Abstract: An electronic exchange system network includes a trader site having an automated trading system capable of submitting orders and/or quotes to an exchange site. The automated trading system determines whether an order or quote should be submitted based on, for example, the current market price of an option and theoretical buy and sell prices. The theoretical buy and sell prices are derived from, among other things, the current market price of the security underlying the option. The theoretical buy and sell prices are calculated when underlying factors that contribute to the theoretical prices change. Computation times of the theoretical prices may be reduced by using precalculated values and/or using interpolation and extrapolation. Other techniques may be used in addition or in the alternative to speed automatic decision-making. In addition, a system of checks may be conducted to ensure accurate and safe automated trading.

Abstract: A user is able to access multiple accounts located at and/or managed by different organizations, by providing secure exchanges of necessary information so that multiple login details are not necessary. The system coordinates activities between several entities using a communication manager which is configured to manage communication protocols, security and necessary interface requirements so the user can securely access the desired accounts. In addition, the communication manager will include various levels of security measures, including encryption, transaction verification, etc. By managing these details within the communication manager, the user will not need to provide multiple PIN numbers or access codes each time a transaction is desired.

Abstract: A system for exclusivity bidding for mobile sponsored content includes one or more computers having computer readable mediums having stored thereon instructions which, when executed by one or more processors of the one or more computers, causes the system to perform the steps of (a) receiving a bid for an exclusive sponsored content item to be presented on a mobile communication facility, the bid including an amount and at least two exclusivity characteristics, wherein the exclusivity characteristics relate to (i) a usage history as recorded via use of the mobile communication facility by a user thereof; and (ii) a geography associated with the mobile communication facility, respectively; and (b) matching the at least two exclusivity characteristics with the exclusive sponsored content item based at least in part on a relevancy for presentation to the mobile communication facility.

Abstract: A method, system, and computer-readable medium for sharing measurement data with a remote device includes establishing, by a mobile computing device at an equipment site, a first communication connection with a measurement device that is configured to measure data with respect to equipment at the equipment site. The mobile computing device receives measurement data by way of the first communication connection. While remaining at the equipment site, the mobile computing device receives a request to share the measurement data with a selected contact via a remote device. In response, a second communication connection is established with the remote device, the measurement data to be shared is identified, and the identified measurement data is communicated to the remote device for review by the selected contact. Prior to establishing a communication connection with the remote device, permission to communicate the measurement data to the selected contact may be obtained from a gatekeeper.

The operations also include determining, based on the first element, that the webpage is configured to accept payments. The operations also include receiving, from a provider server, a virtual token which corresponds to a user account. The operations also include injecting information from the virtual token into one or more account number fields on the webpage.

Abstract: Remote deposit of checks can be facilitated by a financial institution. A customer's general purpose computer and image capture device may be leveraged to capture an image of a check and deliver the image to financial institution electronics. Additional data for the transaction may be collected as necessary. The transaction can be automatically accomplished utilizing the images and data thus acquired.

Abstract: The technology detects undesirable data packets. Data packets are received from multiple sources at one or more packet switches in a data communications network. The one or more packet switches route the data packets to one or more intended destination computing nodes and also transmit a copy of all the data packets received in the data communications network to a network capture device. The network capture device processes the data packets, detects financial data packets, and transmits the detected financial data packets for analysis by a risk exposure computer system that performs automatic financial risk analysis based on the detected financial data packets.

Abstract: One embodiment provides a system that facilitates secure transfer of funds. During operation, the system generates, by a server, an authentication identifier for a payee of a bank account, wherein the authentication identifier indicates the bank account and a corresponding payment account of the payee. The system receives, from a payer, a message which indicates a first command to transfer a payment amount to the payee, wherein the first command includes the authentication identifier. In response to successfully verifying the authentication identifier, the system extracts information associated with the payment account and the bank account from the authentication identifier. The system transfers the payment amount to the bank account of the payee based on the extracted information.

User interaction with the psychometric graphical object is measured by a psychological traits evaluation module. At least a first wider portion of the psychometric graphical object is labeled with a first keyword related to a psychological trait. At least a second wider portion of the psychometric graphical object is labeled with a second keyword related to the psychological trait.

Abstract: A compliance determination and enforcement platform is described. A plurality of factors are stored in association with each of a plurality of accounts. A factor entering module enters factors from each user account into a compliance score model. The compliance score model determines a compliance score for each one of the accounts based on the respective factors associated with the respective account. A comparator compares the compliance score for each account with a compliance reference score to determine a subset of the accounts that fail compliance and a subset of the accounts that meet compliance. A flagging unit flags the user accounts that fail compliance to indicate non-compliant accounts. A corrective action system allows for determining, for each one of the accounts that is flagged as non-compliant, whether the account is bad or good, entering the determination into a feedback system and closing the account.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a method of managing access to a trading network is provided. A first network login request for a first user is received from a client application. The first network login request includes first authentication information. Based at least on the first authentication information, the first network login request is approved, which authorizes the first user to access the trading network. One or more associated users for which the first user is authorized to act as a proxy is identifying from a plurality of users. User profile information for one of the associated users is obtained and communicated to the client application. The user profile information includes information regarding the second user that can be used to allow the first user to engage in trading activity via the trading network on behalf of the second user.

Abstract: An intelligent messaging server (herein ‘messaging server’) that is communicably coupled to trusted directory nodes receives an electronic request from a first computing device. The electronic request includes at least a unique identifier of a second user (herein ‘second user identifier’). Using the second user identifier, the messaging server determines that the second user has multiple accounts. Responsively, the messaging server generates and transmits an electronic selection message to the second user. The electronic selection message includes a link to a secure web page that lists the multiple accounts and prompts the second user to select one of the multiple accounts. Responsive to receiving the second user's selection, the messaging server generates an electronic record that includes at least an account identifier of the account selected by the second user, providing enhanced security to the second user's data via the trusted directory nodes.

A GUI may be defined to provide workflow to define the data transfer signal such as a message. Functionality to capture text characters from documents, particularly images, may be added to applications such as via a plug in or otherwise.

Abstract: Systems and methods for customizing a portfolio using visualization and control of factor exposures are disclosed. Assets are selected for inclusion in factor portfolios from a universe of assets based on risk premia factor scores. The factor portfolios can be combined into blended portfolios having varying degrees of factor exposures using simple visual controls for adjusting relative proportions of the factor portfolios. Any one of the individual factor portfolios and the resulting blended portfolio can be evaluated by comparing its performance against a benchmark portfolio or across a number of regimes representing various market or economic conditions or factor-specific regimes.

Abstract: A mainframe computing system includes a central processor complex, and a plurality of billing entities, each billing entity having a respective capacity limit, and a workload manager that schedules work requested by the plurality of billing entities on the central processor complex and tracks, by billing entity, a rolling average of service units. The mainframe computing system also includes a dynamic capping policy for the central processor complex that identifies a maximum service unit limit, a subset of the plurality of billing entities, and, for each identified billing entity, information from which to determine a service unit entitlement value. The mainframe computing system also includes a dynamic capping master that adjusts the respective capacity limits of the subset of the plurality of billing entities at scheduled intervals based on the dynamic capping policy to favor billing entities having high-importance workload within the maximum service unit limit.
