Abstract: A multi-functional switching apparatus for bathroom showers comprises first/second control valves, first/second adjusting valve units, first/second control valve spindle units, and first/second handle units wherein the second control valve has a coupling portion fluidly connected to the first control valve. In addition to an upper valve, a watertight ring, a lower valve, and a hoop respectively, the first adjusting valve unit also has a packing piece, and the second adjusting valve unit a positioning collar. Both first/second control valve spindle units have a valve spindle with coupling sections and fixing sections disposed thereon respectively. An adjusting device is mounted to the first valve spindle, and a flow-switching device to the second valve spindle. The first/second handle units with a handle and a cross-shaped grip also include a fixed cover, a cover seat, and a cap respectively.

Abstract: A basin drainage system for counteracting standing liquid can include a basin drain having at least one exterior wall defining a drainage channel formed through an interior portion of the basin drain. The system also can include a downwardly sloping flange affixed to the exterior wall of the basin drain. Finally, the system can include axial drainage channels formed in the downwardly sloping flange.

Abstract: A toilet splash guard for use with toilets comprising: a generally flat, planar shield, the shield comprising a front side and a rear side, two ends, at least one orifice, and at least two bumpers, the front side faces the user, the two ends shaped as flanges shaped to correspond to the lower portion of a rim of a toilet, the orifice located substantially upon the upper portion of the shield, the bumpers located substantially on the lower portion of the shield, the bumpers located on the rear side of the shield, the bumpers are shaped to correspond with an upper portion of a rim of a toilet bowl.

Abstract: A top mounting faucet assembly comprising a mounting plate that may be mounted to a sink surface, a waterway tube, a faucet body housing, and a locking mechanism. The waterway tube is housed within the faucet body housing, to form a removable faucet assembly. The locking mechanism is attached to the mounting plate. This removable faucet assembly is mounted upon the mounting plate by attaching the faucet assembly to the locking mechanism.

Abstract: A device for moistening paper or cloth, and especially a pad of toilet paper immediately prior to use, includes a mounting base, for mounting on a toilet tank or optionally to an adjacent wall; a lever activated spring loaded valve connected to the mounting base, with a nozzle to emit a fine spray when the valve is activated; a paper support and actuator handle for supporting toilet paper or other material over the nozzle and for actuating the valve; and a drain pan disposed below the valve and nozzle to catch any excess water not absorbed by the paper, with a drain tube to drain excess water to the bowl of the toilet.

Abstract: A plumbing fixture has a mounting assembly for removably mounting the plumbing fixture to a sink deck with a sink hole. The plumbing fixture has a housing, a water outlet, a tubing assembly fluidly connected to the water outlet, and a cavity. The mounting assembly comprises a mounting member having a bore. The mounting member is positioned between the housing and the sink and is adapted to be received in the cavity of the housing. A means removably attaches the housing to the mounting member. At least one hollow member connects to the mounting member. The hollow member extends from the slot in the mounting member and passes through the sink hole. The hollow member is adapted to receive the tubing assembly. A means secures the hollow member to the sink.

Abstract: A water saver toilet that produces a larger water spot (122) in the toilet bowl (12) and a better flushing, and that enables partial and full flushing. A trapway (14) that extends from the toilet bowl outlet to a drain (16), has upper and lower traps (30, 32) and a trapway passage (34) that extends between and into the traps. The lower trap is constructed to be sealed by water therein prior to each flushing, and a pressured air source (98) applies pressured air to the trapway prior to a flushing. The pressured air in the trapway pushes some upper trap water into the toilet bowl to increase the water spot therein. A first container (40) lies in the water tank, and the water therein can be flushed down from the first container though a coupling region (80) and though a flush valve (24), for a partial flushing. A full flushing is achieved by opening a second valve (62) to pass water lying in the tank around and above the first container, and through the coupling region and the flush valve.

Upon selective activation of said faucet assembly, the liquid is introduced into the interior of the basin from all sides in a plurality of independent streams that converge toward and intersect with one another in the air above the basin to form a pleasing, dome-shaped display.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the invention relate to a seat mounted on wheels for rolling along wheel tracks of parallel longitudinal members of a frame having end members connecting the longitudinal members. The frame may be placed on an upper surface of a bath enclosure such as a bathtub or shower unit and turnbuckles in the longitudinal members may be used to friction fit the longitudinal members to vertical surfaces at the end of the bathtub or shower unit. Moreover, the seat may have a bottom portion hingedly attached to a seat back portion so that the seat can be stowed at one end of the bath enclosure by folding the bottom portion towards the back portion.

Abstract: A waste trap 10 for use in plumbing installations is provided, the trap comprising a unitary metal body 12 defining an interior volume, and having a tubular plastics insert 20 located in an inlet 14 of the body 12 and extending into the volume to below the height of a waste outlet 16. The insert 20 partitions the upper portion of the volume into two regions, and serves to provide a water seal between the inlet 14 and the outlet 16 when the trap is in use. The insert is non-removably secured to the body.

Abstract: A filtering apparatus of a circulating flush toilet recycling drain water having used for washing the inside a toilet bowl is disposed between a water-receiving tank and a water-pumping tank of the flush toilet so as to solve problems such as clogging of a pipe and a pump failure. The filtering apparatus includes a casing, a toothed gate formed in a part of the casing, close to the water-receiving tank, and a filtering unit which filters water overflown from the water-receiving tank and passing through the gate, in multiple stages, and which causes the filtered drain water to flow into the water-pumping tank.

Abstract: A bathtub liquid dispensing system for dispensing a mixture of water and a household liquid, such as soap, shampoo and bath oil through an outlet such as a faucet of a bathtub. The bathtub liquid dispensing system comprises a bathtub having an outlet, a storage unit for storing at least one household liquid operatively connected to a bathtub water supply, and a control for connecting and disconnecting the storage unit from the bathtub water supply. In a first aspect of the invention the liquid is introduced into the bathtub water system by a venturi. In a second aspect of the invention, the storage unit is positioned above the bathtub and is introduced by gravity. The control is normally biased to an “off” position.

Abstract: The invention relates to a toilet construction comprising at least two adjacent toilet cubicles which respectively have a toilet and an access opening which can be closed by means of a door, said toilet cubicles being separated by means of a partition. According to the invention, the partition can be displaced between a separating position in which it separates the toilet cubicles from each other, and an unblocking position in which the two toilet cubicles together form an individual toilet cubicle. Alternatively, the partition can be displaced essentially perpendicularly to its wall plane in a shifted position in which the floor space of one toilet cubicle is enlarged and the floor space of the other toilet cubicle is reduced.

Abstract: Mounting apparatus is provided for a pool cover assembly having a plurality of pool cover components disposed in a pool cover box and used to operate a pool cover for a swimming pool. The mounting apparatus comprises an elongated member adapted to be attached to the pool cover box, and a mounting member adapted to removably couple at least one of the pool cover components to the elongated member. A method is provided for mounting a pool cover assembly having a plurality of pool cover components in a pool cover box for a swimming pool cover. The method comprises attaching an elongated member to the pool cover box, and removably coupling a mounting member supporting at least one of the pool cover components to the elongated member.

An inner layer (204) extends across the entirety of the liquid retaining layer (203) for passing liquid received in the liner (204) into the liquid retaining layer (203) and for changing color in response to use.

Abstract: A device for generating a massage stream in a sanitary tub has an accommodation device that can be attached to an opening in the tub body of the sanitary tub, for accommodating an electric motor having a drive shaft, a propeller having a hub attached to the drive shaft and vanes arranged radially about the hub. There is a rosette arranged on the accommodation device, positioned within the sanitary tub, having edge-side inflow openings, as well as a central outlet opening. The propeller draws water located in the sanitary tub in through the inflow openings, and subsequently transports it back into the sanitary tub, through a guide element arranged in the outlet opening, which can be pivoted relative to the hub axis. The guide element is configured as a guide vane ring and has a ring-shaped bearing shell at the outer end of the guide vanes. The shell moves between a glide surface of the accommodation device that is configured as a sphere surface segment, and a concave contact surface of the rosette.

Abstract: A device for a sanitary tub, for producing a massage stream of air and water has an accommodation device that can be attached at an opening in the tub body of the sanitary tub, for accommodating an electric motor having a drive shaft. A propeller having a hub is attached to the drive shaft, and blades are arranged radially around the hub. A collar is arranged on the accommodation device, positioned within the sanitary tub, having edge-side inflow openings as well as a center outlet opening. The propeller draws in water located in the sanitary tub, through the inflow openings, and subsequently transports it back into the sanitary tub through the outlet opening. The accommodation device has a flow channel for feeding in air, which exits through the outlet opening, through an air channel arranged in the hub and with the stream of water transported by the propeller. Fan vanes for transporting air are arranged within the air channel of the hub.
