  • Patent number: 10364736
Abstract: Provided is a fluid control valve assembly which reduces pressure loss a fluid passage line including a fluid control valve, thereby mini-minimizing the pressure for a fluid to pass therethrough to ensuring a required amount of flow without upsizing the overall assembly. The fluid control valve assembly includes an upstream pipe forming an upstream fluid passageway tilted at a predetermined angle relative to a valve axis to face an upstream chamber. The upstream chamber is formed upstream of a valve portion which has a valve seat and a valve body in a valve housing and which can open and close the fluid passageway. The wall surface of the upstream chamber is integrated with a swelling, which is projected in the chamber to thereby rectify and guide the fluid flowing therein through the upstream pipe so that the fluid smoothly flows to the valve portion.

  • Patent number: 10306865
Abstract: A method for operating a valve, comprises directing fluid flow through a housing of the valve, wherein the fluid flows into the housing through a housing inlet and flows out of the housing through a housing outlet. The method continues by directing a first electric current into a solenoid coupled to the housing to generate a first magnetic field, wherein the first magnetic field exerts a force upon a plunger positioned inside the housing and causes the plunger to magnetically connect to a magnet. The method continues by directing a second electrical current into the solenoid to generate a second magnetic field, wherein the second magnetic field exerts a force upon the plunger causing the plunger to disconnect from the magnet and engage with the housing outlet. Fluid flows into the inlet through a milking hose, and fluid flows out of the outlet into a milking pipeline.

  • Patent number: 10288076
Abstract: A cooling system that includes two or more fans that each have a chassis. The chassis includes a first face, a second face, and a sidewall. The fans then can be attached to each other by attaching a sidewall of a first fan chassis to a sidewall of a second fan chassis. An adjustable vane is attached perpendicularly and approximately equidistant between the fans, with an angular control element that is attached to the first fan chassis. The vane can be oriented such that the vane divides the airflow distributed to the fans. The vane then can be adjusted radially by the angular control element, which is attached to the fan chassis. If an impeller of a fan chassis fails the vane can be adjusted radially using an angular control element to distribute more airflow to the failed fan superimposing the non-failed fan chassis.
