Abstract: A toilet frame includes a left side frame, a right side frame, and a crossbar that connects the left and ride side frames at the front of the toilet frame. Each of the left and right side frames is movable between a folded position and an unfolded position. The left and right side frames are not connected by a crossbar at the back of the toilet frame.

Abstract: A writing instrument according to the present disclosure comprises a main body, a writing tip and a cap, wherein the cap is designed to be secured tightly on the main body such that the writing tip is covered by the cap. The cap comprises of an inner core and an outer layer, wherein a material of the outer layer is softer compared to a material of the inner core. With that, it is possible to design an air-tight (or almost air-tight) fitting cap for a writing instrument. With the softer outer layer of the cap, it is achieved that a user chewing on the cap has a reduced risk of damaging his/her teeth. In addition, although a membrane within the cap may still be present, such membrane is no longer necessary. The membrane may be an additional barrier contributing further to the air-tight effect of the cap that is present within the cap.

Abstract: A multifunction writing instrument comprising a body extending along an axial direction and receiving at least two retractable writing elements, each retractable writing element comprising a writing tip, a reservoir and a button, each retractable writing element being movable between a writing position in which the writing tip extends from the body and a retracted position in which the writing tip is retracted within the body, each retractable writing element being connected to an electronic unit in order to detect which retractable writing element is in the writing position.

Abstract: A two-color pen includes a pen body, a roller and water supply components; the roller is rotatably provided at the head of the pen body; there is at least one pair of water supply components, a reset device for pushing the water supply components to be in contact with the roller is provided in the pen body; and the roller is provided with a transmission part which alternatively pushes two water supply components in pairs in the direction away from the roller in sequence. The reset device in the two-color pen can push the water supply components outputting different colors in the direction of the roller. When the roller is rolling, the transmission part provided on the roller can alternately push the two water supply components in pairs in the direction away from the roller in sequence, so that the water outlet ends of the two water supply components in pairs can alternately abut against the roller in sequence under the action of the reset device.

Abstract: A method for mechanically lowering a person into and out from a structure having a water level, a deck, and an interior wall includes a waterproof lift and drive assembly, and the steps of connecting the lift to a base housing having an upper surface such that, in a lowered state, a lifting beam is at least partially contained within the base housing and, in a raised state, at least a portion of the lifting beam is above the upper surface at a given height, fixing the base housing to a wall of the structure to place the upper surface below the waterline such that, in the lowered state, the lifting beam and the seat assembly are completely submerged in the water and, in the raised state, the bottom seat surface is above the waterline and deck sufficient to permit a person to sit upon the chair.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for monitoring a water level in a basin are disclosed. An automatic refill system includes a level sensor coupled to a refill valve system. The refill valve system has a valve driven by an actuator. The actuator receives a signal from a controller in response to a measured water level. The refill valve system flows water into a basin from a water source until a desired level is reached.

Abstract: Provided is a liquid storage member for coating tools which successfully reduces plastic consumption and reduces environmental loads, by making use of materials based on paper in place of plastics such as polypropylene that has been used for liquid (e.g., ink) storage members. A liquid storage member for coating tools having at least three layers of a paper base laminate composed of an inner layer made of paper base material, and a middle layer of a metal layer or a silica deposition layer, formed on the outer peripheral side of the inner layer; and an outer layer made of the paper base material formed on the outer peripheral side of the middle layer, wherein the paper base material of the inner layer has a density of 0.8 g/cm3 or more.

Abstract: A rolling medical bedside bathing tub is designed and configured to facilitate bathing for bedridden and other people with limited mobility. The bathing tub includes a bottom wall forming the bottom side of the bathing tub and a plurality of sidewalls extending from the bottom walls to define an enclosure. The bathing tub may include a backrest and an extendable seat to assist people in maintaining balance within the tub. Preferably, the bathing tub is portable. Additionally, the bathing tub may be extendable to allow for people of varying heights and sizes. A method for using the bathing tub is also provided.

Abstract: A tool assembly includes an elongated handle and a locking system for attaching a tool head to the handle. The tool head can be a floor care tool or other accessory that can be attached to the handle such that the elongated length of the handle can aid in the use of the tool attached. The locking system includes a keyed locking collar for engaging at least a first portion of the tool head, and a locking cap rotatably positioned on the handle for engaging a second portion of the tool head. The handle can be extendable, such as by telescoping, and can also be overmolded.

Abstract: An extension for pencils with wearing leads, formed from a thin-walled hollow profile. The inner cross section is adapted to the shape of a pencil. One or more slots of appropriate length in the longitudinal direction at an end of the extension where the tapered end of the pencil is located and a slight linear reduction in the cross section approximately over the length of one or more slots. Longitudinal raised sections in the form of triangular, square, and/or semi-circular prisms, directed inwardly. The height of the raised sections may increase in the direction of insertion of the pencil and dig into the pencil slightly when the pencil is inserted. The height of the raised sections is reduced linearly to zero at the end of the extension where the pencil is inserted. Inwardly bent or protruding retaining springs arranged on the inner surface of the extension.

Abstract: A flush toilet according to an embodiment includes a bowl part, a rim part, a water spout port, a bottom surface wall, and an extension part. The bowl part receives waste. The rim part is formed on a top of the bowl part. The water spout port spouts a washing water along the rim part. The bottom surface wall is formed in such a manner that a height thereof increases from a side of the water spout port toward a front end of the rim part, and forms a passing water channel where the washing water flows. The extension part extends a water spout region for the washing water that is spouted from the water spout port.

The panel member is capable of being slid frontward, backward, upward, and downward in a state where the panel member is adsorbed and held by the first holding part and the second holding part.

Abstract: A body for a writing, tracing, drawing or coloring pencil has a composition that has, by weight, with respect to a total weight of the body between 50% and 95% of a mixture of polylactic acid and polybutylene succinate in a polylactic acid/polybutylene succinate ratio by weight of between 90/10 and 60/40 and between 5% and 50% of filler that includes an organic filler, such as wood fibers. A writing, tracing, drawing or coloring pencil includes such a body.

Abstract: A cosmetic container for storing cosmetic product is disclosed herein. The cosmetic container comprises a container having a thermal container receiving section. The cosmetic container further comprises a first end and a second end with the container including an opening at the second end used to store cosmetic product such as sunscreen therein. The second end of the cosmetic container also includes a neck portion comprising a threaded portion to receive a head. The cosmetic container further comprises a thermal container for storing a cooling agent. The thermal container is received in the thermal container receiving section for cooling down the cosmetic product stored in the container. Another embodiment includes a thermal assembly with a thermal rod mounted onto a base plate that is inserted into a container. The container may include a spray nozzle cap mounted to a top end.

Abstract: According to an embodiment, a toilet device includes a detector configured to detect at least one of a water level inside a flush toilet or an indicator associated with the water level, a clog determiner determining a clog state of the flush toilet based on a detection result of the detector, and a controller determining, based on a determination result of the clog determiner, whether or not to prohibit a flushing water supply to the flush toilet. The controller sets a flush prohibition time at least after the flushing water supply to the flush toilet has ended. A flush operation for flushing the flush toilet not is accepted temporarily in the flush prohibition time. The clog determiner determines the clog state of the flush toilet based on the detection result of the detector within the flush prohibition time or directly after the flush prohibition time.
