Abstract: A storage rack unit includes a pair of spaced planar end plates, an intermediate stabilizer panel and a plurality of dowels which extend between the two end plates. Each of the end plates has spaced dowel end receiving holes, each of whose longitudinal axes are angled with respect to a line perpendicular to the plane of each end plate. The angles of the holes in the first end plate are different from the angles of the holes in the second end plate. The provision of these angled holes in the two end plates allows the construction of each storage rack unit without the use of ancillary fasteners. Several such storage rack units can be joined together to form a composite storage rack system.

Abstract: A rack shelving unit includes front and rear beams, and one or more tie bars extending between the front and rear beams to form a shelf frame with the front and rear beams which can support a shelf. The tie bar can include flexible sidewalls that can flex laterally away from each other as the shelf is loaded to increase the compressive force of a compression retainer coupling the tie bar to the front and rear beams.

Abstract: A storage device comprising an extendable center piece slidingly-attached to one or more supports, the center piece including a slot that runs vertically through the center piece for at least a portion of a length of the center piece and providing a surface to support at least one hook, wherein the hook is disposed in the slot formed in the center piece and the hook extends through the slot and below the bottom surface of the center-piece, each hook providing an interface for hanging and storing an item within a cabinet or other suitable storage space.

Abstract: A rotary carousel apparatus includes a stationary base and a central column fixed relative to the base. Rotatable first and second drive plates are positioned to rotate about a central axis of the column. At least one torque tube assembly extends between the first drive plate and at least one second drive plate and is operative for rotational movement with a rotation of the drive plates. At least one shelf is connected to the at least one torque tube assembly. A drive assembly is operatively directly or indirectly coupled to one of the first drive plate and the at least one second drive plate, such that rotation of the drive assembly causes a corresponding rotation of one of the first and second drive plates connected thereto and a rotation of the other of the first and second drive plates through the at least one torque tube assembly.

Abstract: A combination rack structure includes a predetermined number of support plates, connecting strips and side frames. Each of the support plates has a rectangular shape. Each of the connecting strips is provided with three holding grooves each longitudinally extended through each of the connecting strips. Each of the connecting strips has a periphery provided with elongate recessed portions each located between any two of the holding grooves. Each of the recessed portions is provided with a plurality of extensions which are perpendicular to an axial direction of each of the recessed portions and are spaced from each other with a proper interval. The extensions are used for holding and resting. Each of the side frames is bent to have a hexagonal shape. The support plates are combined with the connecting strips to construct a hexagonal rack.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a shelf for display of goods. More specifically, the present invention relates to a goods-display self in which improved are the structure of unit shelves composed by combining end caps with both ends of fixed frames accommodating roller units and the structure of front and rear support frames combined with both ends of the unit shelves. The said unit shelf not only can provide an easy space control to another unit shelf neighboring along front and rear support frames but also can fix set positions by using a stopper and can be separated conveniently by using a separation device.

Abstract: An apparatus for storing and displaying packages. The invention discloses a self-adjusting shelf comprising a sled coupled to a track, and at least two product supports located in a plane above the track. The product supports are aligned substantially parallel to the track and are coupled to the track. Packages rest upon the product supports. The sled slides along the length of the track. The sled urges, via either gravity or a biasing device, the sled forward against downstream packages. Thus, when one package is removed, the sled forces the remaining packages to the front of the shelf.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to shelving systems and methods that are adaptable to a number of applications, including building heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (“HVAC”) systems, shelving units for holding children's games and toys, closet organizers with hangers and shelves, storage systems in a garage or workshop, storage shelves over a garage door, and as a shelving unit for audio and visual equipment. The shelving unit includes a means for attachment to an overhead member, such as a steel beam, wood rafter, wood joist, wood beam, or ceiling, a generally J or L shaped bar, the ability to raise or lower the J or L shaped bar to provide for storage at different heights, an extension member removably coupled to the J or L bar, and wherein the extension member has a length that provides for storage space of different widths. In another aspect, an inverted shelving stand is provided. In still a further aspect, a U shaped swiveling hanging unit is provided.

Abstract: An apparatus for raising and lowering a carrier for supporting clothes hangers or other hanging articles within a wardrobe closet that includes a tube, brackets for rotatable mounting of the tube, a tubular motor coupled to the tube for rotating the tube, and a base that attaches to a side panel of the wardrobe closet. Two arms each lie on a plane parallel to the base and to the side panel, attach at their ends to the carrier, and are mounted on the base so that they may oscillate and pivot in the plane between two positions, raising and lowering the carrier. At the lowest position the carrier releases from the arms and drop further. Fabric straps are wound onto and unwound from the tube to raise and lower the arms as the tube is rotated. A remote control receiver or programmable device may be used to control operation of the motor.

Abstract: A display rack and display rack shelf. The display rack includes a frame which supports one or more of the shelves. The frame has first, second and lateral sides and defines a plurality of vertically-spaced pairs of horizontally-aligned apertures. The shelf includes first and second end portions. The first end portion includes a movable support element with a single piece cross member and a pair of movable engagers at opposite lateral sides of the shelf for engagement with a selected pair of apertures along the first or second sides of the frame. The single-piece cross member and each movable engager of the movable support element is slidable toward and, alternatively, away from the second end and is rotatable about a corresponding axis to permit setting of the angular position of the shelf. The second end portion side is configured for pivotal engagement with one of the front and rear sides of the frame.

Abstract: A snow ski, snow board and accessory storage device includes a backing plate; a hinge assembly carried by the backing plate, the hinge assembly including at least one hinge rotatable with respect to the backing plate; at least one backing arm carried by the at least one hinge of the hinge assembly, the at least one backing arm having an outer arm segment and an inner arm segment spaced-apart and parallel to the outer arm segment; the at least one backing arm adapted to receive a snow ski or snowboard between the outer arm segment and the inner arm segment; and a spreader and hanging bar carried by the backing plate, the at least one backing arm normally resting by gravity against the spreader and hanging bar and capable of being raised from the spreader and hanging bar as the at least one hinge rotates relative to the backing plate.

Abstract: A rack includes a rack body, at least one latch member secured to the rack body, and a supporting assembly. The supporting assembly includes at least one sliding lever and a supporting member secured to the at least one sliding lever. The at least one sliding lever is slidably engaged in the at least one latch member and the supporting assembly is extendable and retractable relative to the rack body, to provide a wider base for the rack when required where it rests on the floor, increasing stability and decreasing the likelihood that the rack might topple.

Abstract: A merchandising system includes a mounting member adapted to be secured to a first associated merchandising structure. A tile is connected to the mounting member. The tile extends away from the mounting member so as to approach a second associated merchandising structure spaced from the first associated merchandising structure. The tile includes a first portion located in a first plane and a protrusion located in a second plane spaced from the first plane. The protrusion is linked to the mounting member. The tile is configured to be movable in relation to the mounting member thereby allowing selective access to a desired portion of at least one of the first and second associated merchandising structures. The connection between the protrusion and the mounting member enables movement of the tile in relation to the mounting member via at least one of pivoting and sliding.

Abstract: An assembly for a storage unit includes at least one interior component made of a single, continuous piece of sheet material that has a first surface, an opposing second surface, a pair of opposing lateral side edges and a plurality of substantially 90 degree longitudinal bends that extend between the pair of lateral side edges. The at least one interior component includes an upper mounting flange for mounting to the storage unit. The assembly also includes an exterior component made of a single, continuous piece of sheet material and having a first surface and an opposing second surface. The first surface of the interior component directly attaches to the second surface of the exterior component.

Abstract: A hanging device is used to hang a pincer body which is displayed. The pincer body includes a first clamp body and a second clamp body The first clamp body has an adjusting opening. The hanging device includes a hanging member having a hanging hole, a positioning member having a base and a positioning portion, the base having a top portion and a bottom portion, the bottom portion of the base assembled to the hanging member, and a width of the positioning portion being longer than a width of the base and a width of the adjusting opening of the first clamp body. When the base is inserted into the adjusting opening, the positioning portion is assembled to a top of the base so that the first clamp body is locked between the positioning portion and the hanging member.

Abstract: In one aspect, the present invention provides a “floating” shelf assembly that is configured for mounting on attic rafters or exposed wall studs. In at least one embodiment, the shelf assembly comprises a shelf that includes rotatable mounts at a first edge, which are configured to mount to adjacent rafters at a desired height above the attic floor or insulation. The shelf further includes flexible members which are configured to hang the opposing, second edge of the shelf from an overhead mounting point. The ability to rotate the shelf relative to its mounted first edge allows easy leveling of the shelf by adjusting the hanging length of the flexible members suspending the second edge of the shelf. The shelf assembly also permits direct use with wall studs, where the rotatable mounts are attached to the wall studs and the flexible members are pulled taught, diagonally back and above the shelf.

The rack includes a housing having a back wall with a top edge, a bottom edge, opposing side edges and a bottom wall extending perpendicularly from the bottom edge. A plurality of bottom engagement assemblies extend from the back wall positioned proximate the top edge and a plurality of top engagement assemblies extend from the back wall positioned proximate the bottom edge. Each of the plurality of top engagement assemblies is positioned above a corresponding one of the plurality of bottom engagement assemblies with a space therebetween.

Recessed joining parts are formed on the outer side and define a vertical and a horizontal wall. The vertical wall and horizontal wall can match the outer edge of the turning part of the frame bar. Limiting projections are formed on the outer side of the base plate in a preset concrete shape, and located on a position between but spaced from the vertical and horizontal walls of the recessed joining part, so that the turning part of the frame bar can be pushed and fitted into the recessed joining part from the direction of the outer side of the base plate, and the limiting projection can correspondingly limit the inner edge of the turning part.

The tire rack further includes a plurality of side bars. Each side bar extending between two of the plurality of posts, and each side bar having a plurality of apertures. The tire rack also has a plurality of crossbars. Each crossbar extends between two of the plurality of side bars, wherein each crossbar has a first end removably received in an aperture of a first side bar and a second end removably received in an aperture of a second side bar. The plurality of crossbars are configured to receive a plurality of tires in an upright position.
