Abstract: The disclosure concerns a child carrier having a seat platform and a belt assembly adjustment strap each coupled to a belt assembly. The belt assembly adjustment strap is configured to tighten first and second opposing sides of the belt assembly about the waist of the wearer thereby forming a bowed front portion of the belt assembly and a securing the seat platform in a horizontal orientation for supporting the body of the child. The instant child carrier is configured to maintain the body of the carried child in an ergonomically correct position. In addition, the child carrier includes multiple adjustable components for configuring the carrier to a preference of the wearer.

Abstract: A turkey carrier and method of manufacture of a turkey carrier are described. The turkey carrier may be assembled from a single strip of material, a buckle, and a strip of comfortable padding. The assembled turkey carrier comprises two loops (a small loop and a large padded adjustable loop) and an intermediate area. During use, the intermediate area between the small loop and the large loop of the carrier is positioned under the turkey's legs, typically above the spurs of a male turkey, so that the two loops are on opposite sides of the turkey's legs and the larger loop is inserted through the smaller loop and pulled tight to secure the legs leaving the larger padded loop to be used as a wrist strap. The carrier is designed to tightly secure the turkey's legs while simultaneously providing the user with a comfortable method of transporting the turkey.

Abstract: A draw-cord cinching system includes various element. For example, the system generally includes a tube having a tubular wall forming a through-channel between a first end of the tube and a second end of the tube. The tubular wall includes at least a first portion with a first amount of pliability and a second portion with a second amount of pliability, which is less than the first portion. The first and second portions may be arranged or located such that the when the tube is shortened, such as by pulling a draw cord positioned in the through-channel, the tubular wall folds or bends at the first portion having a higher amount of pliability than the second portion.

Abstract: A package includes a first panel and a second panel, wherein each of the first and second panels defines a right side edge portion, a left side edge portion, a first end portion, and a second end portion. The package includes a pleat that interconnects between the first end portions of the first and second panels. The pleat defines a right side edge portion and a left side edge portion and includes a handle aperture forming a handle. A first seam joins the right side edge portions of the first panel, the second panel, and the pleat and a second seam joins the left side edge portions of the first panel, the second panel, and the pleat. A third seam joins the second end portion of the first panel with the second end portion of the second panel. The first panel, the second panel, and the pleat are integrally formed.

Abstract: A side-gusset bag made of a plastic film/fabric laminate has front and rear panels formed of the laminate. Side gussets between the front panel and the rear panel, each formed with a pair of flanks meeting at a center fold, and each connected to the front panel and rear panel at respective edge folds. A lower end flap of the front panel and the flanges between the front panel and the rear panel having respective lower edges that are stepped to form exposed lower edge regions covered with glue such that, when folded rearward along a lower edge of the rear panel, the glue on these lower edge regions directly engages a rear face of the rear panel and secures the lower edge regions to the rear panel to form a bottom gusset.

Abstract: A closure mechanism for a reclosable bag including an elongated groove profile having two arms which define an opening to a channel, and an elongated rib profile opposing the groove profile, wherein a plurality of first segments of the rib profile alternate with a plurality of second segments of the rib profile to create a structural discontinuity along a length thereof. The groove profile and the rib profile form a first zipper, the second segments have a smaller cross-section when viewed perpendicular to the length of the rib profile than the first segments, and the second segments are longer than the first segments.

Abstract: An embodiment includes a bag comprising mesh and film side walls and a reinforcing strip of film; wherein (a) the mesh side wall is sealed to opposing side edges of the film side wall; (b) the reinforcing strip of film is sealed to an upper portion of the mesh side wall and to the opposing side edges of the film side wall; (c) the film side wall has a bottom extension, which is monolithic with the film side wall, extending upwardly and sealed along a lateral extent of a bottom portion of the mesh side wall; (d) the film side wall is non-coplanar with a portion of the bottom extension; (e) another portion of the bottom extension is non-coplanar with the mesh side wall; and (f) a horizontal axis intersects the bottom portion of the film side wall and three portions of the bottom extension.

Abstract: A lawn mower caddy includes a tray having an array of compartments for housing a variety of desired items and/or accessories therein. The items and/or accessories are those that one may be need when mowing a lawn. The items may include sun block, insecticide spray, a cell phone, a variety of small tools, etc. The tray also incorporates a removable trash container, a paper towel holder and a receptacle for retaining a beverage container. The tray is provided with a pair of hooks for removably supporting the tray from the handlebars of a conventional push lawn mower.

Abstract: A baby and small child carrier, includes a waist strap and a carry bag that extends from a lower end to an upper end. At least during the use of the baby and small child carrier a main section of the lower end of the carry bag is connected to the waist strap, so that during a first use state, a first connecting width is obtained between the carry bag and the waist strap. At least one additional element, or at least one additional section of the carry bag, or at least one additional section of the waist strap is provided, so that the carry bag can be connected adjacent to the lower end of the main section to the waist strap, so that for a second use state a wider, second connecting width is obtained between the carry bag and the waist strap, compared to the first connecting width.

Abstract: A water bottle cage for a bicycle includes a bracket extending along a first axis and adapted to be attached to a frame of a bicycle. The bracket includes two first sides spaced from each other about a second axis perpendicular to the first axis and a second side connected with the two first sides and facing a receiving space adapted for receiving a water bottle. The bracket further includes at least one attaching device arranged on one of the two first sides, and at least one tire lever is removably attached to the attaching device. The tire lever can be removed from the attaching device without the need to move the water bottle away from the receiving space.

Abstract: Packaging containers for liquids, such as beverages, comprise at least one sidewall comprising an abuse layer comprising a frangible flap; a zoned release coating on an inner surface of the abuse layer over an area that includes the frangible flap; and an inner layer; wherein upon peeling the frangible flap, a portion of the inner layer is exposed intact. A sanitary surface is provided for receiving a straw. Because there is not a pre-formed opening for the straw, the receipt by the inner layer of a straw conforms exactly to the straw, which fits snugly with the container during use.

Abstract: A flexible, stackable, recloseable container for storing a quantity of products comprising a plurality of walls defined by a first sheet and a second sheet attached to at least a portion of the first sheet. The second sheet extends over at least three of the walls. The opposing container walls each have a sealed portion and one or more tucks, the tucks comprising a portion of the first sheet tucked toward the interior volume. A portion of the second sheet defines a recloseable feature located over an opening for reclosing the container. The second sheet includes a line of reduced strength at or adjacent at least a boundary adjacent the tucks and disposed between the opposing container walls each having the sealed portion and an adjacent container wall. The second sheet can include a hinge about which the recloseable feature pivots from closed position to open position.

Abstract: A woven laminated plastic bag having an easy open feature is provided. The easy open feature is generally defined by a weakened portion in the bag. In various aspects the bag can be fabricated from woven polypropylene and/or polyethylene layer which can be laminated with a film layer, can form a pinch bottom bag, and can have one or both sides include graphics and/or printing. The bag can also provide a top end and/or a bottom end either or both of which provide a discrete area which may contain discrete graphics and/or printing.

Abstract: A clip-on air gun holster is disclosed. The clip-on air gun holster includes a support arm, having a first end spaced apart from a second end. A first leg extends generally perpendicular to the first end. A second leg extends generally perpendicular to the second end. A bracing arm is spaced apart from the support arm and extends from the first leg to said second leg. The first leg and the second leg each comprise a front piece and a back piece opposite the front piece. Each front piece-back piece pair is connected at an upper end by a loop, so that each front piece-back piece pair is biased toward a resting position.

Abstract: In one embodiment of the invention, an apparatus comprises: a golf equipment holder comprising a top component and a bottom component; a plurality of tubes disposed between and coupled to the top component and bottom component, wherein at least one of the tubes is configured to removably hold a golf club; wherein the top component comprises a plurality of apertures, wherein each of the plurality of apertures is vertically aligned with a corresponding one of the plurality of tubes; a handle pivotally attached to the top component, wherein the handle comprises an attachment component for removable mounting to a golf cart; and a club slide-lock mechanism configured to securely lock the golf club in the one of the tubes.

Abstract: A tool is provided that includes a plurality of links including at least three links movably interconnected to one another to form at least a portion of a wearable accessory, such as a bracelet. The plurality of links are articulatable so as to alternately assume a first configuration in which the plurality of links extend linearly, a second configuration in which the plurality of links are curved about an axis in a first direction and a third configuration in which the plurality of links are curved about the axis in a second direction, opposite the first direction. The plurality of links are configured to permit limited motion in a direction parallel to the axis prior to becoming structurally rigid. At least one link includes at least one tool function. A clasp and a receiver are also provided to facilitate the functionality and versatility of the resulting wearable accessory.

Abstract: A mounting assembly for securing a holster to a user that permits a holstered weapon to be rotated from a normal, dominant-hand accessible position to a reversed position more easily accessible to a non-dominant hand. The assembly includes a first portion that is securable to a user and a second portion hingedly connected to the first portion in a manner allowing rotation about a generally upstanding axis. The second portion is rotatable between a normal position which enables the user to draw the weapon using a dominant hand and a reversed position in which the holster is rotated to enable the user to conveniently draw the weapon using an off-hand. The assembly includes provisions to restrain the second portion in one or more predetermined orientations, biasing mechanisms to rotate the second portion when released, and latching mechanism to prevent inadvertent or unintended rotation of a holstered weapon.
