  • Patent number: 11116147
Abstract: A method and system for supporting containerized plants in an upright and stationary position and at customizable, uniform spacing therebetween. The system comprises a frame, pockets, stabilizers positioned within the pockets and spacers. The pockets, stabilizers and spacers provide both horizontal and vertical support to each containerized plant, holding it securely in place without stakes or cables. The pockets with stabilizers and the spacers may be arranged in various patterns to promote stability of the system and health of the containerized plants. An irrigation system may be coupled to the system for maintaining and nourishing plants. The length of the frame is greater than the width, thus creating a stable environment to combat winds and disruptive forces. Individual frames may be attached to form designated and defined uniform growing or display areas and provide greater stability.

  • Patent number: 11058066
Abstract: The system includes a pre-fabricated garden seedsheet, with seeds and soil embedded in water-soluble pods within a weed barrier fabric. Each water-soluble pod is fabricated from dissolvable material, which are affixed together to form cavities in which seeds and soil are applied. The pods are then affixed to the weed barrier matrix in an arrangement dictated by the plant algorithm. Upon contact with water, the pods rapidly dissolve, thereby beginning the germination process in which the seeds sprout and emerge through the aligned openings in the weed barrier fabric. The selection of plants and their physical arrangement within each seedsheet may be determined by a software-driven plant algorithm that extrapolates plant characteristics, environmental requirements, and companion benefits. The algorithm may be used both on the customer-facing software program, as well as the in-house design process to create pre-designed seed sheets.

  • Patent number: 11051487
Abstract: A foldable pet apparatus has a rigid platform member, a rigid barrier member, and a support member. The rigid barrier member is attached to one end of the rigid platform member by a hinge. The support member is attached to the rigid platform member at its other end with a hinge. The support member may be attached to a vertical wall below a pet door opening. When the foldable pet apparatus is in a deployed position, the rigid platform member provides a place for a pet to stand after it passes through the pet door. The rigid barrier member prevents the pet from going straight off of the end of the rigid platform member. The pet must turn to the right or left to leave the platform. When the foldable pet apparatus is in the collapsed position, it blocks the pet door opening.
