Abstract: A transmission device for lifting a sickbed is fixed on a head mounting or a bed end of the sickbed and contains: a gear seat, a cover, a power input assembly, and a power output assembly. The gear seat includes a first conduit, a second conduit, a first opening, and a receiving orifice. The cover is covered on the first opening of the gear seat. The power input assembly includes an input shaft and a first bevel gear. The power output assembly includes an output shaft, a second bevel gear, and a support element. The support element is rotatably connected with the output shaft. The support element has multiple reinforcement ribs surrounding around an outer wall of the support element and configured to abut against an abutting fence of the second conduit, and the second bevel gear meshes with the first bevel gear.

Abstract: The present invention includes a device for securing bed sheets on a mattress having a bottom, a top surface, and a periphery including side and end walls, the device including a sleeve or band having side panels, end panels corner panels and a top edge, the sleeve or band can be fitted around the mattress periphery side and end walls. A securing, gripping, or positioning element, e.g., elastic or other suitable securing element, can be provided at one or more locations on the sleeve or band, wherein the securing, gripping, or positioning element(s) can be placed around the mattress periphery at a position below the mattress top surface. The securing, gripping, or positioning element(s) are capable of securing the bed sheets in between the sleeve or band and the mattress.

Abstract: A lock assembly is provided and includes: a driving member; an acting member connected to the driving member; an active member cooperating with the acting member for operation; and a main lock member interlocked with the active member. The driving member drives the acting member to swing and the acting member touches the active member so as to displace the active member and synchronously displace the main lock member. Therefore, the lock assembly is buried in a door frame through cooperation of the driving member, the acting member and the active member, so as to be protected from being damaged or stolen.

The base includes a convexly curved bottom surface. The side supports extend vertically from the base. Abstract: A bed assembly includes a foldable multi-section bed base and a compressible mattress. The decking of the bed base defines a cavity in a folded position, and the compressible mattress is contained within the cavity. Abstract: A convertible bed frame assembly is configured to support a mattress. The bed frame assembly incorporates first and second side-by-side rectangular bed platforms. Each bed platform has a horizontal support surface, opposing lateral ends, and opposing interior and exterior longitudinal sides. A removable center extension is configured to reside between the interior longitudinal sides of the side-by-side bed platforms and coplanar with respective horizontal support surfaces. When installed, the center extension functions to separate the side-by-side bed platforms thereby increasing the width of the bed frame assembly. When removed, the side-by-side bed platforms combine together to reduce the width of the bed frame assembly.

Abstract: The present playyard floor apparatus includes a lower floor that is essentially one-piece with a flexible pen and an upper floor that is removably engaged to the lower floor with a quick connect mechanism. The quick connect mechanism has inner and outer portions. The inner portion of the quick connect mechanism is disposed on the underside of the upper floor and spaced from a periphery of the upper floor. The outer portion of the quick connect mechanism is engaged to a periphery of the lower floor and includes interlocking elements that are spaced from the periphery of the lower floor. The at least one inflatable positioning wedge is inflated to transition the portion of the inflatable transfer mattress overlapping the portion of the at least one inflatable positioning wedge to a non-zero angle with respect to the surface.

Abstract: A cushion device is configured to be positioned upon a tray of a medical instrument stand such as a Mayo stand. The cushion device includes an upper portion, a front portion that connects to a front side of the upper portion and extends downward therefrom, and first and second side portions that connect to respective first and second longitudinal sides of the upper portion and extend downward therefrom. The inner surfaces of the upper portion, front portion, and side portions define a hollow receptacle that is configured in size and shape to receive a tray of a medical instrument stand so that the cushion device can be selectively positioned on the medical instrument stand.
