Abstract: Embodiments for a module for scheduling sleep/wake intervals for a first one or more communication devices are disclosed. The module includes a computer readable medium having instructions thereon. The instructions, when executed by one or more processing devices, cause the one or more processing devices to obtain a coverage prediction for the one or more mobile communication devices. The coverage prediction indicates a start and an end of at least one future interval during which one or more orbiting communication platforms are predicted to be within range of the one or more mobile communication devices. The instructions also cause the one or more processing devices to generate at least one future sleep interval having a start and an end and at least one future wake interval having a start and an end to control the one or more mobile communication devices based on the coverage prediction.

  • Patent number: 11889504
Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) receives control information over a physical downlink control channel in a shared radio resource space monitored by the WTRU. The control information includes radio resource assignment information and an indication of whether the control information includes radio resource assignment information for an uplink shared channel or whether the control information includes radio resource assignment information for a downlink shared channel. The WTRU determines whether the control information is intended for the WTRU based on WTRU identity-masked (ID-masked) cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits. The WTRU determines, based on the indication, whether the control information is for the uplink shared channel or whether the control information is for the downlink shared channel. The WTRU transmits data over the uplink shared channel based on the radio resource assignment information on a condition that the control information is determined to be for the uplink shared channel.

  • Patent number: 11844101
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a grant scheduling a first higher priority channel that has a higher priority than each channel of multiple lower priority channels scheduled for the UE. The UE may drop a first lower priority channel of the multiple lower priority channels that at least partially overlaps in time with the first higher priority channel based on determining that the grant is received prior to a multiplexing deadline for the multiple lower priority channels. The UE may then transmit or receive a first transmission using the first higher priority channel and a second transmission using a second lower priority channel of the multiple lower priority channels based on the dropping.

  • Patent number: 11838761
Abstract: Methods, computer-readable media, software, and apparatuses may retrieve, from a computing device at a vehicle, driving data, and determine, based on the driving data, a range of time when a driver of the vehicle has a low likelihood of accessing a web resource over a network. An online activity may be detected for an account associated with the driver. In some aspects, a time of the online activity may be compared to the range of time. Based upon a determination that the time of the online activity is within the range of time, a potentially unauthorized activity may be identified. In some aspects, in response to the potentially unauthorized activity, one or more steps may be triggered to protect the driver from the potentially unauthorized activity.

  • Patent number: 11805209
Abstract: Asynchronous and/or synchronous zero charge telephony protocol systems and methods may include an asynchronous signaling switch and/or a call duration time quota from a synchronous charging onset to place and complete a call. A call request is received with a second device mobile address. The asynchronous systems include instructions to automatically modify the mobile address with a routing prefix when the first device has insufficient balance or independent of balance, route to the asynchronous signaling switch based on an associated modified address trunk path, revert to the call signal at the asynchronous signaling switch, and deliver and automatically disconnect the call immediately when the call is completed. The synchronous systems include instructions to automatically set the call duration time quota upon insufficient balance, and deliver and automatically disconnect the call from the second user mobile device when the call is completed and the call duration time quota is exceeded.
