Abstract: A tamper evident label flap positioned to cover an opening in a package. The label flap includes a base layer having a top surface and a bottom surface. A top layer is attached to the base layer by an adhesive layer. A tamper evident structure is located in at least one designated area between the base layer and the top layer. The tamper evident structure includes a first ink layer applied to the base layer and a second ink layer applied to the first ink layer. The first ink layer and the second ink layer are held together in a weaker bond than a bond between the top layer and the base layer. When the label flap is initially pulled from the package, the first ink layer and the second ink layer separate and define a visible permanent de-lamination which signifies the package has been opened.

Abstract: Containers having a fitment have been used to store food product. Oftentimes the product contained within the container is easier for a user to consume if a utensil such as a spoon is used. The present disclosure is directed towards an assembly for mounting to a container. The assembly includes a fitment with a passage. The spoon is at least partially disposed within the passage of the fitment. The spoon may be attached to the fitment, and covered by a protective cover. The protective cover may include a first half and a second half. The protective cover can be secured with a safety seal.

Abstract: A portable food container includes a first container for receiving a food item and having a first end with an opening, a second end, and a sidewall connecting the first and second ends. A closure of the first container is releasably securable to the opening. A second container has an open configuration and a closed configuration, and defines a first cell for receiving a food item, a second cell for receiving the first container, and a port for receiving a portion of the first container. When the second container is in the closed configuration and the first container is located in the second cell, the first container opening is substantially aligned with the port to receive the closure. The closure secures the second container in the closed configuration when the first container is located in the second cell and the closure is secured to the opening.

Abstract: A socket holder is provided, including a main body having at least one receiving slot for a socket to be arranged therein and at least one restriction portion. Each restriction portion has a first arm portion extending from the first end portion substantially toward the second arm portion and a second arm portion transverse to the first arm portion and extending toward a wall of the receiving slot. Wherein, when the socket is arranged in the receiving slot, the first and second arm portions protrude into a sleeve opening of an end of the socket to restrictedly abut against an inner wall thereof, and the second end portion restrains the other end of the socket from swinging toward the slot opening.

The glucose sensor assembly includes an electrochemical sensor with glucose oxidase enzyme, a sensor base formed at least in part from plastic, a sensor mounting pedestal formed at least in part from plastic, and a sensor introducer formed at least in part from plastic. The glucose sensor product also includes a microbial barrier material coupled to the plastic package tray to seal the glucose sensor assembly in the plastic package tray. The microbial barrier material maintains sterility of the glucose sensor assembly while venting substances outgassed from the plastic package tray, the sensor base, the sensor mounting pedestal, and the sensor introducer.

The kit, in its most basic form, comprises an outer envelope containing at least one dry towel and at least one wetted towel in its own pouch, separated from the dry towel. The kit may further include a heating element which efficiently transfers heat to the wetted towel. The cleaning kit may also provide sterile bandages for use in covering closed surgical incisions, after postop cleaning of the skin the surgical field, using the wetted and dry towel of the kit.
