  • Patent number: 10344473
Abstract: The present invention provides a device without blocking wireless signals based on impedance matching. The device is constructed by periodically stacking two building materials with different dielectric constants in the same direction. The device without blocking wireless signals based on impedance matching can be designed as a wall body, and can improve wave transmission of microwaves to ensure that wireless signals won't be blocked at any incident angle, thereby achieving the unblocked transmission of wireless signals. Furthermore, compared with metal hole arrays, the component materials of the devices can include polypropylene and concrete, that expands the applications from micro circuit electronic devices to macro walls, and greatly reduces the manufacturing and maintenance cost.

  • Patent number: 10280623
Abstract: A rebar support system used in the reinforcement of concrete structures is disclosed, comprising a rebar support tower and a rebar support base, individually capable of holding rebar members at a predefined height within a range of possible heights, the two further capable of acting together in tower-base duplex fashion in the formation of multilevel rebar grids. The rebar tower has four legs between which there are defined two intersecting passages, the legs being open-ended at the bottom and forming bidirectional arches at the top of said intersecting passages, said rebar tower further having a saddle formation at its apex. The rebar tower provides a tapered and angled foot profile at the bottom of each leg to minimize the area of contact when used with a concrete form, thereby reducing rebar support footprints after form removal.

  • Patent number: 10273647
Abstract: Disclosed is an economical and effective way of producing a modular retaining wall for a material to be retained, using only blocks which in and of themselves are of insufficient thickness to function as retaining wall blocks. The modular wall includes backer blocks and facing blocks which are connected by separate connectors in a back to back, spaced apart arrangement, thereby forming a hollow retaining wall. The hollow wall is filled with loose filler material to increase the mass and retaining capacity of the wall. None of the wall components is embedded in the material to be retained. Further disclosed are wall components and a wall kit for a modular retaining wall. A double sided decorative wall is also disclosed. • Patent number: 10233610
Abstract: A leveling apparatus many be used for building new construction or for releveling an existing structure. A user may place a leveling apparatus between a pier and a beam of a pier and beam foundation. The leveling apparatus may include a bottom plate that rests on the pier and a top plate that supports the beam. The bottom plate and the top plate may be separated by threaded rods. The leveling apparatus may be sufficiently small that it may fit between the pier and beam in situations where space may be limited. The user may rotate one or more nut fasteners to adjust the height between the bottom plate and the top plate. Adjusting the separation between the plates can result in leveling of a floor by adjusting the spacing between a beam and the ground.
