A capillary network device identifier (CNDID) is sent to the capillary device. A packet data protocol (PDP) context or PDN connection may be established with the network and the CNDID may be sent to a machine type communications (MTC) server. The WTRU may create the registration message, establish a connection with the network, and forward the registration message to the MTC server. Methods and apparatuses implemented in a network are also disclosed for identifying, addressing, and triggering the capillary devices from the MTC server. The trigger message may include fields for group communication, reducing signaling, and enabling charging.

In some embodiments, the WEMD sends messages that simulate traffic patterns of the cover device. The cover device may be a device not associated with serious medical conditions, such as a fitness-oriented heart rate monitor. In some embodiments, the simulation is discontinued under emergency conditions or in particular regions that are deemed to be safe.

If there are adequate funds in the dealer account, the bank automatically transfers the amount of the purchase transaction in the SP S account, less the dealer's fee for the purchase. After funds are transferred from the dealer account, the PMC is notified of the transfer, at which time the PMC generates codes and issues the codes to the dealer.
