performance of isometric and dynamic exercises. The workout apparatus includes a bearing having an inner race and an outer race operably connected together and able to permit rotational movement of the inner race, a pair of grip members coupled to opposing sides of the inner race of the bearing, and a bracket coupled to the outer race of the bearing. The bracket allows attachment of the equipment member thereto. The pair of grip members is designed to engage with the hands of the user to facilitate the performance of an isometric exercise. Rotational movement of the pair of grip members and movement of the workout apparatus as permitted by the equipment member facilitate the performance of a dynamic exercise.
Abstract: The present invention is a weighted vest, for receiving standard Olympic weight plates. The vest has a plurality of vest pockets at least in two rows and in the front and in the rear. The top row pockets are each sized to receive up to three 2.5-pound standard Olympic weight plates and the bottom row pockets are sized to each receive up to three 5-pound standard Olympic weight plates. Each pocket has a weight holder with a length adapted to receive 1 to 3 standard Olympic weight and locked by a locking means and a pocket flap to securely hold the weight plates in the pocket.
Abstract: A climbing machine includes a resistance device, a driving device, and two climbing devices. The driving device comprises an upper wheel set, an axial wheel set, and a lower wheel set. The axial wheel set includes a first axial wheel and a second axial wheel. Through a plurality of connecting members, the alternate up and down movements of the climbing device drive the upper wheel set and the lower wheel set to rotate in a first direction, the upper wheel set drives the first axial wheel to rotate in a second direction, and the lower wheel set drives the second axial wheel to rotate in the first direction.
Abstract: An exercise machine for leg strengthening, the exercise machine comprising a stationary frame; and a thigh support member and an ankle support member coupled to the frame and configured to support a user's thigh and ankle, respectively, during a hamstring curl exercise motion. The thigh support member and the ankle support member are each movable with respect to the stationary frame during the hamstring curl exercise motion, thus facilitating contraction and extension of both of a hamstring and glute of the user during the hamstring curl exercise motion.

Abstract: A core exercise assembly includes a rack, a ball positioned in the rack, a cup that is positionable on top of the ball and a pair of knee pads that is each coupled to the top surface of the cup. Each of the user's knees can be positioned in a respective one of the knee pads for kneeling on the ball. A collar is closable around the ball having the collar being aligned with an equator of the ball. A plurality of bottom cords is each coupled between the collar and the rack. Each of the bottom cords is comprised of a resiliently stretchable material for strengthening core muscles. A shirt is wearable by the user and a plurality of top cords is each coupled between the shirt and the rack. Each of the top cords is comprised of a resiliently compressible material for exercising core muscles.
Abstract: A combined exercise apparatus includes a lat pull-down machine and a rope pulling exercise machine. The lat pull-down machine includes a first handle, a first pull rope, and a first resistance module. The first handle is connected with the first resistance module through the first pull rope for providing lat pull-down training through the first resistance module. The rope pulling exercise machine is mounted to the lat pull-down machine. The rope pulling exercise machine includes a rope, a wheel seat, and a second resistance module. The rope is wound around the wheel seat. The wheel seat is connected with the second resistance module for providing rope pulling training through the second resistance module. Wherein, the first resistance module of the lat pull-down machine and the second resistance module of the rope pulling exercise machine are independent from each other.
Abstract: An exercise machine includes a supporting mechanism, two driving units, and a resistance device. The supporting mechanism is used to support the two driving units and the resistance device. The two driving units are respectively disposed at the left and right side of the supporting mechanism for the user to operate. The resistance device can be operated in both directions to eliminate the blockage when switching the operation direction.
