The tool system includes thrust means, coaxially mounted inside the bell-chuck and arranged to rest on a crystal driven into the middle part, to exert on the crystal a sufficient thrust force to cause a relative displacement of the bell-chuck relative to the crystal.
Abstract: A ratchet wrench with a direction switching structure includes a wrench body with an axial slot, a control slot, and a pivot slot which are interconnected, and a ratchet wheel, a ratcheting member, and a switching member are installed therein, respectively. The switching member pushes against the ratcheting member through a prop member and selectively controls the engagement between the ratcheting member and the ratchet wheel. The circumferential wall of the pivot slot has a circular slot and a stepped surface formed at a position near an opening of the pivot slot provided for latching the switching member into the circular slot by a latch portion thereon and being stopped by the stepped surface for the positioning purpose. The prop member pushes against an appropriate position of the ratcheting member to prevent an unsecured engagement between the ratcheting member and the ratchet wheel.

Abstract: A knot loosening device and method of use. A pointed member is disposed, for inserting into the knot, followed by a midsection with a pry arm. Once the midsection is engaged, the pry arm is actuated by means of a lever arm which can be viewed as outwardly expanding jaws or jaw surfaces which have the effect of spreading or loosening the knot.
Abstract: A ratchet wrench includes a head having a first compartment rotatably receiving a drive member. A second compartment is defined in an inner periphery of the first compartment and receives first and second pawls. A switch is pivotably mounted in a control groove of the head and controls engagement relations between the first and second pawls and the drive member. A limiting member is connected between the first and second pawls and maintains two closest teeth respectively of first and second toothed sections of the first and second pawls to be in a restraining spacing that is smaller than a jam spacing, preventing the first and second pawls from jamming between the drive member and a wall of the second compartment.
Abstract: A tool may be configured, in various embodiments, with a handle capable of housing house a gear in an aperture. The gear can have at least a predetermined number of facets and an orbital ring. A securing feature can have a first notch that is adapted to engage the orbital ring to allow rotational movement while securing the gear within the aperture.
Abstract: An electronic torque wrench a wrench head unit adapted to engage and turn a fastener, a tubular first wrench body securely engaged with the wrench head unit, a tubular second wrench body coupled and aligned with the first wrench body by a fitting member to permit rotation of the second wrench body relative to the first wrench body, a mounting shell sleeved on the second wrench body for mounting a display unit to provide a display representing a measured torque. By rotation of the second wrench body, the display unit can be adjusted to a desired angular position for being viewed easily by the user.
Abstract: The invention provides a bottle cap opener capable of sliding into an adjustable position along the bill of a cap with minimal peripheral vision of the opener. The bottle cap opener may be removed by a user to engage a bottle cap for removal from an associated bottle, then slidably replaced on the cap bill. The bottle cap opener comprises a contoured profile to match the contoured profile of the cap bill to minimize peripheral vision involvement and a curved shaping that is complementary with the curved shaping of the cap bill to maximize closeness of fit between the opener and the surface of the cap bill. The opener further comprises a space for individualized customization.
Abstract: Disclosed is a screw head having a slot (2) in the upper surface of the screw head, an upper peripheral wall (9) of hexalobular planform extending down into the screw head, the upper peripheral wall (9) being parallel or near parallel to the axis of the screw, a sloping transition surface (15) extending downwardly and inwardly with respect to the lower edge of the upper peripheral wall (9), and a tapered recess (11) extending downwardly from the lower edge of the sloping transition surface (15), in which the dimensions of the screw head are such that when the screw head is engaged by a tool (6) having upper (16) and lower engagement (17) sections, there is a ‘stick fit’ between the surface of the tapered recess (11) and the external surface of the lower engagement section (17), and there is no engagement with the sloping transition surface (15).
Abstract: A wire stripper detects contact between a core wire of an electric wire and stripping blades and detects if the electric wire is cut short. The wire stripper includes a signal analyzer circuit that measures an impedance through the stripping blades for a change in the impedance caused by contact with the wire core and a buffer circuit, that when a contact of the stripping blades with the wire core is detected, applies a signal having the same level as that of an electric signal applied to the stripping blades to a side of a shielding material of a shielded cable for transmitting the electric signal to and from the stripping blades so as to reduce or prevent current leakage between a signal line of the shielded cable and the shielding material.
Abstract: A telescopic handle for a hand tool includes a main shank connected to a tool head at a distal end and insertable into an outer sleeve which a user grips. The main shank has a plurality of axially spaced retained regions such that a radially movable retaining member is engageable with a selected one of the retained regions. A key-and-keyway mechanism is disposed to guide axial movement of the outer sleeve and to guard against rotation of the outer sleeve relative to the main shank so as to permit delivery of an appropriate torque to the main shank. An operating member is disposed on and movable axially relative to the outer sleeve to radially move the retaining member.
Abstract: A one-way torque tool includes a head, a rotor placed in the head, a number of ratchets formed on the head, two pawls pivotally connected to the rotor and detachably engaged with the ratchets. The ratchets are separated from one another by a first angle ? identical to 360 degrees divided by the number of the ratchets. The pawls are separated from each other by a second angle ? identical to a multiple of the first angle ? plus a third angle ? that is smaller than the first angle ?.
Abstract: In one embodiment, a valve wrench for rotating a knob may include a handle and a jaw assembly coupled to the handle. The jaw assembly may include a fulcrum member, a hook member and a bias member. The hook member may be pivotably coupled to the fulcrum member and may be aligned to the fulcrum member at a pivot angle. The fulcrum member and the hook member can form an opening there between to accept the knob. The bias member may be disposed between the fulcrum member and the hook member to bias the hook member towards the fulcrum member when the jaw assembly is engaged with the knob.

Abstract: An electronic torque wrench including a wrench body, a wrench head configured to engage a workpiece, a first sensor producing a first output signal, that is proportional to an amount of torque being applied to the workpiece, a grip handle, a second sensor producing a second output signal that is proportional to an amount of rotation being applied to the workpiece, a user interface including an input device for inputting a preset torque value, and a processor for converting the first output signal into a current torque value, comparing the current torque value to the preset torque value, and converting the second output signal into a first angle value through which the workpiece has been rotated after the current torque value exceeds the preset torque value.
Abstract: A one-way ratchet wheel element has engaged and linked driving wheel and driven wheel in a body. The side of the body that connects with the driving wheel has a shifting space. A tooth section is provided on a wedge opposite to the shifting space. When the driven wheel rolls and engages with the tooth section, there is a resistance to the rotation of the driving wheel, forming an engagement state. When the driven wheel is away from the tooth section on the wedge, it is in the idle state.
