  • Patent number: 11939615
Abstract: The present invention discloses a production method of enzymatic reaction using adenosine instead of ATP. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding ATP regeneration enzyme, AK enzyme and adenosine in proportion to carry out an enzymatic reaction in an enzymatic reaction system; (2) separating the ATP regeneration enzyme and AK enzyme by either directly separating ATP regeneration enzyme and AK enzyme immobilized in a reaction tank or separating free ATP regeneration enzyme and AK enzyme by an ultrafiltration membrane in a filter; and (3) separating and purifying the filtrate of step (2) to obtain a product. The disclosed method provides: greatly reduced industrial production costs; faster reaction rate; stable enzyme recovery system that is energy efficient and environmentally friendly; and capability of reusing the byproducts or collecting them for the production of ATP.

  • Patent number: 11817181
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure belongs to the technical field of animal feed and provides a method for rapidly evaluating metabolizable energy of goose diet by using a technique of simulative digestion gross energy. By using the technical means combining the biological method and the simulative digestion gross energy technique, metabolizable energy of goose feed can be evaluated quickly. Based on the “stomach-small intestine” two-step enzymatic methods, it is the first time to establish a regression equation between the metabolizable energy change and fiber level in the cecum to rectify the value of simulative digestion gross energy in the cecal microbial digestion phase, making the simulative digestion gross energy technique more reasonable in the assessment of metabolizable energy in geese. Results show that the use of simulative digestion gross energy technique to assess the metabolizable energy of goose feed value is highly feasible.

  • Patent number: 11773422
Abstract: Polynucleotide synthesis performed with a substrate independent polymerase such as terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) is regulated by controlling the oxidation state of a metal cofactor. The oxidation state of the metal cofactor is changed to +2, thus activating the polymerase, by applying a voltage with electrodes or by introducing a chemical redox reagent. Addressable polynucleotide synthesis creates polynucleotides with different arbitrary sequences through use of spatial control of cofactor oxidation states to add nucleotides only at selected locations on an array. Control of metal oxidation states is regulated by selective activation of a microelectrode array, controlled addition of redox reagents to specific locations on the array, or controlled activation of photocatalysts at specific locations on the array. Scavengers in solution prevent cofactors distant from the selected locations from catalyzing polymerase activity and thereby maintain the localized effect of polymerase activation.

  • Patent number: 11758905
Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of nano-drugs, and in particular, relates to an amphotericin B (AmpB) and ?-1,3-glucanase (Gls) loaded bi-functional nano-system with both targets, a preparation method and an application thereof. The nano-system provided by the invention comprises Gls and AmpB loaded chitosan nanoparticles. The ?-1,3-glucanase modified chitosan nanoparticles are constructed for the first time, which can achieve a bi-functional nano-system both targeting fungal biofilm exopolysaccharide ?-1,3-glucan and internal thalli; meanwhile, the ?-1,3-glucanase and the amphotericin B have a synergistic interaction effect, so that the removal capacity is improved. The double-loaded nano-system is used for fungal biofilm damage removal for the first time.

  • Patent number: 11702647
Abstract: Methods and devices are provided for pretreatment of a sample containing microbial cells. In some embodiments, the pretreatment of the sample is performed via the initial selective lysis, within a sample pretreatment vessel, of non-microbial cells (such as blood cells) and the subsequent centrifugal separation of the sample to remove the resulting debris and concentrate the microbial cells. An immiscible and dense cushioning liquid may be included for collecting the microbial cells adjacent to the liquid interface formed by the cushioning liquid upon centrifugation of the pretreatment vessel. After removal of a substantial quantity of the supernatant, resuspension of the collected microbial cells, and re-establishment of the cushioning liquid interface, at least a portion of the remaining suspension may be removed without substantially removing the cushioning liquid. One or more intermediate wash cycles may be performed prior to extraction of the remaining suspension, which provides a “pretreated” sample.
