Abstract: A non-lethal tranquilizer bullet is provided. The non-lethal tranquilizer bullet may include a housing defining an internal space and having a non-penetrating distal tip. A plunger assembly, a tranquilizer fluid, and at least one plunger stop may be disposed in the internal space. The plunger assembly can include a piston and a needle, and the needle may include a shaft terminating in a tip. The shaft may have a plurality of holes disposed along its length. When the bullet is fired from a gun and contacts a living body, the plunger assembly can move toward the non-penetrating distal tip such that the needle tip breaches the housing tip and enters the living body. The force of the plunger assembly moving forward may disperse the tranquilizer fluid into the living body through at least one of the plurality of holes. The plunger stop can prevent the piston from exiting the tip.
Abstract: A firearm mount, components thereof, and associated methods. The firearm can be configured for use with an AR-15 style firearm or other type of firearm. The firearm mount is adapted to securely hold the firearm assembly in position for cleaning, maintenance, and/or gunsmithing tasks. The firearm mount can include a lock configured to selectively lock and unlock a firearm assembly thereon.

There is described the implementation of such a conversion kit, a conversion method and also a handgun that is converted in this way. The conversion kit for the handgun includes a housing. The housing is configured for establishing a connection to a frame of the handgun and for this purpose it has a linear guide for receiving the handgun frame.
Abstract: Method of fabricating a dummy practice ammunition round to dynamically match behavior of an existing live ammunition round during manually cycling of the action, or other demonstration. A dummy practice ammunition round of identical contour is formed, having a center of gravity (mass) in the same position as on the existing live ammunition round. Weight is matched by removing or omitting material through coring into the case head of the round or by hollowing it out.

Abstract: An improved process provides high-density pre-form billets that meet dimensional limitations required for case-load tooling. Previous isostatic fill procedures were improved in two ways to accommodate varying bulk densities or powder compositions. First, during the isostatic fill procedure, the powder fill is subject to both a high frequency vibration and a high amplitude, low frequency impulse. The combination of these two inputs is critical to ensure polymer bonded explosives pack to consistent densities. Second, unlike in conventional practices, the fill rate is kept constant throughout the entire fill process and the mold is completely filled by the time the required powder mass has been dispensed.

Abstract: A packaged explosive product may include packaging film, explosive product, and a detonating cord. The packaging film may form one or more casings that contain the explosive product. The packaging film and explosive product form a charge. The detonating cord may be positioned external the one or more casings in relation to the explosive product while being positioned axially internal in relation to the one or more charges.
Abstract: A modular firearm muzzle attachment system provides for customizing muzzle attachment characteristics by assembling selectable muzzle attachment components corresponding to desired characteristics. The system includes a plurality of internal connectors engageable together in series in a selectable order to form an internal assembly having a conduit defined by channels extending through each internal connector coupled together to form the internal assembly. Each of the internal connectors is individually structured to have associated characteristics. Each of a plurality of shrouds is couplable to a selectable one of the internal connectors of the internal assembly such that the internal assembly extends through the plurality of shrouds to define a muzzle attachment configured for coupling to a firearm.
Abstract: In one aspect, a firearm grip may include an elongated grip body that includes a front side, a rear side, opposing sides and a cable organizing member. The cable organizing member may include one or more elongated cable securing grooves, and the cable can be received in the cable securing groove by simply being pressed therein instead of dangling around. The organizing member may further include a cable receiving slot at a predetermined location on each of the cable securing grooves, and the cable can be slightly deformed and inserted into the cable receiving slot so the cable can be further secured on the cable organizing member.
Abstract: An apparatus for removing spent primers from spent ammunition shell casings includes a body having a shell casing feed channel defining a punch zone and a shell casing feed zone, a guide channel and a shell casing inlet channel intersecting the shell casing feed channel at the shell casing feed zone, a shell casing feed plunger movable axially along the shell casing feed channel from a first position adjacent to the shell casing feed zone to a second position in which the shell casing is moved within the punch zone for removal of the spent primer, a handle assembly movable to drive the shell casing feed plunger from the first position to the second position, and a plunger guide assembly having a length adjustable to correspondingly adjust the travel distance between the first and second positions of the shell casing feed plunger.
Abstract: An adjustable laser sight is described to be utilized with a firearm and a select ammunition having a known trajectory. The sight has an outer housing and a movable laser diode. The sight also includes a vertical adjuster for varying the vertical angle of the diode. The vertical adjuster has a turret with a series of detent holes therein which mesh with a spring biased detent. The turret detent holes are unevenly spaced from each other, with the spacing increasing between each successive pair of turret detent holes. Each turret detent hole is associated with a progressively increasing incremental target distance mark on the turret. A first bushing is rotatably coupled to the turret and is rotatably coupled to a second bushing with camming members. The second bushing also has an internally threaded adjustment screw therein for even adjustment of the laser diode.
